Had a great experience with buying my used car from Marcos at the Ford Dealership. He gave us a good deal! And took care of us with one thing we asked to have fixed on the vehicle. Great customer service. Definitely go see Marcos when you need a car!

Took my car in for warranty repair on my engine and they had my vehicle for 7 months n not even 2 months later after they "repaired" it, it's dead again. Plus there's damage to my paint and my front driver side splash guard is ripped to shreds! Someone I know picked up their vehicle after a battery replacement n on their drive home their vehicle caught fire n they are refusing to accept responsibility for it! Avoid at all costs, just put in the extra effort to go somewhere else.Permanent damage from sitting for 7 months with them started to show up only 3 months later. It's over $2,000 to repair the damages. Will they cover it? Of course not they do not take ownership of their mistakes/damages.

I was in town visiting family during the holidays when I encountered an issue with the Mach E rental car. So, I decided to go to Jim Charlon Ford and had the pleasure of meeting Bob Pugh, the Ford expert. He went the extra mile to provide me with the assistance I needed to continue my journey. I really appreciated his excellent customer service. His help made the holiday season even more cheerful. Thank you!

Matt and Nick helped me out in a bind, getting my keyed lug nuts off. My lug nut key got worn down and didn't work anymore, so they helped bring their tool kit to remove the wheels with no damage at my location.Super friendly and professional.

Absolutely best car buying experience ever, they go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you want at an insanely good price and have amazing customer service. Would never buy a car anywhere else!

Doesn t replace washer when doing oil change plus uses an air drill to tighten the oil bolt possibly to over twist and de thread it rendering it stripped causing more work to be done .. seen lots of complaints in ridgecrest Facebook page , terrible and I m better off servicing my own vehicles

Nothing this dealership does is worth the stress that they are willing to cause. I have done business with them for years, from the purchase of a new vehicle to getting vehicles serviced and I've brought business to them cause it is a small town dealership and I believed in them. But not anymore. Bought a used Honda from them, with the promise that a certain service would be conducted to clear out a service light. Brought the car in as requested on Monday morning. Car was gone a week and went to another shop. Got it back only to find out the issue was much more major. Made another appointment to get it fixed. Car was gone another week. Came back fixed for 12 hours and it was failing again. Was told to bring it back and it might have to go to another dealership. So, brought it back and was told that he couldn't fix it, that he suggested it to a Honda dealership service. Talked to the dealership and they wanted to trade in vehicle for 4 grand less than signed and refused to fix the faults. Not only can the vehicle not be driven now, but the dealership refuses to try and rectify the situation. I highly suggest anyone considering this dealership to not even think about giving them the business. The cars are way overpriced, the management doesn't have any interest in customer service and not even willing to fix a wrong. If I could, I would give them a zero.

I walked in there to make an appointment for an emissions update on my diesel, thinking that I would then come back and have to give my truck up for a day just to come back and pick it up again but Mat at the counter says we can take care of that for you Whenever you want I said how about now and he says no problem hand me the keys we ll pull it in here and have you done in about 30 minutes and in about 30 minutes I was grinning and steering driving down the highway thank you, Jim Sharlon, Ford, and thank you Matt now that s Service!

Absolutely horrid communication, does not maintain schedule appointments and completion times. Does not communicate status updates or inform of delays, "sorry we were trying to find a technician who could do the repair." The main recall repair I scheduled for. No, "it is taking linger than er expects." No, "we don't have the parts needed to complete the repair. You'll need to come back." After almost 9 hours of waiting for a promissed 2, 3 max, hours of an appointment.We don't live local and had all three of my kids as young as 2 had to stay at the freedom park for 0730 to 1600. Ridiculous.

I was promised certain things for my 2021 Bronco Sport, such as car detailing, loaner car, etc., all of which I was willing to pay for, by a guy named Kenny, who said it would be free of charge. Then, come to find out, Kenny misrepresented himself, and he was not in the service department at all. When I got the service manager on the phone, I was told that none of that was available, and should never have been offered. I had recently driven across country, and at the very least needed an oil change and tires rotated. There are also two recalls on my vehicle, but this guy Kenny made me back off the dealership. I am based in Lone Pine, so decided to head up to Bishop for regular servicing, but not sure what to do about the recalls.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership's service department has the worst customer service. I took in my vehicle for a possible oil leak and asked, along with the diagnostic, for the oil to be changed and for the engine filter to be replaced. I was told that the car wasn't due for service until December or at 7500 miles. I stated regardless, I would still like to have the oil changed. The "supervisor" told me I was "coming at him" and being "aggressive." Told me to pick up my keys, leave, and take my car to Lancaster. I even offered an apology just in case my tone truly was off, but also asked him, "Why the attitude?" Maybe I shouldn't have asked "why the attitude" because that is when his aggression really started. I was told I was kept "coming at" this individual. No big deal--I will take my business to Lancaster and I will continually tell everyone my experience with this dealership. Diamond Ford in Lancaster has wonderful people and a professional service department who understands our concerns. Take your car there. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet not having my car serviced at the Jim Charlon Ford dealership. If they are not professional at the desk, how do you think they are treating your vehicle? I personally want to extend my gratitude towards this dealership. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showcasing your attitude and kicking me out of the service department. Thank you for telling me to go to another dealership instead of trusting your obviously unprofessional staff. I walked away shocked and upset, but am truly happy for this experience.**Edit- Although I reached out to the owner after they reached out to me, they never called back. I understand being busy, life comes up, business must be done. But let this stand as a testament to your customer service. Once again thank you for turning away my business. I have taken your Service Manager's advice and have been receiving better service elsewhere.

I am still at a loss of words for the horrific manner in which I was treated. They made a legal mistake,then tried to increase my interest rate, payment and loan term. They tried repeatedly to pull the wool over my eyes as though I don t know how buying a car and finances work. They not only insulted my intelligence they do not care about their customers. The car was overpriced and once the mistake was made they did not work with me and did not seem to care. I have purchased several cars across the United States and I can say after my experience with this dealership I don t want to purchase a vehicle in Ridgecrest at all it was so disappointing to be treated this way. I asked for my vehicle back and said I didn t want the deal for a week while they promised to work with me and did not. In the end it was said we have to make money too. I work in finance and when we make a mistake we have to fix it even if we lose money. And we fix mistakes worth a lot more than the cars on that lot. They do not know how to run a business. And they do not know how to treat their customers. When you make a legal mistake that could absolutely turn into a lawsuit, you don t continue to try to profit off of your customer. You do EVERYTHING in your power to make it right. The owner should have been the only one working with me when my situation became escalated and, he barley spoke to me. Some very serious changes need to happen with the way they run this business.

This review is after 5 visits here.... Matt is great, Nick is great but after dealing with Ken twice, directly and indirectly, he lacks empathy, compassion, customer service and is flat out rude. He even had a salesman tell me to keep buying from another Ford (where I originally bought and got way better pricing) because my credit score wasn't up to what they want (720 or higher). I guess the 5 years with perfect payment history with 2 cars on Ford credit doesn't mean anything.

So I went to this dealer to test drive the new Mavrick. Great truck, the salesman was a gentleman and professional no complaints there. It's the business practice I don't like. The Truck was priced at $26k and that's fine, but when I wanted to make an offer it was $4k over sticker. Did not purchase. Then my friend purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. They signed a deal they both agreed on. A week later they called her in, saying they made a mistake and needed to increase the interest rate and monthly payments. All said and done, they screwed my friend over and she returned the vehicle. The manager refused to work with hwr. They care more about their bottom line than taking care of their customers. Would shop elsewhere.

My girlfriend s car was in the shop for nearly 6 months to get a part replaced that was under warranty. There was absolutely no communication the entire time and the technicians obviously don t know what they are doing. Towed the car out of town to get the repair straightened out. We wanted to stay local and help out our community, but they ve made it impossible. I would also highly recommend never doing business with this company, very unprofessional. It seemed like we were inconveniencing them, when all we wanted to do was check on the progress. I would give zero stars if I could.

Service department is great. He was super helpful. Gave great advice. Smooth process to drop off car for service. Only thing is it takes a week or too to get in. But that's literally my only complaint. Will continue to use them.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The salesman are unwilling to negotiate and got visibly angry when I stated my offer. We weren t escorted outside when we were unable to reach an agreement. The salesman stormed off and cried to the sales manager instead of talking to us to see what we would be able to work out. I highly recommend that you go to a dealership that has more experienced salesmen and sales managers, and with better customer service values.

Worst dealership you could possibly buy a car from, they currently have a 2022 Shelby mustang with a $30,000 over the manufactures recommend sticker price. They love screwing over their customers for their own personal greed. This dealership only has a 3.7 star rating also making it a terrible place to do business. To reply to your below comment of trolling, I am not trolling I am merely educating the public of your price gouging. If I was the owner of your dealership the first thing I would do would be to have a meeting with your stupid sales people and tell them stop advertising car sales on Mustang Facebook pages that are not intended for this practice. Again let me educate you on trolling, I am not trolling. When your sales people advertise on social media sites that are not meant for your type of advertising you are going to get responses like I have left on your review page. Your dealership only has a 3.7 star rating which is pretty sad.

I was in on July 1st, for a couple of recalls on my 20 Ranger. Your service manager was great . He had the parts, and took care of it himself. I was only there 15 minutes. Fast friendly service. Thank you again to your service manager!!!

My daughter took her car in because of three safety recalls but before she was able to get in her car door opened (because of the door latch that was one of the safety recalls) while driving and she grabbed the door and the panel got damaged due to her fear that she was going to fall out. I took it in for her and told them that the door panel was damaged due to the fact that the latch on the doors literally breaks. They told us that they had to submit it and the next day they told her it was not covered and she was going to have to pay $600.00 for it to get fixed. I really feel that they are terrible and Ford will never get my business if they feel they can charge my daughter $600.00 due to damage that was cause because they used cheap defective latches. The only reason they got one star was due to the nice lady who assisted us in getting in but my daughter had to wait till the parts came in and unfortunately the latch broke before. I feel angry that they have feel no responsibility to fix the panel as it is now a safety problem too. EDITI have to say that the Manager did contact me about this reveiw and he did it very quickly. I had my daughter call him back and he FastTrack my daughters repair on the door. Nick Charlon really came through. and made it right. I have to say that makes me more inclined to use a company as it is not how good a company is when everything goes right it shows more when a company shows how they can react to when things are not perfect and my daughters door was fixed and it was so fast so I am very impressed with the way they reacted that shows that they care and work hard for their customers.

An edit to my post below: I ended up making the decision today to have it towed elsewhere. That being said, I do appreciate Jose being friendly and helpful to the best of his ability throughout this stressful process. For big repairs, a different dealership may be better.Not very happy with my service. My vehicle has been in their shop since January 5th (it s now May 4th...) for transmission issues. It s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone there for an update. I ve been more than patient but this is starting to get ridiculous. When I do contact someone, they take down my number to call me back later today but they never do and it s pretty frustrating. I work and it s been very difficult to get to work with no vehicle for four months.

Great experience! I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here. The exact vehicle I wanted wasn t on the lot, so Brian searched around and found me exactly what I wanted (the very next day!) for a great price! He was able to answer all of my questions and granted all of my requests! Nick, Bob, and Rachelle were very helpful as well. The whole team is great, including the drivers who went to pick it up, and the guys who detailed it and made it sparkling clean :)

Big waist of money and time. Truck was in the shop for diagnostic. The service manager said it would be a 4 hour diagnostic to figure out what going on with it. Truck was sitting there for 3 weeks. And only an hour of diagnostic was done. I was told by the manager Matt, that they only have one diagnostic guy. And had no idea when he could complete the other 3 hours, of diagnostic time. I ended up, having my truck towed to someone else. Never will I use this dealership again.

If I could write a review for 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. If you have the ability to take your car elsewhere, do! Unfortunately, I had to take my car here when it broke down on Labor Day. They had my car for almost a month. Took them 2 weeks just to pull it back to diagnose it. During that month I was in a cycle of calling, getting put on hold, hung up on, promised a call back, never happened; thus beginning the cycle again. When I did finally get a hold of someone I was belittled and given little information. They refused to provide a loaner/rental car during the time it took them to fix it. Fast forward a month after getting my transmission completely replaced and my car is having transmission issues again. Guess who is responsible but refusing to own up to it... Jim Charlon Ford. I did not post a review previously because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now, after being without my car another 2 weeks because of their poor workmanship, I've had enough. Trust me, take your car elsewhere! Any Joe Shmoe mechanic would be better than here, and cost less.

My wife and I happened to be in the area shortly before closing one day but were still assisted with looking at available vehicles on the lot. We made an appointment to come back later and test drive some vehicles after work later in the week and When we had decided on the vehicle we wanted it was again late in the day. Did enough that night to secure the vehicle then came back earlier in the day 2 days later and finished everything up. May sound like coming back multiple times was a hassle but in this situation it was much preferred.
