Around these parts.. lol Buttermilk Acres is my go to quick stop Market/liquor store/gas station/smoke shop/candy soda milkshake etc. etc. First most is the customer service. The gal I always see (don't remember her name, sorry) but she is so sweet. Calls everyone honey with a smile & actually cares when she asks how you are. Sometimes we forget how far a smile can go to make our day. Be kind people. peace

Well what I can I say...the gas price is just right...love going were I can save some money on an essential especially gas. The employees were friendly. The sad thing is that the people who also got gas there were not as friendly. My partner and I said hi to a few people and not one hi back. Hopefully it was just one of those days

This liquor store is a staple in this community. Cheap cigs and cheap fountain drinks. People that live in buttermilk would shrivel up and die without this gas station

usually the cheapest gas I can reasonably get while doing my, ugh "in-town errands" and they got all you could want! Even those gimmicky, but delicious, milkshake making machines! A regular stop for me. The owner is chill while he's in, and the same friendly cashier has been there to serve me as long as I can remember...At least since 2016.

WARNING SCAM/FRAUD ALERTJUST HAD MY WHOLE BANK ACCOUNT FRAUDULENTLY CLEARED OUT RIGHT AFTER USING MY BANK CARD AT THIS GAS STATION.THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY.LUCKILY MY BANK WAS ABLE TO ASSIST. Great store/gas station for those living in China Lake Acres. Lots of groceries. Like a large convenience store.People who work there are very nice and helpful. I was told (by the possible owners) they kept their prices as low as possible to help the people in China Lake Acres who shop there rather having to go into Ridgecrest for just 1 or two items.

The girl flipped out on me when I went to pick up the U-Haul truck I rented online. She told me that the truck for $19.99 a day was a typo and that it was $100 per day. I was shocked. I told her that her sign backed up my price. That's when she screamed at me and threw my driver's license and my credit card in my face. HARD. I was able to go to the other U-Haul company and get the $19.95 truck that she refused to let me get

The staff is incredibly rude. I went in today and she asked debit or credit and I said oh either one and she got such an attitude for some reason. She said well you have to pick and I said well credit then and she said I need your iD and I said it s in the car can I just do debit. And she literally said (extremely rudely) well that s pointless. and I said how is that pointless? And she said I shouldn t sell you gas without ID and I said But I have the PIN number. Fortunately I came to my senses and said forget it. And she said have a wonderful day but was of course snotty and sarcastic. That was my first time there and I will never be back. I highly recommend you save yourself the attitude and go elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly with customers if you have to tell or ask for them to refill the ATM they are very quick and friendly about it. They have no problems helping anyone with anything if they are able to.

There card readers Don,t work ,not good for hanicaped. When you take your card inside they know if it,s debt of credit If debt they charge 10 cents more a gal. plus a 50 cents on top of that! I don't buy gas there any more!

Got everything in this place-ice cream, liquor, rap snax, household stuff, and groceries! Try the shakes-you pick your milk, protein, or smoothie shake flavor, then you put it on the blender thingie and pick how thick you want it to be, then you wait for your delicious treat Def worth a stop just to try the shakes!!

I've lived out here since 2002, and the store has changed hands quite a few times, but this most recent has been noticably better in prices and selection and mostly very friendly clerks,(except for not carrying the single roll toilet rolls),I think it's great,
