I dropped off my Audi 2010 with them to get detailed. I just got the car and there was so much black oil on the inside of the car. I was so shocked to see the car and it looked as if it was new!! I love the detail work from them and I'll go back.

I really like the work Junior did on my chrome rims. He made them really brand New I couldn t even bring them back to life, but Junior did so if you want your rims to be clean and fresh, go find Junior at blue rocket

The people at this car wash are friendly and provided excellent services. We had been through mud and they cleaned the car so well, you would never know how filthy it was.They took their time and did the job correctly. Weaquite impressed with their services.

I went to Blue Rocket today and had a very grimy fleet vehicle washed. I bought the extra package that has a Blue Rocket employee detail the car after the exterior is done. I have had fleet vehicles washed many times in the past at other car washes and it's always an opportunity for workers to slack off since the car being brought in is not an owned car of the customers. I noticed today that the Blue Rocket employee spent 45 minutes (maybe more) fully detailing the car. Everything was scrubbed and pollished. I watched him take his time with every inch of the car. After he was done I got his name so I could include it in this review. Brian Simms deserves a raise. Effort like I saw today isn't a one off. I would hire this guy for my company.

Update: The owner reached out to me and resolved the issue by offering me two months of free carwash. He was very professional and understanding. Thank you!Before: This is typically where I take my car but today I had a $300 robot that I had built and the guy cleaning the inside broke my robot and didn't tell me about it. I saw the broken pieces when I got home and went back to the car wash immediately. Nassir Saleem, who introduced himself as "the manager" said there's nothing he can do about it since the robot isn't part of the car. Be aware that your personal belongings are not safe at this carwash. They just lost my business.

Ive had my car for about 6 years, i love my car, but also ive neglected it in so many ways... i smoke cigarettes in it, leave the windows cracked sometimes,so let me tell ya, it gets dirty/dusty fast and EVERYWHERE. Yea i clean it here and there but holy$#!~.... Ive also never had a car detaied myself, but the inside of my 2010 looks AMAZING... it looks and feels brand new.... Totally worth it, I highly recommend Blur Rocket. My wife and I have decided that we will be having all our auto detailing needs done here.Oh whatch out for Brett Austin, that guy is a con artist. Junior did a fantastic job cleaning up my buddy Ken Charlon s boat. It came back looking brand new! I can t stress it enough, junior is the best guy to go to for car or boat washes and detailing. It got most of the dirt off the paint, but didn t touch many surfaces. Their vacuums are a joke at best, a free gimmie to lure people in. Couldn t even get most of the dust off my carpet

Detailing service is fine for what they charge but the recurring wash club is not worth it. I paid $30 a month for three months and the automatic wash typically left the car soaking wet so I have to try and dry it off or pay extra for a towel dry. It's fairly obvious to me that they do not clean the car wash often or do a poor job of it. There's pin striping all over my car which is a tell-tale sign of recycled water being used from previous washes and dirt being built up on the equipment. Not to say that isn't expected for Ridgecrest but I'm disappointed nonetheless.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing

This place is amazing! I do the monthly subscription and come as often as I want. I recently had the misfortune of running over a paint bucket that must have fallen off of a utility truck. Daniel was a saint and got all the paint off for me! They really go above and beyond for their customers! Thank youuu!! :)

Used the automated car wash for a quick wash. The machine broke my truck grill and the manager attempted to try and deny their responsibility for my broken grille. They did not offer to fix, help fix, free washes etc .. I will not be returning due to their inability to attempt to help the situation. Customers beware!!!

The service here is phenomenal, especially by Junior. At this car wash you drive your own car through, then Parkette for attendance to clean the windows, vacuum, etc. The prices are normal for what you get and can vary from very expensive to about $35. They do have a subscription service that allows you to get a number of washes per month at a much discounted rate. If you frequent this type of service often, it is well worth it, and you will save a lot of money. The car wash itself uses cloth on rotating spindles to give you a gentle brush wash. It appears to do in above average job.

Junior professional, respectfull very knowledgeable. When I recommend Blue Rocket Car Wash I tell them to see Junior. I have never had a bad experience with any Blue Rocket Employees

If your car needs a makeover, take it in and request Junior! I took my car in over the weekend, and Junior waxed and buffed it. I'I be honest.. my car has never looked as good - not even when I first bought it! Junior told me up front that it would take around 3 or 4 hours to complete because he is very thorough with his detailing. He did a magnificent job, and I could not be happier! The price was more than fair! Even if you don't need to have your vehicle waxed and buffed, Junior also does an amazing job hand-drying and detailing your wheels and tires. Junior is the go-to guy. Request him and you won't be disappointed!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

I m Definitely coming back, I had taken in my boyfriend s Honda today for a detail for the first time and I m amazed at the job junior had done! Had a bunch of scratches and now they are no longer visible! He was amazed on how his car looks now! Thank you blue rocket carwash and junior! For the awesome job!! If I could give this review 10 stars I would!

Good car wash, but came with a free custom paint job. Unfortunately, green is not my favorite color so I am less than enthused to have green scuffs all over my white car

Im going say right now, i would normally go through a lazer wash, but I decided the other day to try something else, they usually dont make it pristine.. Ive never been to such a thurough and well organized car wash! I hadn't been here before so I wasn't sure what all if my options were. I spoke to Michael and he was amazingly professional! He told me that they had several options to choose from and I decided on the full service since he was so great to me! I will definitly come back, i will also request the same cleaner Micheal because he did such an amazing job! Clean car, happy customer! Thank you Michael!

Loved the nice folks at check in, Zoe and the other gentleman they made me feel welcomed. The detailing of inside the truck was impressive by Juan and Filipe. 5 stars and feels like a new truck.

I was traveling through with my wife and stopped for a quick wash. I didn't have time for a deep clean, so I just paid the low dollar amount to drive through. Our attendant "Chance" had a great attitude and was very charismatic. I was not expecting so much attention to go into the prewash Chance gave my truck before we drove through and I was surprised again when he was waiting on the other side to hand dry my vehicle.Thank you Chance! I look forward to coming back and getting the full wash.P.s. I'm normally a great tipper I was just underprepared that day for that type of service.

Absolutely amazing experience. The manager Nassir is awesome! Super friendly and always exceptional customer service. I get my car hand washed and it's always perfect. Definitely would recommend!

This was my first time since the remodel of this car wash, I asked if the regular wax product was be OK for my ceramic finish on my wife s new car they had no idea the guy at the front service bay didn t have the answer to my question either he went and got his manager who still didn t know the difference so I said just run it through at the price I paid and will hope for the best at the end of the car wash the light tells you when it s green pull forward immediately so I put it in gear and let it idle out when the light turned green as instructed did not add any gas so it just rolled in gear through the dryer the dryer did not get all the water off the back of the vehicle and then once I got home the tire shine which I paid for was not applied to my tires so my first experience wasn t so great
