I would make sure you lock everything up if you leave your mobile or trailer, even your storage shed. I won't say names, but someone there has master key, and can unlock anything they want to break into. Thieves live and work there.

VERY basic RV parking spot 10 minutes from shopping and services in Ridgecrest. Fairly tight back-to-back pull throughs with full hookups. Quiet and clean with an RV supply store next door. No wifi but good Verizon signal. Not a destination but a decent safe stop for a night or two

Now this place is more like a professional RV park. We pulled in and we're greated by a real nice couple who welcomed us and directed us to the overnight spots. They apologized the pull through spots had no power at this time. We only used the power for a/c and there may have been a few power surges but the camper survived. When the 50 amp pull through are up this will be a nice place. The RV park is separate from the mobile home.e park Wich is nice for both.

We needed a place to stay when our truck broke down that was towing our travel trailer. Thankfully I found this place and it was all we needed. Power, water and sewer. Clean and there were other trailers/Rv's there. Perfect spot for the night. $30. Not much around tho in way of food.

This review is for the dump station only. We did not stay at the park. $10 fee, which is very reasonable and the dump and fill station is extremely clean and well kept. Only a few min off highway 395 and is easy to access. Highly recomended of you have an RV and need to service your tanks or water fill.

Even though they were closed the day we wanted to rent a full hookup space for our trailer, when I called them they sent an employee out to collect the money and register me. Didn't have to do any paperwork. They do have shade trees planted, but they're just getting started so there's not much shade. But with full amenities, we had no problems as we ran the air conditioner. The area was clean and safe including motion detection lighting. The spaces were pull through, so no headaches trying to back up the trailer. The woman who helped me on the phone was very courteous and professional. They have a nice store with some good products for travelers. I will definitely be back when I'm in this area again.

We have stayed here several times a year. It is great for a night pull through 50amp. Or 30 amp monthly rates. Full hook ups with soso cable. There is a small laundry and no restrooms.

This park is great, with all the trees it did help keep RV cool.. Before Hell, I mean the heat... took over. Very friendly and very clean park. Only thing missing would be a dog run but they are friendly and the price is perfect when you stay during the week for work

I'm currently here staying at Bertrand's and couldn't be happier. I have a fenced lot. The trees make the difference because in the high desert everyone knows it gets wicked hot. The staff is friendly helpful and a real good people. I would give it a five-star rating but I don't want to go to their heads it's just a short drive to Ridgecrest and to all highways come join the fun here at bertrands

Had fun last year here but the problems are 1: management says they had a problem with me? Don't know what that's about as nothing was ever brought to my attention! 2: they say your site is big enough for your RV and your vehicle... this is not true and if your pick up doesn't fit you have to park it in an unsecure location near the highway. I guess that management felt that I knew the owner I might see something they don't want me to say to him! Either way.. I had no problem as far as I knew and if I drive 2000 miles only to have them tell me this at the last minute after planning my trip all year kinda sucks on their part!3: they have nothing on site as to swimming pool.. dancing or even video pin ball... all entertainment is off the premises 4 miles one way or 7 miles the other way.. all you do is park your RV then drive someplace else! I guess if you get up to drive to town for breakfast at 6 am it wakes up some of the undesirables they have staying there!

Bertrand's is more than just an RV park. I went there for a storage unit. By doing so, I am saving $100.00 a month compared to where I now have my things stored! The office lady was extremely polite and very helpful. A real pleasure to do business with.

It s in the Mojave Desert, so pretty much just sand all around you. But there are some nice shade trees. Water, power, and sewer all worked great. Adequate cell reception meant we didn t rely on the WiFi.The pull through spaces are new and have no shade. They are a few hundred feet west of the main park.We were just overnighters. Looked like half the spots are for permanent occupants, and maybe another 1/3 for longer staying travelers. Was not full during our stay.

Seemed great at first, this place wasn't far from a piece of land ready for development & would've been great for a couple few months while getting building permits for a nearby lot. We travel up & all of a sudden we get told the year of the RV matters. Yeah sure... 2002 isn't that old.

This little rv park daved our lives during this 110 to115 degree weather! The great trees have given us some coolness when we ot9herwise wouldnt have had. Very nice staff with any rv problems they try to help. It is a small park. But with our 35 ft coach we had plenty of room. Only has one small laundry room. But a store with mainly supplies for rv parts. Pets are welcome and a service station right down the road. If you want to be intettained this is not your place. But for s good nites sleep or longer stay s great place.

This was a very nice place to use as base camp. West lots are by far best, very friendly owners that actually know what s going on at their place. Looking forward to our next trip out there.

I am renting a mobile home for the past almost 2 years and I love it! Even quiet and nice trees for the middle of the desert

Had everything we needed. We stayed for a week in the full hookup pull-thru area. It's clean and close 2 the town. Wi-Fi signal was fine. Managers are very nice.

My stay at Bertrand's was ..., "Well after my company moved on down the road leaving me stranded and distressed . With out notice this management team came to my rescue . They went beyond their call of duties to assist me and my dog with our unique circumstances .They made me feel like family keeping me safe and comfortable until I calmed down and could make arrangements. This helpful duo is quite a team .They took excellent care of me all the while running a clean and well maintained park . I am so grateful for all there efforts . THANK YOU !

Very primitive park that the only thing it's got going for it is that it's cheap. Parking is not great. New desk manager/owner is rude. In the 3 years I've been living here and working in the area the park has gone down-hill in terms of the way it's run. The park being next to a major traffic route is extremely loud as well.

About the only place to stay in the area. Very quiet campgrounds, and the hosts are quite nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed overnight and found staff helpful and for the $20, it was just fine as site included full hookups. Nice stopover from Tahoe heading south.

The mangers are rude and the park is very small. I would never spend another night there.
