I have been looking for a dump trailer for some time. I liked the 7-gauge flooring of the Iron Bull trailer. I looked in a 250-mile radius. I used Tempest Search to find the trailer on Craigslist. I found Trailer Super Store and emailed them on their trailers.Just about everything was done via email which worked very well for me. Maria answered all my questions I had and the full price. She worked with me so I could find the time to be able to drive over 200 miles to get the trailer. She had the trailer brought over from their other store for me.The paperwork was very fast. I missed Maria s email asking for my driver s license to start the paperwork. I walked around and checked out their other trailers while one of the staff completed the paperwork. Two people stopped what they were doing and asked if I need any other help.The gentlemen that completed the paperwork walked me through the paperwork and walked me through how to get the manual and registration on the net. The staff walked me around the trailer and the operation of the trailer. The staff explained how to hook up the trailer and why it should be done that way just in case I did not know.Overall, excellent experience buying the trailer. Staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Well worth the drive to get the trailer. If I need another trailer, they will be the first place I look.

Purchased a Utility trailer recently had a great experience. I ordered a trailer over the phone without actually seeing a one in person. Since they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in inventory, I was able to communicate what I needed over the phone and they ordered the trailer with my specs.Communication was great as I received updates from the sales staff (Camela and Maria) every 3-4 days. They always returned my phone calls and replied promptly to my emails.You can buy a trailer anywhere, but the service and communication was the difference for me. I had a lot of questions and I made a lot of phone calls and they were always pleasent and cooperative.When I picked up the trailer, the gentleman onsite walked me through every aspect of the trailer, answered my questions and was very patient with me. Unfortuanetly I don't remember his name but he completed a great experience. Would buy from them again.

This is my second trailer in 5 years purchased from them. Great prices, unmatched anywhere i looked. And even better customer service. Had everything waiting for me. In and out in 30 minutes.

It was a long drive and really worth the trip. We purchased a CM 3 horse aluminum trailer at a great price. The folks here are courteous,authentic and very friendly. Financing was seamless. Overall our entire experience was painless! Highly recommend to anyone looking for good trailers at a great price.

Had an outstanding experience. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed with no hassle. And like a good business should, they verified the road worthiness on the spot. Lugs, lights and tire pressure.Pricing was a huge plus as well. Best deal I found on new trailers within 1500 miles. I'll definitely use them in the future and recommend them.

We drove 500 miles (round trip) to buy a 20 ft box trailer from Ayub last weekend and we are extremely pleased with the purchase. The trailer is exactly what we wanted. Everyone at American Loan Masters was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the price was the best we found anywhere. Very highly recommended!

Awful customer service. I am located 6 hours away. I was ready to purchase today. On the phone with one of their customer service representative, in the process of trying to explain that I understand they carry quality trailers and I am willing to pay more for their trailer the sales agents decided he was not interested in what I had to say and hung up right as I was talking. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I would strongly urge not to buy anything from this company. If this is how they handle themselves via phone. I can't even imagine what one would experience in person. Stay away

We drove all the way from Yuma, Az. The price of the dump trailer was amazing! The customer service was fantastic. Niger, Maria, Carmela are amazing at making sure we were completely satisfied before we left. We had a 6 hour drive home. We will make the drive again and again to purchase from them. Very happy with My decision to buy My new PJ DL142 dump trailer from American Loan Masters. Shopped the entire state of California to get exactly what I wanted at the best price. Ayub and Camela were absolutely wonderful to work with. The whole purchase evolution went smoothly. All My questions were answered firmly and on the spot. All commitments made on the phone were texted in writing and fully honored when I arrived there. Service personnel trained Me on all the necessary details and were great to deal with. Well worth My decision to travel 396 miles in both directions to make this purchase. Would definitely do it over again the same way. Thanks ALM.

We drove all the way down to ALM from Northern California to buy a Big Tex 20AC 3 car trailer. They had the best price on the west coast and they made the whole process totally painless. We got pre-approved early in the week and drove down on a Friday to pick up the trailer first thing Saturday morning. We would have been in and out in 20 minutes had we not had so many questions, which they answered for us with no problems. I am starting a new business and Ayub even gave me some very valuable advice on how to do business and keep customers. He clearly knows what he is talking about. We are hoping to buy a flatbed trailer now and I would never go anywhere else but ALM. I will gladly make the 475 mile drive just for that kind of customer service. Thank you To Ayub and his team, you have our business for life.

I had a great experience with my trailer purchase from American loan masters. Ayud goes above and beyond for his customers and is a man of his word. Unlike some of the trailer manufactures he works with. His warranty department is on there game and follow up with you to make sure you get what you paid for. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

We'd been looking for MONTHS for a new horse trailer. We had specific needs and wants. Everywhere in southern California was pretty much the same prices for what we wanted. We happened upon the website for this dealer, found the PERFECT trailer and it was around $2500 cheaper than very similar trailers from Norco to Beaumont to Ramona which we'd been shopping around at for months. We drove 2 hours up to Ridgecrest to see the trailer, it was pulled out for us before we even arrived. They fixed a few things I was just being picky about and were so friendly and accommodating to us. Staff was quick and very helpful when we needed a slightly bigger ball for our hitch, we pi ked one up at home depot and the staff at Mahindra of Ridgecrest swapped out our old ball and installed the new one for us! Super easy, no pressure and well worth the drive up!!

Went out today to buy a bigtex 14xl trailer. Was very happy and satisfied with my purchase, the staff was very helpful and didnt mind moving all their inventory around to give me the trailer i chose from the way back. ..Also they didnt mind waiting an hour after closing just to satisfy my needs. The 2 1/2 hour drive was more than well worth the time, to find the perfect trailer i wanted, (including the color) that every other dealer was trying to make me wait 6-8 weeks for.. Even though i was told by another dealer that at ALM i would find nothing but bs, i found that the only bs i had obtained that day, was the false badmouth he had gave me... i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great trailer and will definetly be back for my next purchase.

Terrible service, Predatory - misleading advertisement, Poor warranty. They will send you to the manufacturer the day after the sale if your trailer fails. I purchased a lift trailer that failed its first day. It was presented as new but sat on the lot for over 2 years. Talk to PJ in Texas was the message. These are not good people. This is not where you should do business.

Made a 9 hour round trip today to pick up a 20 car hauler. Cheapest price I could find and their customer service was great! I ll definitely be back for my next trailer.

I purchased a dump trailer over the phone from Over here in Hawaii, and had it shipped over ,I couldn't be happier with the service and product. Shipping was around two weeks ,but well worth the wait considering the money I saved versus buying over here. Big Tex 7x12 14 k dump trailer.

Worst experience ever... Camilla was rude and misrepresented everything... Quoted one price then when the parts arrived wanted to charge me 4 times as much!! Ruined my trip that I was trying to fix my trailer for... Wasted over a month of time trying to order and waiting for the parts to arrive... Then she wanted to charge me 4x the quoted price to install!!price... Every time

They have a huge inventory, I just bought my 5th trailer from them it has alway been a quick and easy experience. Before you leave they will hook it up and make sure everything is set up right. Thank you again for always being honest and nice to work with.. I highly recommend this business... Jim

Great price for all his units. It was worth the 6 1/2 hour 400+ mile drive to save $$. Ayub even agreed to meet me on Sunday to complete the delivery giving up his family time.

Staff was very helpful, kind, and respectful. They offered a great product, with many more options than local competitors, and at a price nearly $1000 cheaper. This business believes in helping people, more than making money. You can t go wrong with good people when doing business!

I would highly recommend ALM because you just never know what's up until after you buy and you have a problem and its 4:00 on whatever day! They don't forget you.Plus, really really hard to be beat their first price. worth the drive.I never write reviews, these guys are the real deal.

Great to work with. Found the trailer I wanted at a great price but due to work schedule was unable to drive the 130 miles one way to get it. They actually delivered it to my house. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys.

Drove from LA to pick up a trailer from ALM, Big Tex 20 footer car hauler. After doing some homework from other dealerships, they were the best price and very helpful with what I needed. Would recommend them to anyone

had a deal for a 2017 new trailer, they ran my credit got loan approved, got a call for the delivery but it's was a 2years old trailer. be very careful they sell old used trailer for the price of a new one

This place will finance you through mihendra finance ,they are terrible to deal with and have terrible customer service ,lots of issues with them lots of issues with them saying no payment is due and not letting me make a payment then saying the next month payment is late and I owe late fee calling to customer service just gets you to a rude person who offers no help buyer beware ! Dont trust a place who isnt even willing to send you a bill every month and has you pay online where they can screw everything up
