The owner ED is really a nice person. He understands you. When you feel like you stuck in a rut. ED tries to help in the ways that he can. That is why he has been in business in this town for a very long time. Y all go check him out. He has some nice cars. I would know because I bought one. Thank you ED

This is the best place to rent a car. They remember me and treat me like they know me. It feels very personal. They make your rental effortless. I would (and do) recommend them whenever someone needs to rent a car.

Amazing staff! Very helpful and great prices! I have been doing business with them for many years and have witnessed on multiple occasions people who try to take advantage of their personable approach in serving the community. Regardless of the different type of people they encounter and the situations they endure they always stay professional and look for the best resolution! Keep up the great work!

I'd give them zero stars. I've Tried to meet the sales manager for 3 months on a car loan approval and he stands me up every time and staff lies he will call. I've given up. A waste of space in the town. Be better served as a trash dump. That's the staff attitude, trashy.

I have been renting cars from Ed for years. They always, always go above and beyond. I also was trying to buy a car a couple of months ago and Ed went back and forth with my personal bank (which was being rediculous on how much they wanted him to lower the price.) I decieded to wait a bit on purchasing a car walked in to the business to rent a car for an out of town trip and Ed was there I talked to him and he said don't worry when you are ready to buy I will help anyway I can. I have known Ed since they owned the One Stop and him and his brother Mo are outstanding, upfront and honest people. I also use to buy tires from Ed when he sold tires at American Dream years ago that is how long I have been a returning customer. I will say anyone that gave them one star either was beyond being helped or didn't get their way. I also saw a comment regarding a rental that was reserved and then rented out to somebody else. I am telling you since they have opened their doors I have rented from them and they have never done that to me. Who has done that to me? Enterprise continuously but never here.

I was in much need of a vehicle, and being new to this town I wasn t sure which dealer was my best option. I did research, visited the big name dealers and ultimately decided to go with American Dream Auto Sales. I had an approval ready prior to walking in, and 4 perspective vehicles I was wanting to look at. Ed was very accommodating and took care of all of my needs and answered every question I had. I had just come from a bad deal at CarMax and Ed listened and made sure to double check the vehicle I chose to assure I didn t leave with the same or any new issues. In addition to being an excellent salesman, Ed was also able to arrange a rental for me to use while I waited for my new vehicle to be ready. I wasn t expecting such great service however Ed and his staff exceeded all of my expectations. I was in and out in just under two hours total. I highly recommend checking these guys out for all vehicle purchases, vehicle rentals and U-Haul rentals. They are polite, professionally, extremely accommodating and provide exceptional service all around! Thank you Ed for treating me so well. I must say, of all my vehicle purchases this was by far the best experience.

Ed was very helpful, he was able to work with me on my down payment and was able to get me a great vehicle before hand showing up to the lot. He explained all the paper work in great detail being able to understand each paper I m signing for and the vehicle was at a good price as well. He was fast as well and I was able to get the vehicle I desired in less than a day. I d recommend anyone who is getting their first car or is in need of a car go through American Dream Auto Sales!!!

Customer friendly, they rent and sale cars at this location. I've never bought a car here, but my renting experience never had an issue. 300 cash deposit you get back immediately upon returning rental, or 250 debit/credit card deposit if paying with card, have insurance and license and cash and your good to go

Where do I begin....this place is awesome!! I researched the vehicle I wanted for weeks prior and kept coming back to a car on this site. Looking at cars in LA is usually the go to as the prices are low and the options are plenty but who wants to drive 3 hours or more for a maybe? This is a major purchase and having already been to Bakersfield with surprisingly no luck and living as rural as most of us are in Owens Valley, Ridgecrest is the closest option. Having made this decision, I went to every dealer there to view my options saving American Dreams for last. Believe me, that viewing went quick! No one had the selection or prices as American Dreams. The name is definitely suiting. The car I chose as my #1 on line was even better in person. The process to purchase was easy, quick, and thorough. The service was friendly and professional. All questions where answered and reassurences and concerns where handled better than I imagined. My previous car purchase many moons ago was not nearly as comforting as this one. I am very happy with my Acura and love looking at it every day I leave my house. I still can't believe I have this gem!! Thank you American Dreams for making my dreams come true. I will definitely be using you guys again for my next purchase and recommend anyone else to use them, you won't be disappointed!!

Amazing! Ed was super helpful and informative. He was very thorough and made everything so easy for me to understand. Best customer service I ve had in forever! I m so glad I got my Sonata from here, I highly recommend American Dream Auto.

Don't go here. Bought a car e week ago and it's already broke down and undrivable. Worst experience I could imagine!

My experience was awesome!!! Ed was very nice and very helpful , he saved the weekend!!! I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. Next time me and my family take a vacation this is where I'll be renting from. The Camaro we ended up renting was awesome :) Thank you American Dream!

As our car was slowly showing signs of a slow death and we needing a reliable source of transportation we went looking for a car. Not a lot of choices here as we know so the wife and I hit the bricks and started to look.Came to this lot four times during open hours and not once did anyone ever approach us. Now I heard of no pressure selling, but four visits and nothing?Cars we found to be on average higher than Kelly Blue book.Wonder what kind of service one would get if bought here? We choose to go to another place here in town and we got a deal.

Huge fan of American Dream. Have never had an issue with them and have always had a pleasant experience renting vehicles from this establishment. They are professional and go above and beyond to help in any way that they can. They make a strong effort to make sure the renting process goes smooth, even garged my bike for me in there shop over the weekend so that i didnt have to leave it chained up outside. They have offered to give me a ride home on more then one occassion after returning a rental to them and the cars ive rented have always been extremely clean, smelt good, and ran well. Shantey (sp?) at the front desk is helpful, patient and friendly. I deffenatly recommend doing business with them.

Most of the big name car rental places in Ridgecrest were out of cars, American Dream hooked me up with a nice midsize for a great price. Highly recommend

Went to look at a truck they had listed gave my driver's license and insurance policy numbers they gave me the keys to test drive it. Pretty sure I'm going to go back and buy, the boss wasn't there. Small outfit but friendly and good prices.

My shopping trip went BAD! My car broke down. I called American Dream After Hours and was able to Rent a car, to get my family home safely. Special Thank You to the staff that answered my phone call, and taking the time to assist me.

Have rented multiple cars multiple times service is great and great attitudes pricing is normal but I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Great car rental place especially since they are open on weekends very convenient.

A great place to purchase a high quality used car. Reasonable prices, variety of finance options, up front pricing, great, caring customer service. After dealing with Ford and others, American Dream stand tall!

I give a one star simply I paid for a vehicle here out right they told me if I had any issues to come them they ened up telling me they won't help before I paid he said he would give discount a whole whopping 78 bucks come to find out it had a power steering problem $758 and some chang later to get it fixed I was told no problems they probly hoped it off before my test drive either way if buying a Cecile from them bring someone with u who knows about cars

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I sat there for 15 minutes and no one said anything to us. And they helped a customer that came in after us. Horrible customer service and they will not get our business.
