Basic routine repairs took three times the expected amount of time. Extremely high prices and extremely long wait time for such basic repairs with all the excuses in the world to back it up. Charlon Ford discovered an alignment problem with my Fusion during its regular maintenance. At All Imported Auto, Marisa was easy to work with to schedule and drop off my vehicle for the next day. Jay determined my Fusion needed all 4 wheels aligned, especially the left back wheel. Jay and Marisa turned a bad surprise into a great experience to get fixed. Thanks!Service: Wheel alignment

I like this place for a variety of reasons.I get my smog done there, and have never had a problem.I usually call on short notice,and most often they are able to fit us in. Jay has done work for us for a long time,and I feel he genuinely cares about his customers. I once changed my battery out right before a smog was due. DON'T EVER DO THAT...IT RESETS THE SMOG CODES,AND YOU HAVE TO DRIVE A TON TO REREGISTER THEM FOR SMOG TO PASS. Anyways Jay kindly explained my mistake,and I must have gone back to him 5 times and he patiently checked my codes(free of charge) to see if they were on there allowing me to do the smog.He would stop what he was doing and check it out real quick.He never shows any signs of irritation with customers which makes him a saint in my book.

Jay and his wife Marica (spelling? Sorry!) took care of my car after it broke down on my way up north. Jay was fully booked until into the next week but still took the time to help me get back on the road as soon as possible. He also drove me around Ridgecrest to get an idea of where things were and dropped me off at a nearby hotel.Car got fixed and made it the remaining 1000+ miles. Honest and friendly shop, highly recommend!

Terrible service had an appointment on the 13 they never schedule it then so they didn't do anything said they would order the parts and it would be there for the next time we came a week later. Wasn't there toke them a month to actually order the parts when I had told them it was an immediate issue because of a ticket. Called e everyday about it and Didn't get the part til a month and a half... The day before court... This is only part of what we needed to get done for the ticket... We now have to trade the car in because he put us in dedt.

Absolutely awful experience. They had my car for well over two weeks and the told me I didn't know how to fix it. The guy has no idea what he's doing.

Because Jay was the only mechanic that I could find to touch my VW Jetta years back when I moved into town. He has a VW Jetta himself and in my opinion is a very competent mechanic and beyond that he is an ethical business man who will shoot it to you straight forward. In my dealings with multiple mechanics over the years he is the most ethical I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

$65 for a front end alignment. They got me in for an alignment in two days. They did a good job. Try this place out!
