John went out of his way to find the glass for my vehicle. He was in contact with me throughout the day so I could bring my car in because it was raining (he did say he could come to me if I had a dry place but I didn't). Service was fast and the only place I could find the day after New Year's that was open. Also the price was almost $200 less than SafeLite which could only get my car in TEN DAYS LATER. My car got broken into the night before at work. Velocity was able to fix my window the next day. They gave me a very precise window of time that they wpuld be there, and they stuck pretty well to it. The new window works perfect and matched the factory tint. I actually thought that the factory tint was darker but the dealership confirmed that the tint I had was aftermarket and the velocity replacement window was correct. Will recommend to others, although hopefully I won't have too

Excellent. $260 via vemmo. Safelite wanted $420. I don't need an exact, I just need to to work and fit. My car is not under warranty anymore.
