Stewart s Body shop did an awesome job taking a very damaged vehicle and making like the collision never happened. We are so very pleased with the outcome. Service was outstanding. Answered all our questions and responded promptly. Could not be happier.

They always do a perfect job, plus they are nice and welcoming ! This is my 2020 Tacoma after picture, as new. I totally recommend them to car lovers. The team also takes care of the insurance paperwork for you. 5 stars indeed !

There aren't enough stars to give...10 seems the very least amount they should get. I have been coming here for years for their expertise and car repairs. They do the most professional job I have ever seen and I trust them like no one else. They are meticulous perfectionists that also work efficiently. The customer service is outstanding. They keep you updated and make sure you have what you need and the enterprise rental shuttle can pick you up there. Thank you Chad and your team of experts, you are my go to Body Shop.

I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I will without any hesitation. They made a post-accident situation as pleasant as possible. Wanda was professional, personable I received progress reports during my car's stay. Picked up car today. Good as new. Thanks Stewart's Body Shop.

Stewarts did an exceptional job fixing my car. Everything was top tier, from the customer service to the professionalism and communication. I'm beyond happy with STEWART'S BODY SHOP. The people are so nice and great. Wanda was great. Kept me in the loop when anything came up and went above and beyond to help me. If I ever need help again on my car, I so plan to go back to them.

Even if you had a magic wand to restore your car to its before damage state you couldn t do a better job than Stewart s. We first went there with an insurance claim many years ago. Been back on our own with assorted issues since; rust around the top edge of a windshield, a trunk out of alignment, a mirror knocked off and scratches on the door, shopping cart damage. Every time they made it look like new. Their paint work blends in so well you really can t tell that a repair has been made. Also, they are some of the nicest people you could ever do business with.

My car war repaired to its original shape when it was brand new. It took less time to finish than was told. So great full for the work that was done. I would recommend this Bidy Shop to anyone that asks for.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stewart s Auto Body Shop at 12540 San Pablo Avenue in Richmond, CA (9480). I initially brought my car in for repairs on the left side, which had suffered from scraped scratches in a recent accident. I can t express how happy I am with the results my car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. The team at Stewart s Auto Body truly worked their magic and restored my vehicle to its former glory.The work was so well done that I ve now decided to have the passenger s side jazzed up to match the driver s side. Well, now I have used them 3 times! Someone sideswiped me and took off my mirror. Within 48 hours they had the part and had completed the repair. They came in under the estimate! Who does that? Honest and definitely the best body shop around!This is the second time I ve needed body work in the last year! Someone hit my parked car and they got me in within 2 hours! Craig and everyone at Stewarts Body Shop are professional, polite, and provide excellent communication. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work. More importantly, it s a business that provides superior customer service! They really do go above and beyond. Definitely hope I never need them again, but i know they re there!Service: Body & Trim

First time ever that I had to take my car to a body shop. I found Stewart Body Shop on Nextdoor app where many neighbors highly recommended them. I called and was told I can bring my car by that same day for an estimate. Another shop told me a week!!! I went in and Flor took pictures and went over the estimate with me. She recommended that I go ahead and scheduled the work 2 weeks later while I contacted my insurance company. Sure enough everything was handled and ok by my insurance company in time for me to drop off my car. I decided to go with them instead of the company that my insurance recommended because I was impressed with how they do business. I got my car back today. They did an amazing job! My car looks like new. I like that they are total professionals and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this business!

Very customer friendly, car looking as good as before the accident, actually better since they washed it. I got updates on the progress of the work. They even put air in my tires without me saying anything, the air pressure alert had gone off just before I took the car in. I did not expect all that since it was an insurance claim. Stewart's Body Shop is phenomenal. I have used them many times over the last five years. Chad always does his best to accommodate my needs. He can do a great job cheaply if you are not filing an insurance claim. And he can do a fantastic job if you are filing a claim. Chad and his crew will take care of all necessary communication with your insurance company if you want. Makes the whole process much easier.
