Dale is a wonderful person and also great motorhome mechanic. He did so many great little things getting my Jenna ready for burningman Great service and reasonable prices ! Definitely awesome if you need help with anything motorhome. Thank you guys!

I recently used S&S to replace an axle and replace the hardware and motors for a 14-foot-wide slideout on my 25-foot travel trailer.They are a small shop and the owner Dale, was very hands-on. It was quickly clear to me that Dale was an expert in the RV repair industry. Frankly, my experience over the years is that the bar is pretty low in the RV Repair industry in my area.Dale was very honest and open with his problem diagnosis and had no issue admitting a change of opinion once he dug into the repairs. His customer service was excellent and he did the work quickly. Not only did I feel that Dale was extremely competent, but he was also very honest and always put the cards on the table clearly so that I could understand. He even answered the phone the majority of the time when I called. Last but not least, I believe his pricing is very reasonable too.From my perspective, S&S is a gold mine, and they will continue to get my RV repair business. I feel very fortunate to have found S&S. I recommend that you try them out.

The slide out on our 1-1/2 year old trailer was off set and grinding badly. I was referred to Dale at S and S RV repair. I called Dale and had an appointment less than 2 weeks after my call. Dale quickly diagnosed and fixed the slide out the same day. He took the time to explain what happened and gave us suggestions to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Dale to take care of any RV problem you may encounter.

Dale is great. Our fuel neck and bezel broke on our 2010 Roadtrek 190 Chevy RV. For over a month my husband called and went to mechanics and body shops trying to get it repaired. I was researching the internet and saw S&S in RIchmond and thought I would call. Dale knew exactly what happened , how to fix and had done so in the past. We sent him pictures , then took RV for him to see. He found a fuel door in his shop a few days later. We made the appointment and WALLA all was fixed perfectly. Dale also is a wealth of knowledge on different problems with RV's. We will never take our RV anywhere but S&S from now on. Thank you Dale ! Oh and the price was great too.Service: Body & Trim

Changed my 2 tires and Ask about taking a look at my generator (was never used by the previous owner) and he was really nice about it. Fixed everything in an hour came back with new tires and a working generator. Nice guy very kind. Everything was $460.

We went to S & S to have our roof totally redone on our 1987 Coleman Columbia. The main reason I went with them is that Dale is BRUTALLY honest and is not trying to rip you off. When I told him that we wanted to redo the roof he said for the cost of a redo we could just buy a new rv. I explained to him that we wanted to keep ours and he said "Okay." I appreciate that he was super up front about the cost vs. rv ratio and didn't just charge us a crazy amount for something without warning us of resale value.Secondly for the estimate quoted we ended up getting more work done than we had initially wanted.Third, the work was done before the scheduled amount of time quoted. Dale was also very honest about how long it would take to get the RV worked on and was able to manage my expectations.I appreciate his workmanship and his business savy in dealing with customers. I feel like I got a great deal and will definitely go back to him for any work I'll need in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Nice shop! I took my used, yet new new to me Roadtrek in because the generator wouldn't start, the black water dump hose was held together with bungees, and I had water leaks Dale had all the problems fixed in a day and the bill was unbelievably low. Dale explained what he did, showed me the bad parts, and sent me on my way with a smile.I highly recommend this shop

Twice now we ve had a great experience- Dale goes the extra mile. He even delt with an RV vendor who sent the wrong part to install. Very fair prices, good work, customer service ++++

I made an appointment to take my RV in for a couple of repairs for burning man, they are only open during the week from 8-5, so a little tough for me with work. Knowing I had a busy week I called and left a message three days before my appointment, asking if I could bring it in 'after hours'. I did not get a response, and called back the day after my appointment, I was told they didn't get my message and are now booked up for a month.This business is apparently too busy to give good customer service.

Dale has been doing maintenance and repairs our 5th wheel for the last few years and always does an honest and reasonably priced job.

S&S RV can repair what most shops cannot. They are fair with pricing and honest to deal with. The one star from Mr. Burning Man is unfair. S&S does in fact stay booked a month out. They have an excellent reputation and everyone wants their RV repaired yesterday.

Installed a repeater for my tire pressure monitor system. Quoted 15 minutes and was done that fast! Really fair price, too.
