The hours are 8am -8pm on a Sunday. I got there at 7.46pm, door was closed, nobody pick up the phone.

Little bit of a wait in line. Other than that it wasnt bad. Friendly service. Liked that when alot of people came in the more help that was brought out to help customers.

Employees were nice and knowledgeable. It's just that the store is rundown. The shelves weren't stocked. I got the one and only container of a fluid I needed in a size I could carry. There was plenty of the product in a large 2.5 gallon box. However, I can't carry something that big.

It's O'Reilly, during the age of covid, it's almost empty, customers are few, the employee was awesome and knew his stuff, was helpful, went to go help get a locked item from the store for me, so it was good overall. The store looks like it was here for a while, hasn't had much redone or modified, but why does it need to? It's richmond California, located in the downtowns civic center; we are lucky it is here at all. Prices reflect the diminished purchasing power of the much venerated green-back, so that's about it. I'll be back if I need any auto/electrical/epoxy/chemical/leather items =)

It is usually great service and good stop of most car parts. But on this particular visit the clerk behind the counter shamed completely out of it! Firstly I had a simple question about a light bulb match, and then we found the one I wanted which has two bulbs in the package. I told him okay and said it has two. I said right I need two. He brought another one to the counter that I already had in my hand. He was quite slow the whole time. Then he charged me for it and I thought it was very high. Come to find out he has build me for two different packages of bulbs, two different bulbs and I noticed as I was walking out the door. I went to straighten it out and that went okay enough. But a 10-minute transaction turned into a 30-minute ordeal!

The mechanic and the team were accommodating. I usually go here to change my oil and so far the service is perfect. There is this guy who s like the boss/manager of the place. I usually go to him whenever I have issues like the check engine light and he will let me know what to do to remove it. Aside from that, he checks my car like the tires and advises you to get new one if you need to.

Always come here sometime its not that busy and the customer service is great. The kid at the desk help me even thogu they didnt have the right size tool he went out the way to help me to measure the size i needed.

I had a good time learning about new parts and tools. Customer service was great, they focused on my needs ad a customer and provided me the detailed knowledge in order for me to complete my task efficiently and effectively.

Friendly guys here. Everyone working was very mellow. Prob had to do with smell of fresh smoked weed. Lol.

Really bad service they don't know what they do never buy anymore on my life and wanna tell everyone of my family and friends don't go and buy any auto parts on 243 23dr st Richmond CA. Also they don't have people training about cars. Make sure everyone check out what you buying on o'Reilly,.I took this time to writing because I don't want anyone get your car screwed up. Thanks

I come in and out with the right parts and great service. I gotten to know many of he guys here over the time and they are a bit far but it's worth it to me. I wish they were 24 hrs, so I can grab last minute things.

The battery was over $180 for a 09 Honda fit. Saw it at Walmart for $155.went with AAA for $98 Installed, first 3 years full replacement warranty, 6years prorated.

I hate this O'Reilly auto parts. This specific one. They can never help me with anything. Horrible service I will not return because I get frustrated everytime I come here. They should tear this down and put up a AutoZone and fire everyone here and Hire new people that know what they are doing and that wants to be working here and also who loves working with people!!!

STORE DESERVES NO STARS VERY POORLY MANAGED STORE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS THE MANAGER. MIGUEL CENDEJAS ISNT VERY PROFESSIONAL HE HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NOR DOES HIS STAFF THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE SHOULD SERIOUSLY BE REEVALUATIED CAUSE OF THERE POOR. WORK ETHICS. DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE U WILL BE VERY UNSATISFIED AT POOR MANNERISM OF THEWHOLE STAFF AND THE DIRTINESS OF THE STORE FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN EMPLOYEES CARE MORE ABOUT BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS THEN THE SATISFACTION OF THE SERVICE WE RECIEVE OR THE CLEANLINESS OR FOLLOWING COVID 19 GUIDELINES FILTHY STORE

I was looking for mirrors, it was clearly marked on the sign that the mirror we're supposed to be on that lane. So I walked the lane back and forth, then from the back of the store to the front. The mirrors were in the first lane I walked by the entrance. Then the csrs took forever to attend people. I remembered why I didn't like Oreilly. Because they don't have a dedicated register for people needing to cash out.

This is by far the WORST O'Reilly that I have been to! I have been shopping with O'Reilly since before the name change... I won't be back. They are rude, inattentive and not very helpful. I'll take my money elsewhere, thanks.

Great customer service, friendly staff only problem was they didnt have my part and wanted me to go 5 miles out of my way to grab it. Went to auto zone they had the part case closed

I just hate O'Reilly. I miss Kreagan. They used to know cars and could talk about car jargon till you forgot why you came in. O'Reilly's just sells parts. There's no expertise in anything they do.

Took battery in to get charged went to pickup battery after two hours said battery was good to go took battery put in truck and it wasn't charged at all why lie
