My Toyota Corolla's catalytic converter was stolen, and the replacement part was backordered indefinitely. Liz was very knowledgeable about the specific situation with Corolla catalytic converters and how to navigate the aftermarket. She explained in great detail how to best maintain our car when using aftermarket parts and communicated with me throughout the repair process, even when our insurance company transitioned the adjustor in charge. Finally, she installed a cage for us at a great value. I would definitely work with Mr. Muffler again if an issue comes up!

I called and spoke with Liz about changing out mufflers on my squarebody. Dropped by later that afternoon and they took care of me. Was in and out by 5:00. Clean shop, prompt service, and quality work at a fair price. Definitely recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Terrible customer service. After dong business at this location for years, and few days earlier, I had spent nearly $600 there; the female co-owner yelled at me while I was trying to negotiate the price estimate on a new repair with her on Thursday, December 2022. She said in a very rude manner if you don t like my price, go somewhere else! . I will not recommend the place

They did a superb job on my scatpack mid muffler delete. They really take pride in thier work. They did before and after videos and took photos of the job which showed they were confident they did a good job. I had a great experience here in 2020 but I returned 3/2023 and received the worst service! And treatment, I spent 160$ just to get my car towed there and returned home an hour later.Liz was very rude, unable to have knowledgeable conversation about mechanical issues, As a 40 yo woman I'm not keen on folks patronizing me and trying to make me feel inferior of any sort, especially when we about to spend damn near 2000$ "Estimated"After watching her continue to be rude and verbally abuse her workers, Over smalI Un important details, Super counter productive i couldn't take it. I let her know she was being rude for no reason and things could be easily resolved. She proceeded to call me a low life and laugh because she "refused service" When I asked her to reset the convo.She tried to refuse us service like we dnt have the option to go some where else!! Please lady, only low life's enjoy causing adversity for people and name calling. these people dnt deserve the business of our locals. We're not low lifes? cuz otherwise where she get her opinion? we're returning customer's.my heart hurts for our community! we getting robbed for our car parts, have some heart behind your business, without our hardships what yall got? Be a part of the resolution.Psyour response in comical because your a total stranger who feels so enlighten on my personal business. But simultaneously are still wierdly being unethical. I've been in search of an exhaust place for a while now until I decided to come to Mr.Muffler. I came by to replace the resonator on my car and Armando was the man. He gave me a fair price and also filled a leak that I had on my exhaust free of charged!! I believe the price is fair due to the fact that they make sure to satisfy the costumer and make sure the job is done correctly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Service: Exhaust

Mr. Muffler was the best priced hands down. They got tge job done professionally, same day, with care and were upfront and communicative from beginning to end. I wont hesitate to use or reccommend them again for all my exhaust needs.

The worst muffler shop I been to, got my tips replaced but they were uneven when they put them on I told them they not even the medicine got mad n start giving me attitude like really I m spending my money I want it right but he ending up fixing it but it was still off I say whatever man so I left few days later one side tip hanger fell apart due to not welding it right.. just waste my money

My experience with the staff was really great. i had to come back to the shop for what i thought was mistake on therd part but come to find out it didnt have anything to do with their work. They immediately diagnosed my problem that nobody else had any idea of its origin.Awedome attitude i would definite recommend

I went there trying to fix my catalytic converter to pass my smog check, he check my car catalytic sticker but he said something about my car it wasn't a California car so he can't do anything..so I took it somewhere else, they install a 50 state legal catalytic converter and car pass smog no problem.. the certificate smog test station laughed about this mr. muffler guy for not know the smog rules.
