Came back again for the front windshield. They were able to get it just right, not too dark (20%) all while keeping my 5% sun strip. I paid these jokers $150 to destroy my rear defroster. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage they caused or reduce the price of their hack job. Avoid this business. It will cost me $600 to replace the rear glass.

I went here about 2 years ago. My back window tints are now bubbling! I went to have it fixed about a week ago and was told my tints were no longer under warranty. Due to being under a new management . Moving from one building directly to the next one Yet the company name is still the same He then states in order remove the tint my defroster would be messed up so instead I should get a new windshield and then tints applied Also this time to get ceramic to ensure nothing like this happens again. But guess what, the tints are CERAMIC. Either he thinks I m dumb because I m a woman or it s a scam - I am no liar. There is literally no reason to lie. He never stated ceramic was lifetime, or that the carbon was one year. In fact he stated I had no warranty because it was under a different management. And if I wanted to get it fixed under said warranty to try to find the old owner . Additionally, it was not that he wouldn t be able to do it, I chose to go home and think about it. When I paid to get to tints I did loads of research. I know the difference of carbon vs ceramic. It s a shame to see company s respond in lies. To think my post is for me to get something out of this is ridiculous. I would never go back, plus i already had them fixed. I would say be cautious if you choose them.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Great guys. Fast, high quality work. They were able to take my vehicle in less than a days notice. I m here from Boston, and can confirm prices are competitive in comparison to other shops. I was able to drive up with no appointment and get my windows done with ceramic tint all around. Only took a couple of hours to finish up and the car looks so much cleaner with the dark tint. Thanks Master Tint!!!

Dropped in just to get a quote and left with a fully tinted car! Great customer service! They educated me on the different tints, which helped me make my decision, and the tint came out great! Definitely helps with the heat and UV protection. Highly recommended!

Quick, easy and perfect service. I just needed one window tinted on my audi and this shop had the best price, and took 15minutes to complete. 0 bubbles and perfect install. 10/10 would recommend

Had my car windows tinted by this business a couple of years ago. Came back for the windshield tint. Junior, is very efficient and flawless in his work. They stand behind their work. The business gives life time warranties. Would recommend this business. Great customer service as well.

JR. did an excellent job with the tint and is super chill. Great customer service and very talented. I got the ceramic tint on my front windows and windshield, and am glad I did. Made a big difference temp wise in the truck. Will definitely be taking all my future vehicles here. Thanks again.

I brought my Corvette in (2/12/2020) @ 10:30 & it was done @ 12:30. Had to remove the rear window tint & tint both front windows & rear, (2 hours) & he was done. It looks great, I highly recommend Master Tint.

Thankful to my friend for referring me to Master Tint in Richmond. The quality and service was amazing! Jr. did an amazing job on all my windows. He took his time and had great precision when setting the tints. I recommend the sun protectant tint, it has made a huge difference even on the first day. My first car I brought to this shop after have a window tinting in a cheap place in LA. I googled this shop after moving to Bay Area to fix a horrible job that other store have done. The owner not only replaced that tinting but replaced all others to avoid future problems. He also explained why my tint had bubbles which gave me even more confidence in his work.I am in my 3rd car and all my windows tinting this store took care of. Rolled up, no wait. 3 friendly employees immediately got to work on tinting my vehicle - cleaning the windows while we decided what tint style to use. Efficient and professional, shop was clean! Cold water and a comfortable couch. Great attention to detail.Once you find the driveway, they're all the way at the back, on the left.

Excellent customer service . Down to earth good business people . They really take care , pride , and quality works craftmanship. The results were amazing . Scatpack window got broke. Dude said oh for you this price is ok and I say cool cuz u heard what happened to me right and he comes back with that s not my fault in a disrespectful way. What kind of customer service is that. It s over priced too compared to other shops only reason I came back is cause I wanted the same film. Won t bring a car here again.
