The company I work for installs J & O tires, on our fleet of vehicles.Charlie is a great guy, I enjoy doing business with him.I'd recommend J & O for tires of any type and size, they do it all!They are also a full service center for all types of vehiclesCheck them out for great, honest service.I needed new tires for my 2000 Corvette.My first call was to J & O.Charlie gave me the prices for a few different manufacturers.I decided on the tires that I wanted, and had them installed.Prices are very competitive and fair.The tire technician Jimmy was very cautious and very courteous, he took great care of my car.There's no doubt that these guys are professionals.Trust in your local businesses, and I always try to support them.Keep our community growing, shop locally owned businesses.

Hi,I own a fleet of trucks and let me tell you its hard to find a good service now days! Any idiot can change a tire but to do it right and professionally with some give a S#*% to what your doing. Look no further! From contact with the guys in the back to the office I was impressed and that's just Fantastic! When I asked for something (not small) Additional it was being done before I was done asking! TOP NOTCH PLACE!!!

The best in the Bay Area. Jerry is as honest as they come, and is competitively priced as well. If you re looking for a great diesel mechanic, J&O can t be beat.

I have been getting my tire needs met and exceeded by Charlie for years now, on all of my vehicles. Jerry on the automotive side has been servicing my trucks for almost as long. Great service, great people, and friendly atmosphere. Love these guys.

Very professional on both the tire and mechanical side of the business. Fast accurate service with the best pricing within an hour and a half to two hour drive out of the bay area. They do car repairs and oil changes all the way up to commercial tire mounting balancing service and repair. They also have the most current hunter alignment software available for a 4 wheel alignment on cars and a second pit for commercial vehicle alignments.

J & O responded to a flat tire issue for me with my rv just past the Golden Gate Bridge as part of Good Sam Roadside Assistance. From the initial call until the job was done was just under 2 hours. The person they sent (Justin/Jason?) was very professional and when done, offered me to follow him to get the tires balanced - could not at this time.

THIS PEOPLE ARE PRO.. FOR REALFROM THE ONE WHO ANSWERED THE OHONE TROUGH NOEL WHO CAME TO REPLACE MY TIRE LESS THAN 1 HOUR FROM PHONE CALL TO GET BACK TO THE ROAD . THANKS(REPLACED MY TIRE WHIT A NE NONE)FAIR PRICES

Very delighted with the service. My old car, honda civic 2001, had an engine noise for awhile until i brought it to J&O to check , in Richmond. In less then an hour the problem was fixed. I am glad i used this company's service.

We initially called for an estimate to change the brakes on our travel trailer because they weren't engaging. They refused to provide one unless we brought our trailer. That should have been a dead giveaway that these people were not to be trusted. The second dead giveaway was that there were no vehicles being worked when we drove in Friday morning. They told us all brakes needed to be replaced and it was going to be over $1000. We took a mechanic friend to inspect the brakes and he told us there was at least two years left in them. We were charged $220 for nothing but wasting our time and effort (hitching and unhitching a trailer is not trivial). They didn't even bother to adjust the brakes. I don't know how long these people have been in business but given their complete lack of trustworthiness and competence, I don't think they will last.

If you need it done fast, this is the wrong place. Flat tire repair takes hours. Employees are late to work, only one guy working. In general, nobody cares.

I brought my truck there to be fixed they fixed everything but the problem I'm out of 2 grand and truck still isn't running take my advice leave them alone
