When I came to this dealership I was approached with open arms and I was helped with finding the car that I wanted. My time here was spent good, they managed to get through the process as understanding as they could and were very friendly about it. I left satisfied with the car of my dreams. Shoutout to the boi Cesar who helped me out in getting my car, seek this man out, you won t regret it!

I recently got service on my van here and had a pleasant experience. My service advisor was Gus and he was friendly, he told me that they had the part I needed in stock. He mentioned that would only take a few hours to fix, whereas at another dealer I had to wait until the next day for a minor issue. I was able to get an appointment quickly compared to the other dealership (one of the main reasons I chose this dealership). They gave me a ride to BART and offered to pick me up at BART when I returned. Gus just gave me a follow up call to check if everything was okay. Overall I had a seamless and positive experience and was impressed with their level of service.

I was researching various 4x4's to see which ones would make a good fit for what I thought I would want. When I arrived on the Jeep lot, I met with Cesar Maldonado. Cesar was very gracious with his time, knowledgeable, not just about the various Stellantis brands, but other brands as well. He informed me he was a Jeep owner himself, and was very candid and honest about the vehicle and how it could fit my needs. He wasn't pushy, he gave us his full attention, knowing that we were considering, but not committed. Try and find a car salesperson who is like that today, based on my experiences you will be "lap dropped" onto another sales person, they just won't waste their time on you and want to get back to their phone. You could go to Toyota and be told you can't test drive a 4 Runner TRD Pro, because they are so hot, and people want them with zero to no miles on them..or when you drive one you find out how out dated it is. You decide. I decided I wasn't ready to take the plunge into a new vehicle right now, despite the great offers and deals that Cesar had shared with us, and other dealers are starting to offer. I would have to finance the vehicle, and the one I really wanted was 80K or more, I forget, but it looks like a tank, could probably save your family in time of a crisis. Jeeps are definitely versatile, and purpose built, so if you are looking for a Jeep, or any other car on their lot (Challenger?), be sure to ask for Cesar, he will take good care of you. Oh, and this young man is an Army Vet, so you know you are dealing with an individual who values integrity, I'm sure, this "he will defend". Thank you Cesar for making our shopping experience pleasant, welcoming, and educational.

If you need help with purchasing a new or used car Cesar is the man to go see. My mother recently retired and her vehicle broke down. Cesar was very patient and he walked her through the process . She felt very comfortable with him and she's so happy with her decision. We visited other dealerships and by far the best customer service. Dodge Hilltop has a customer for life.Thank you Cesar!

looking for 2024 Ram 1500 Limited, I send an email and Mauricio give me the information 3 days later I came to the Dealership, Mauricio was off that day, he still answer his phone to my calls, he ask me to look for Salvador, we work the numbers on my trade, they also matched the discount from another dealer and give me a good value for my trade.Thank you Mauricio and Salvador.

Among a number of other Jeep dealerships in my extended area, I finally found a thoroughly positive experience and excellent customer service from this dealership at Hilltop. I feel fortunate to have worked with Cesar, who went above and beyond in customer service and anticipating my needs under challenging circumstances (weather, travel, and selling my own car on the same day).The rest of the team were patient and made the deal I wanted on my new lease possible. Totally satisfied!

They have got to be the most egregious service department in Hilltop. They double up on your repair charges. They have taken advantage of an elderly woman. They charged my mother in law for two diagnostic test; $270 each. One to find the problem, and a second to check they fixed the problem. How do you charge someone if you are double checking your work. Is it that the mechanic didn't know how to actually fix the problem and they guessed what the issue was, and needed a second diagnostic to make sure it's fixed. In speaking with other Service Managers in Hilltop Auto Mall. They all confirmed that Hilltop Jeep took advantage of her.

Incompetent service department - charge for diagnosis and only run through the service codes even when the service advisor sees the issue - they can t recreate the issue if a code doesn t come up and charge you a diagnosis fee of $270 and then return the car while the issue continues to manifest itself within a few miles of pick-up of the car and want to charge again to look at the issue if you take it back in.This has happed to me 2 times over the course of 2 weeks.1. Start / Stop Issue - which said Service Electronic Stability Control System and Service Start/Stop System - took pictures and showed them the issue three times2. AC Control buttons not working on pick-up from fixing the start/stop systemThe issue I took it in for originally was the brake pump and brakes not working and issue # 1 above. The brake pump issue caused issue # 1 which caused the start/stop to fail. They fixed the brake vacuum pump under warranty and put in a faulty pump that was making a separate noise and again caused the start/stop issue to be exacerbated.They then replaced the vacuum pump again when I went to pick up, the AC buttons were not working (which have worked for years without an issue). Of course this was found when I went for pick-up and showed to the Service Advisor who pulled in others who saw it and said it wasn t related to the battery so they were going to charge an additional diagnosis fee to identify this issue. As usual, they came back with no service codes seen and that the technician was unable to recreate the issue.If you can go anywhere else - I would recommend doing that as Hilltop has the worst customer service (including the Manager Scott), incompetent technicians and they run a complete money making racket without actually fixing the car.

The service I get here is EXCELLENT . My amazing service person is GUS BATRAKAT. He is always wonderful. I don't know how he juggles all the phone calls, clients, problems we customers bring in. He is personable, cheerful, efficient, effective and funny. He never gets stressed out despite all the demands on him. This time my 5 yr old Charger's engine wires got eaten by rats. There was also a strike and backorder on parts. And I was going through my USAA auto insurance for the $6,000 estimate. USAA dropped the ball three times getting an adjuster out and delaying the work on my car. They gave us an email address of an adjuster who had left the department and didn't forward the emails Gus sent. Gus spent about 10 hours of calls to help me to get the work approved since an adjuster never came out despite being told twice one would come look at the extensive damage. Gus spent a lot of frustrating time on hold and trying to get to someone on my behalf. It took almost a month due to USAA's endless mistakes. Gus never got irritated despite trying to juggle being on hold for my claim while at the same time juggling other calls and other clients. He kept me updated on the progress. He is amazing. After I got my car back he showed me how to avoid rats by putting bounce sheets and rat deflectors in my car. He also showed me where to place everything so I didn't damage the engine.I love this dealership because of him and the amazing service. Last year my headlight went out and they weren't parts. He had the guys rewire and fix the wiring. I live in Marin and if I drove without a headlight I would be pulled over. I can't say enough about him BUT WILL SAY HE NEEDS A RAISE. He is an employee you don't want to lose. The dealership is clean and there are three comfortable areas to wait in. Everyone is great, friendly and all seem to like working there. My car always comes back clean and happy. I live in Marin and don't have a dealership in my immediate area. San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Richmond are my choices. Hilltop Richmond will always be my dealership as long as Gus Batrakat is there. He's a joy to work with.

Great service with service advisor Belinda... if you visit today wish her a Happy Birthday !! Hilltop Richmond provides excellent service and maintenance service is awesome! The way the entire team works is family oriented organization! I love the way they treat each customer with respect and professional! No matter how far you live from this location it s worth the drive for service!! My Dodge is older and they treat it as if it the new 2018 Dodge!!thanks so much!! They also offer a free shuttle arrive and rental car for $30 day if your car is being serviced!!! Great service location!!

So, I was lucky enough to connect with Shaun over at Hilltop. I let him know we needed a van and that if needed I could be there once they landed on the lot. He said that inventory was rough but would do all he could to get us taken care of. Shaun called a couple days later just as promised. We now own a wicked sweet van. I may be in love. With the van. I've brought my Jeep Compass in a few times for a variety of wheel, engine, and performance problems and both times have had the pleasure of working with Ray Gagnon. He and the service team are both incredibly communicative about their diagnosis, the process, and how they propose to fix it. Ray is also really considerate of repair budgets and makes expert recommendations for future service options. Overall, I've had really positive experiences here, and again, a big shoutout to Ray for walking us through everything.

Purchased my first NEW car in over 10 years. Went in to just take a look and drove off in just a few hours with a new Jeep Wrangler with a 3.5" lift. Jason Boggs really helped get this going, and very personable than other car sales people.My dogs already loving this Jeep!

The team at Hilltop Dodge went above and beyond in handling the sale, ordering, financing, and delivery of my new 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody. Leon, Greg, Mauricio, and the finance manager were efficient and courteous. They kept me informed on my order status, and when the car arrived in Benicia, they made it a priority to secure it quickly. The dealership had an excellent COVID protocol, and I was very impressed with the flat desktop computer used to sign all the paperwork. I walked out of the dealership with a zip drive with all my signed documents which I could upload for safekeeping, and most importantly, I felt safe through the entire transaction. I have been a customer of Hilltop Dodge and Ford for over 20 years. There's a reason I keep returning, and it has everything to do with the customer service and the employee retention with many of the same employees still employed with the dealership from the day I bought my first car from them over 20 years ago. I will continue to patronize this dealership and look forward to my next vehicle purchase from them.

Gus in the service department is the best!! I m getting a suspension airbag changed out on my Ram pickup truck and the way Gus presents himself and treats me as a customer makes me want to come back to this location all the time! He truly knows how to provide the best customer service experience thank you for making my experience of getting my truck fixed soo much better.

Although they weren't able to take care of my needs, (car was too old), I met a great young man and the parts/service department and who gave me a ton of wonderful advice about my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee... He was very knowledgeable!!! He gave me a lot of hope that the Jeep I bought was a good decision. The customer service was here was spot on and I would definitely recommend going there based on this experience.. Next time I might just buy a keychain :-)

Had a wonderful experience at Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Lots of options for me to choose from. Ty is absolutely amazing. Kind. Patient. Knowledgeable. Once I finally made my choice he took the time to show us all the features and explain all the paperwork. Ty then followed up with a phone call to say thank you again. Finance was easy and efficient. The dealership is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Hilltop for a vehicle purchase. We drove 2.5 hours to purchase here.
