Hope this helps . The person on phone gave us alot of info about check engine light. Checked it out same day. We got code and parts that needed to be replaced, fixed Were told it would only take a few hours, but we picked up next morning we had to work. Was quoted the price and it was fair price with no surprises. Polite well informed and work completed fast and correctly. This our 1st time here so we were pleased with all parts of service. Good prices fast work and knows what they are doing at this auto repair shop. If our cars need more work done we will come back. Maybe brakes or a tune up. On our 2005 Nissan pathfinder runs great now. Thanks guys

I brought my car in to check the oil and brake pads. They called me giving me the prices, I said I wouldn't do the exchange there. When I arrived they had done the service without my authorization and I had to pay an absurd amount, I don't recommend it.

I go to Friends Auto every time I need auto work performed on any of my vehicles. The staff is always honest and informative. They work fast, efficient and they're prices are honest. Scam . I charged 500$ for my hybrid car they charged me 140 for checking the car and told me the the breaks need fixed and oil need change they charged me 400$ more they erased the Code and offer 2 minutes drive the problem back. And they told me it's the hybrid battery . But it was just the fuse. I fixed it by myself. They have no experience.

This is the best place to go for servicing your car. They do an incredible job and possess great customer service skills. I took my Infiniti qx70 for tire rod repair and they got it done with an alignment in an hour and a half. Thank you Friend's Auto Center

The guy tried to tell me my own car was a 2003 make and model and when I bought the part I was told from them that I needed. It was the wrong part. When I didn't doubt my own make and model I had went and got the correct part for my car. It was finally fixed. They took advantage of me to get more money and I will never come back ever again.

I stopped using this shop after multiple times receiving poor costumer service. I couldn't believe how crooked the owner is.First time using this Shop, I left my vehicle overnight. I showed up in the morning to pick it up and I was told by his daughter (working front office) that the owner (her father) took my vehicle for a test drive. After almost 2hrs he finally shows up in street wear. Definitely looks like he took my car overnight.2nd service, I get charged $925 and he denies me a receipt. He tells me, if I need a receipt my total will change to $950. Is this guy serious.. Of course I got my receipt for a almost $1000 service that was worth only $500.I don't recommend this money hungry of a owner. Over charges, unprofessional, & bad customer service. Definitely don t come here for an alignment been coming here years for mechanical work, and it s been okay. After having much of my suspension changed and asking for an alignment after, I noticed my front tires were wearing on the outside. I took my truck to a reputable alignment station, and in a nut shell they said they didn t even bother, and or the alignment was incredibly poorly done. Now I m down 2 tires and more to spend.

Went to program keys for 150 and the alarm turned on the car and they said because the alarm went off the office went up to 600 even tho I deactivated the alarm with the on pad on a ford explorer

Good prices.. however.. I initially went to the shop for a suspension inspection and they told me I needed new brakes, rotors and tires which are all completely fine.. I had to further investigate to find my lower control arm bushing was missing, so they failed to find the problem.. I then asked them to change out my CV axles (I brought my own parts) and the mechanic broke one.. so I had to go and get another part.. and come back to have them install it. It also took 3 hours the first visit and 2 the second. They also tore one of my CV axles!

Please do not waste your time or money with this auto shop! They provide terrible service and mechanics do a poor job fixing your car! Far from friendly!

This shop sucks. Period. Went to go get my engine swapped since i blew it... I brought the engine and the car to the shop and a week later its ready but with soooo many problems you cant even imagine. I asked if he can change evrything necessary to make the car run good and he charged me an extra 1k for hoses and lines!!!! Later took it to get my car fixed with warranty because my car would boost correctly and when they call me they tell me i need a new O2 sensor, and charged me 500! What does that have to do with my turbo having boost creep. This shop irrates me to the fullest as they are only money hungry and if they see you dont know anything about cars your getting scammed! P.s. i took it to another shop and they told me they didn t change any of the coils or sensors as he was suppose to, and to top it off they installed my engine wrong

This place put the wrong oil in my car almost blew my engine up plus when they did the oil change they didnt replace the old filter so that was the problem but yea becareful taking your car here they over charge and they dont do a good job at all.
