D's is an East Bay hidden gem! There have been multiple occasions where I had to visit D's and my expectations weren't just met, but exceeded every single time.The staff at D's is attenuative, responsive, and very detailed in their work. They let you know exactly what will be done to your car, and upon pick-up, they'll give you an excellent idea of what they did, where they did it, and how it turned out. Another plus; their prices are some of the most reasonable I've seen in the Bay.One of my favorite things about D's, is if your visit involves your insurance, like mine did, D's will handle EVERYTHING insurance-related. From the phone calls, estimates, photos, and payment, D's handles any and all time-consuming insurance company tasks that you may not have the time (or energy) to do yourself.Visit D's for your next car-related visit. You will NOT be disappointed.

I was looking for a body shop to help me with installation of a sideview mirror, and I had actually arranged one in the Concord area, but they wouldn't put on the mirror unless they ordered it themselves. Since I was able to get one ordered by a friend who works for Toyota and it was ordered directly from the dealer and was a brand new, original part (for hundreds less than the one the 'other' shop was trying to sell me), I found Restoration on yelp. They were the lowest estimate out of several that I received from businesses in the area. Daniel was okay with me bringing in the part and he had me in and out of the shop in under an hour (it was actually like under 30 minutes!)He even brought me over to the car to show me a couple of things with the wiring before he stitched her back up and made her look brand new again! I was extremely happy with his service and professionalism and felt like he was an honest person that I would be happy to have work on my car again, should it ever need more body work (which hopefully it doesn't).Services: Electrical, Body & Trim
