I just have my car fix at Crash Champions Collision Repair, 3230 Auto Plaza Dr, Richmond, CA. Before I got there, I went to a couple of different shops. This body shop won my confidence. In deed, there did a wonderful job, and fixed my car ahead of the schedule. The crew I talked are AJ and Gabby. There are all professional, and the location is clean and spacious, and very easy to rent a car there.

I visited Crash Champions early morning the day after Christmas for a quote. I ve got to say, the establishment was professional from beginning to end.My consultant Donovan was on time, professionally attired, addressed me as a valued customer, explained every detail, and provided an all around great experience.The offices are well appointed with coffee and bottled water for customers. I know this sounds pretty standard, but there was just something, a nuance of extra attention.I haven t decided on who will do the repairs I need. I ll be getting a few more quotes, but CC is definitely in the running because of their professionalism.

Worst experience I ve ever had at any auto body shop. They had my truck for a month and didn t even fix it. I would call every week and it was near impossible to get ahold of anyone. The lack of communication was insane. When they would answer I d be put on hold till the machine hung up on its own. Also got charged for something that was halfway done. Wouldn t recommend to anyone. If I can do zero stars I would.

So unprofessional so rude.Had a collision repairFor installation of bumper they took 24days after that when i bring my car home my bumper locks comes out. Then i visit again to shop they making excuses and behavior is soo rude and not fixed my problem. I recommend don't come here it's just wasting of time and money.

Called to discuss repairs on a damaged vehicle, we get to discussing damage and I explain that I'm looking for a broad estimate to compare with other shops who have offered estimates. The representative completely blew me off after I pressed her for details. I am told repeatedly and after 5 minutes of discussion that this was not the right body shop for me even after I offered details such as paint-code and part #s to order. Didn't even step foot on the premises, just a call. She was dismissive, rude, and condescending. Not interested in seeing how they conduct business in person. Stay away unless you want to be treated with unnecessary disdain.

My suv/car was involved in a hit and run by a drunk driver and I was scared and frustrated. I called Crash Champions Collision Repair Hilltop Richmond and the front desk Alondra was so helpful that she put my mind at ease. Everyone I spoke to was professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Crash Champions Collision Repair are in network with my car insurance so it was a very smooth process for towing and repairs. I really appreciate how Alondra kept me updated every step of the way and she answered all of my questions. Crash Champions is absolutely the best! Alandro from their team gave us priceless advice that saved us a ton of money when dealing with our insurance company. Lexi at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family, and Sean kept us in the loop on our car's progress and always had an optimistic, upbeat attitude. My car looked flawless inside and out. The technicians at Crash Champions are true masters of their craft. I can't emphasize enough how much I recommend them. Wow! The best car repair experience I have ever had! Charlie was phenomenal. The quality of work was terrific. Even the insurance company - Farmer's was terrific. The car was ready on the precise day they promised - even though the extent of the repairs and many needed parts meant it took three weeks. This should be your autobody shop!

When it was Mike's Auto Shop it was awesome. They recently changed management and the customer service was not there. I came in as a self pay just like I had in the past. I drive my car in which had been set on fire and didn't feel it was safe to drive. They didn't want to give me an estimate unless I was actually going to use them. I was at first but then they said I would need an appointment a few weeks out. I asked could they keep my car so I don't have it parked on the street with a busted window and they informed they could not (They could and there was plenty if space). I told them if I had o leave with the car I would go directly to someone else who could keep my car and wants my business. Long story short I ended up at BAF in San Pablo. They really need to know how to help customers. The old Mike's did.

I brought my GMC Yukon to get the front bumper paint repaired and when I received the car back it from them it had scratches on it. So when i took it back they told me it would be a couple of days. So I waited about a week just for the Adjuster to call me and tell me that they ended up scratching the bumper AGAIN in the same spot as before. So now i have to wait another 4-5 days to get it back.Service: Painting

Mike s Auto-body repair is top notch! Quality, Customer Service and Communication are all 2nd to none! They arranged my transportation to the rental car location. Their location is easy to find. They assisted me from step 1 to completion. My car looks brand new! I had the best experience. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent customer service from Whitney from front desk to Duane, their manager. They kept me informed and delivered my vehicle as promised. They are very professional. I also learned about their benevolence program where they give back to the community. This is important to me and quite impressed with what I learned. I'll definitely pursue it and will give my feedback again in the near future.

One thing certain about this place is, they won't bother to communicate anything to you, you have to chase down and call multiple times before you can even get an idea what they are doing to the car or when your car is done. I have a small crack on my headlight because I bump into a deer and it took them 3 weeks (and its not even done) in the mid of my vacation week. I tried to get them to give me some clarity on when the car can be done because it is pretty stressful to manage insurance rental, car fixes while you are trying to travel and go to the airport the next day. No call back so far.

I went in for damage to the driver's side door. It took about a week to fix they would send me text message alerts giving me updates on my car. When I got my car back it was perfect. It looked like there was never any damage. And to top it off my car was cleaned and vacuumed. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Mike's Auto Body.

Good service, they did a good repair and paint job on door and frame but i had to end up cleaning a little of paint and dust paint on rubber seals and door handle i went back for extra adjustments on my door that's all i can say.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Our experience with Mike's has been great. We had a front fender repaired at the Hilltop location. The repair required replacement of the turn signal assembly. Driving down the freeway, the assembly lifted up and flew off the car, scratching the fresh paint job! We took it back to Mike's and they were great about it. It's back there now, getting a new signal assembly and a fix of the scratches.

They took almost a month and I had to keep rental for longer time so had to pay more. And when they finally said it was ready it took them almost an hour to just tell me that they messed up the electrical and it wasn t ready yet, wasted my time for that day and caused me to be very late to work. Makes no sense why call someone and say it s ready and when get there have waiting and just to say they messed up the electrical in my car. I am not satisfied with the repair, I think they did not put new bumper on my car probably just charged for it. I can see the side were the impact was on it is more open than the side that was not impacted.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
