Raul and his son did such a great job repairing my car - it looks like new! He also goes above and beyond for his customers. I really appreciate his kindness and communicativeness. Glad to have found someone to trust as my new mechanic as well.

This place is a scam don t not bring your car here they charged my insurance company 72 hundred dollars for minor scratches and a small tiny dent when I ask why he got over on the insurance he said well they let do it I don t know why I trusted this man with my car he said he do quick work and it took over a month in a half and wanted the 500 deposit in cash this man needs to be reported I m sure he has done this to many customers please don t bring your car there you will regret it and he has his family members sleeping outside in his lot in a fedx truck don t trust this scammer!

Scammers. Do not drop off you vehicle here. I feel like I was scammed. I never signed any agreement. I came to pick up my car approx 2 weeks after it was dropped off because we were waiting for them to contact the insurance company. When it didn't work out, they said I owe a storage fee of $3500 for 2 weeks. I called the California dept of consumer affairs and they told me based on the facts that I provided, Brothers Auto Body is in violation of the BAR code . Avoid at all costs, dude has been in business for 25 years and doesn't know when he is in violation of B.A.R. codeService: Body & Trim

Called and said I was coming for an estimate. When I finally found their shop after going through the middle of a construction zone a guy came outside and told me that the need the money first before they can even get me an estimate. Tried to tell me thats the way things work now. Obviously didn't want to get caught up in a scam so I didn't even argue. I left and got my estimate somewhere else and thank goodness my car is getting fixed correctly.**To clarify, the guy I spoke with did not ask me for a "deposit." He told me I needed to give him the check from the insurance company FIRST before they could give me an estimate. He said they would determine how much is covered and give me a check for that amount He tried to convince me that "that's the way things work now." Obviously doesn't make any sense and he probably thought that just because I am a female I did not know how estimates work. Anyways, I took my business elsewhere and it's getting handled how its supposed to be.

BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. We thought we could trust this shop because they have been cool with us in the past. However, they tried to have my relative sign documents before they agreed to an estimate. If they didn't sign, they were going to charge $200 for everyday they kept the car and were trying to charge over $3,000 just to take the car home. AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

The Brother's were very patient with me as I do not know much about cars. Very clear about what I needed done to my Mercedes and kept me updated on the progress. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my 1978 Datsun 510 Wagon for a complete restoration. Brothers eliminated all the rust that was rotting the exterior. Painted my car aqua green with a shiny gloss finish. They replaced my seats, door panels, headliner, & carpet with new material. Now looks like a brand new car! Very Satisfied with the work.
