I purchased an alignment off of Groupon, I walked in after calling and they said it s okay to do so. I complained that the steering wheel shakes speeding and the car pulls different directions. They said it s probably not an alignment but they ll see. I waited. Then they told me they were done with the alignment. Okay . I drive off and still is doing the same thing. I called to let them know and ask what do they think, they said it has to be a balance issue, and to come in they ll take care of it at no charge since I just paid for the car to get taken care of. Okayyyyyy. I show up, and they ll tell me it will be 30 dollars because it s a balance issue. I said but you guys said no charge, they said still 30 dollars. I have the money but it s the principle. On the receipt states my complaints. They didn t bother to test drive it, even after the alignment, to make sure whether it was this or that. If they would have did so, then we would know, okay balance issue, but instead I paid for something I didn t need, then had to pay more after being told differently. If they knew from the beginning I didn t need an alignment, they sure did still take my money for an alignment. It had to of been the easier 72 bucks they made today, and the 30 after blindsiding me, that s only because I m tired, I don t have the energy to tell businesses about their customer service skills. But I ll tell yall about it. The balance fixed my issue. But I m not going back there again.

I took car in for alignment. After alignment was done car was still pulling, so I took it back a week later. They redid the job, but unfortunately I have to retake it back since it's still pulling to the left. I will be retaking car back and hopefully they can fix it this time. The crew there is helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought the new tire from them 4 days agoand they todl me i got warranty of 42000 miles and 5 times rotation is free.i got flat tire after 3 days i gone over there to fix it and eventually they told me there is no warranty and they didn t able to fix it and want me to buy a new tire and if i don t wanna buy new tire i have to pay 198$ to buy warranty again. scammers hope you guys can make that tire as a bed pillow for your kids and they will be happy to sleep on that . Stop this scam .your business should be closed down. Robbery!

Got an alignment and rotation. They did the alignment ASAP and took them an hour, but that's ok I would think one would want quality work! Very friendly service and the rotation was quick too. I would rather go here than costco in the future!

I needed four new tires and an allignment. The staff and service were both outstanding. Luis and Mike were extremely helpful and friendly, and actually went out of their way to make the experience quick and pleasant.

I have been a customer with Big O Tires for several years. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I get my car repaired at Big o Tires in Richmond California on San Pablo Avenue.They have performed excellent work on my car. Their tires are excellent quality.I highly recommend Big O Tires.

They gave my neighbors car to a random person. No ID check, didn't apologize, or even offer to replace it. Can't track the person down cause there was no ID checked, no type of verification AND they let it go without the service even being paid for. So if you want your car stolen and not replaced, here is your place! I guess stealing cars is their new side hustle, is business that bad? Thank God I do my own oil changes/repairs and don't need to rely on thieves like you.

My friend had her car in the shop on Saturday. You managed to give her car away to someone else and they didn t even pay for the repairs she had taken in for. They said they would come back and pay on Tuesday. I am 68 years old and have never heard anything like that when I take my car in for work. So essentially her car was stolen from your shop and you don t seem concerned at all about it. You didn t even give her a ride home: Is this how you always operate? This is not going to bode well for your business! We will be on top of this until you do something to get her car back and I hope it s soon.

DO NOT GO HERE. They gave my moms car away to someone who wasn t her. Her whole car is gone. Didn t check this random woman s ID, she didn t pay for any of the services. A total stranger just walked out with someone s car. They weren t even apologetic about it! I am infuriated at the lack of common sense and the bourdon this is causing our family. You would think you can trust an establishment to hold your car but clearly not here. This place is a hot mess - who is running this place?

I went in for an alignment which was ok, but they kept trying to sell me new tires which did not need to be replaced yet.

I made an appointment for a Groupon oil change yesterday. I was told it would take 45 minutes which ended up to be an 1 1/2 hours.I was told extra charges for parts and labor would be additional. However, a $35 Groupon ended up costing an additional $84. Total rip off. I will never go to Big O tires again.

Took 4 hours just to complete the Oil Change, despite of taking an appointment. I purchased GroupOn Coupon and they didn t provide a satisfactory service. They almost charged me 95 dollars for just a Oil change despite of Groupon, finally called the manager and fixed it for me. It was all good at the end.

Came in for a tire patch on a Saturday, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The mechanics were fast and knocking out services despite being understaffed and overwhelmed with cars. Had to wait a little bit for the tire patch so they comped it for me to my surprise. Will be returning to big o for all my future needs.

The service here is next to perfect. Gary listened to what tire service I needed and took the time to provide answers and options. Options rarely are spoken of when it comes to car service. He was patient with me, when I requested to break the estimate down line by line. I was also reassured that I came to the right place, hearing other customers reactions/feedback when Gary was helping them at the counter. The time it took to work on my car was the time he said before it started. Thank you Gary and Luis!!! This girl left with a smile :)

Went to get alignment, tire rotation and balance. Was told should take 4 hours. Arrived at 11:15am they completed my care 5pm. They kept bumping me and taking other walk-ins and extending my time. My recommendation if you choose to go here stay on them make sure others don't get service before you.

I went here cause I had a flat tire on my car. I filled it up with fluid to last me 100 miles. Then came to Big O so they could fix the tire. Met Gary at the front counter. Very nice and good customer service. He said if it is a nail or something that it would be $30 but if it was stabbed by a knife i would need a completely new tire. Told me there was 3 cars in front of me getting oil changes and estimated an hour to an hour and a half, 2 hours max to be out of there. I got out of there at an hour and 20 minutes. He called me inside and said there was a screw in my tire and they patched the tire. So in my head I knew I had to pay $30. I signed the key pad and was waiting to put my card in the machine to pay and the man already had the receipt in my hand. So I said thanks and walked out. Stopped and look at my receipt and they didn't charge me. So I went back inside. Talked to Gary and told him that I didn't get charged for the repair. He said today is your lucky day. Good guy right there. Definitely recommend this place
