Came back from traveling after a month and found out my car battery died. It was a rainy evening and no place was available to help me out. Luckily Mario was able to replace my battery last minute in less than 10 minutes! Truly grateful for his help. Thank you!

I was having car troubles and my car wouldn t start. Thankfully one of the autozone employees saw me and came to help. Kaley offered to test my car s charging system and it turned out I had a bad battery. He offered to removed and replaced the battery and install my brand new battery. He was very helpful and attentive. I m so thankful for the great service I was given by Kaley.

During a cold and rainy day, my car broke down while my family was out of town. Clueless about removing an old battery, I hoped to find assistance. Fortunately, Miguel came to my rescue. Despite the harsh weather, he not only helped me install a new battery but also did it with great kindness. His help was truly invaluable and deeply appreciated.

I just want to give a great big shout out to the management at the autozone store in the richmond area located in the mcdonald's strip mall. And a special special thanks to Larry, one of the managers and other managers there too. Who do a great job? Also I want to give a shout out to the security guard. Also, who stands tall and in the derelict of his duty. Anthony Timmons great job to them all outstanding work. May God bless you all and please take note. That they are very good agents for autozone, thank you.

I went into the store and was greeted with a friendly, warm and welcome greeting (Anthony). I was looking for a particular item and a woman walked in with her work bag (Lizeth), and put it down right away, willingly and gladly gave me the best customer service! She checked multiple items that I had questions about and even checked online for me.Excellent service , made for an excellent experience. God bless you all

The service was great! I felt very seen and walked through the entire process of core depositing my alternator and getting a battery health check. Laila helped me a lot and the security guard on shift saw me bring in my battery and was immediately willing to help me charge it. They had my alternator in stock fortunately, and since the store was empty It was quick service. Definitely would come again.

Store is neat and organized. Store manager is very professional and knowledgeable about conflict resolution i have witness alot of rude and nasty persons coming here. I visit this store 3-4 times a week and the managment has done a well job showing other managers , crew members and customers . That this is a very growing and great business that support the automotive and residential clients. It is very close to home and i fell a since of great fullness with all the staff .

Worst customer service I ve had in over 5 years they don t answer the phone when they do had me waiting 35 minutes just for them hang up pretty unprofessional mind you I am waiting forCommercial then I go down to the store try to get helped and no one s there and I wait another 20 minutes for someone to come and the dude starts off with the worst attitude and doesn t even try to look for the part that I m meeting and I came all the way from after Benicia said they had the park hope this changes soon losing money with me n my shop

Great customer service. The store manager Carolina G. help me find a great deal that included oil, oil filter and air filter help me save money and I was able to get a couple more items that I needed. Will for sure come back to this store.

I request a part ok they will call me back 2 days later they never call me. 1 week later I have to go and ask. Then they order the WRONG PART There's 5-6 employees nobody helps.. you have to raise your hands.

Store manager Francis helped me multiple times in one day and also on previous visits to this store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, nice and her customer service skills are incredible. I can tell she handles multiple things at once and she does it well. I had to stop working on my vehicle and write this review because I am so pleased with her and this store. Thank you Autozone and thank you Francis! Keep it up. I will be back

Came when it was busy, they only had 2 people. That's why it was busy. Then I came back at 11am on a Wednesday, I got all my items off the shelf and waited ten minutes for someone to come and cash me out. The person who cashed me out served someone waiting for parts first. So he looked up their items before coming to the register. Then I realize there were 3 more employees doing absolutely nothing.

Bunch of teens working here. They were not knowledgeable about anything to do with automotive or customer service. The only one who know anything was the african american female manager. Very helpful but ultimately I entered the fuel pump I needed online and because that store said they had it I drove 32 minutes from San Anselmo to Richmond and only to find out that they didn't actually carry the part. It would be 0 stars except lady tried looking for every alternative possible. I would just order parts online if time isn't a factor.

Joshua has an incredible amount of patience and respect for all customers who came in during my visit. He made sure my store visit was beyond satisfactory. I had to buy various parts for my car, Joshua was there to advise which parts I would be needing just in case. Overall, this man needs a promotion for being the face of autozone today.

I went into this AutoZone getting supplies for a tuneup and Carolina G who is the store manager went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and also saved me money by buying a oil package that came with the filter and oil!!! She was awesome definitely recommend this store to friends and family!

First I called for a alternator, the lady said she did have it and placed it on hold.Went in to purchase it and when I got there they didn t have it in stock (which means she never physically checked and made me waste my time). I asked if anyone around had it and she said NO only special order. So, I decided try the store by the college and they had it, and I asked the young man if any other stores had it stock and he said all the stores had it. Which mean that this lady with piercings on her face did not care for my situation( I was stuck and it was late) seems like this store only cares about taking my money and not for the customer. Thank you to the gentleman who works at the autozone by the college in el portal... he really helped me out that night.
