Gabriel M went above and beyond to help me out with a motorcycle issue. Help me with tools came out worked with me to fix my motorcycle. This guy is standing in associate honestly you come to AutoZone ask for him he ll definitely help you out even if he doesn t know, he ll search it up and he helped me fix my motorcycle. I m back on the road with my full exhaust and everything. Thank you so much Miguel

Rude staff. Just completely rude and made you feel so unwelcome. I ve never met such rude workers. I want to give the benefit of the doubt because you never know what people are going through, but don t make other people have a miserable experience just because you are.

Louie was very helpful. Went out of his way to help us replace the battery. Went to couple of other autopart shops but this autozone stands out because of its very helpful employees.

The battery that was to fit. My truck was $249. However, it was not in stock and was told to drive down to 13th street in Richmond. To pick it up, I opted too. Drive to O'reilly.Instead, and was able to buy a larger, better battery for under $200.

They are very helpful and organized store. They accept my return with not big smile. But, they did anyway. they have septet section for businesses and stores. Business can buy and use tax exempt in any Autozone no matter where did you open an account.

Staff was so calm and helpful , even though they were swamped with a big rush of customers on Saturday morning!! Manager Jason helped me with new battery and he really made sure I and the other customers were all taken care of. It was a long wait but the employees handled customers with attentiveness and patience.

Needed some fuel line for in tank fuel injection filter and pump. I would expect the sales staff to know that it's not the same as low pressure carburator fuel line. I was sold some transmission oil cooler line. At the time I didn't know the classification number to specify it. It's SAE J30 R10 it's expensive and hard to find. I checked it out before I installed what I was sold. If I hadn't it would have caused lots of problems down the road.

Jason the store manager was so helpful. I couldn t tell if I needed a new battery or starter, he tested everything for me for free and had amazing customer service. He ended up finding me a new battery, he made sure we left happy.

I highly recommend this AutoZone location. Went in to get a new battery and I received both kind and extremely helpful service from the store manager Jason. He was not only patient and informative, but offered to change the battery for me right then and there. My old battery and the battery terminals had a decent amount of corrosion that Jason took the extra time to clean up nicely. He even put a protectant on the newly installed battery to prevent corrosion in the future. Excellent service and good people.

The Store Manager Jason is very helpful and very knowledgeable of cars and his line if work. He's respectful and made sure to explain in detail of what he was doing while helping me. I recommend this store to anyone who's in need of getting the help that they need for their cars.

This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I went to go buy a battery and asked if they could test the charge on my current battery. The rep looked at me and said this better be quick . I still ended up buying a battery and then asked if they could do the install later in the day and they flat out told me know that they could not. When I went to go return the battery, the girl sitting behind the counter look like she couldn t care less about anything Including her own life. Beware of the store. If you want horrible customer service, this is the store to go to

I purchased a battery with a 3 year warranty about 1 year ago from Auto Zone in Salinas. The battery died and when I went to this store, the cashier refused to replace the battery. I was told that because the Auto Zone in Salinas had not entered a telephone number, they would not honor their warranty on the battery. She then said that she would give us a store credit, but then realized that it was not possible because it was past 90 days. I am disappointed AutoZone refused to honor their 3 year battery warranty, even the AZ cashier agreed that our receipt was valid - but because the AZ rep at the original store didn't put down a phone number (which was their fault for not doing so in the first place) - somehow their mistake impacts my ability to get a battery when they sold me a defective one.

I love ordering and paying for parts online and picking them up in a store. In store the selection is not as good as it used to be. For example they don't stock engine or cabin air filters for either of my cars. Amazon, here I come!

friendly service and super helpful staff. I needed new wiper blades because mine were falling apart. I was presented with multiple options and the one of the staff even put them on for me, which i highly appreciated. especially since on of them needed a bunch of fiddling. 10/10 would come here in the future.

The workers here are so helpful and don t mind taking a second to thoroughly explain the options you have for items you are looking for. As someone who doesn t know much about cars and car parts I definitely received patient assistance that didn t judge me for my lack of knowledge lol!

Bad service from a Hispanic girl that works there. I bought a battery less than a year ago, and i tried to use the battery warranty, but that girl, she refused to apply the battery warranty. She check the battery and purchase information and she found it in the autozone system, date of purchase, client information, etc. She check that battery was in the warranty period but she didn't help me anyway. Then i had to talk to the manager and he helped me. I don't understand why that kind of person is working there.

Held for (10) minutes, and finally hung up and called back only to be rushed without any concern or apology. Money spends every where and auto stores are all up and down San Pablo. Customer service is essential to earning my dollars.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staffWas able to determine my battery status and because I'm no kind of mechanic I broke me battery bolt and they replaced it at a discount very thankful.Now my gas mileage is higher and better

This is almost the only store which is selling snow tire chains. Although it is more expensive than buying those around Tahoe, this store is really helpful for snow mountain explorers
