Got into an accident nearby. Pulled in for an assessment right away. Christian returned the car to driveable condition SAME DAY! So friendly, helpful, responsive and at a very reasonable price. Went above and beyond to get us the right part super fast and do quality work. Highly recommend!

Got into an accident and the whole front end was badly damaged they were super helpful and informed me every step of the way my car looks better than before the accident would definitely chose this place!

Had my vehicle hit while it was parked and they didn't leave a note, for a minor scratches on the right front bumper. No dents, a deep gouge in one part but other than that, minor scratches that may be in the PPF only.Walked in and asked for an estimate. The receptionist asked if I was going through my insurance. I told her I wasn't sure yet, it would depend on the cost for repairs and then I would decide if I wanted to go through insurance or not. She promptly told me, we don't do out of pocket (non-insurance) estimates. I was quit taken back, so confirmed what I heard. I inquired, "You don't write estimates unless it it from an insurance company?" Yes, and there are some insurance companies we don't work with. Hmmm. So I guess they are too busy and too flushed with money to have mine.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just got my 2017 Chevy Silverado from the shop! This shop is beyond professional! Starting from the front desk to all whom was involved in the repairs of my truck, AMAZING! Hugo was on top of keeping me updated with the whole process of the repairs, communication and attention to detail was a huge plus! Chris and Hugo were amazing! Would definitely recommend this shop!

Just got my vehicle done by Accurate Auto Body and it was definitely worth the wait! I was shopping around multiple shops in the east bay and nothing stood out like Accurate auto body, I got great help and customer service by the professional Gabby and Don. Donny definitely went above and beyond for my vehicle! This is a great business with great staff. Thank you

Accurate Auto BodyHave not respect for clients, or client time. never thought they so unprofessional.I had made an appointment to take my truck, they had all the info about my truck.They made me wait in the waiting room to wait for the estimator named Don and he never came out.So after a while somebody named alex came out to tell me that they couldn t repair my truck because the insurance had made an estimate of the damages. I don t understand.To me seems like they didn t want my business because I am Mexican.

Well it was my first time here and I was going in for an estimate on some car damage. It was recommended through my car insurance company. I looked at their reviews and they have a high-star rating. I agree with the rating and I will be doing business with them. My car insurance company made the appointment for me which I liked because that specific time was for me and my needs.

Accurate Auto Body took care of my vehicle last month (November 2022). I thought I'd lost it, but my car insurance was able to work with them. Accurate Auto Body has excellent customer service. They communicated with me everything. They made me feel rest assured that my car was in the right hands. I highly recommend Accurate Auto Body for all of your car repair needs.

Accurate auto body was amazing! I had a small hit on the bumper of my car and they really helped me out. They gave me a good estimate and then we took it from there. Definitely check them out if the body of your car needs help.

TL:DR Hugo is the best, the ladies at the front were professional. They fixed my 2018 Toyota Corolla and made it look new. 10/10I was in a hit and run where the guy ran away. It really upset me and I couldn't get the guy due to my tired being pushed in. I chose accurate auto body because I heard they were good. I wanted my 2018 Toyota back in it's former glory and was scared. Rumor has it they are a one stop shop. I was glad to see the rumors were true. Hugo and the ladies at the front were so professional and courteous it blew me away. They felt for my accident and wanted to make sure I was ok first and foremost. They constantly kept me updated on my car and said that they would do their best. My car came back looking brand new. Just like it did when I drove it off the lot. They worked with my schedule and I was able to pick up my car right before the weekend so I could shop for the family. I cannot recommend this place enough!Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning

This was my 2nd time back unfortunately (due to a traffic accident) however I knew exactly where I wanted my vehicle to be repaired. Accurate has really great service, they don't keep your car for an excessive amount of time and their work always exceeds expectations. Glad to have found this body shop. I was first a bit weary because they were referred by my insurance company so I figured they (Accurate) would cater more so to them(insurance co) but the work is of good quality and I'm god to be back in my own vehicle

Accurate Body Shop is the perfect shop to take your car. Mari the receptionist is very professional and friendly. She has a lovely smile :) and she will help you from the moment you call til the moment you leave the shop. Hugo and Chris are also very nice and professional. I had a very great experience.!

I highly recommend this place. Awesome service. Their receptionist were very nice and helpful. Dan was very polite and processional, he explain to me every single detail on my estimate. I really appreciate their hard work and I'm so happy yo have my car back.

Not a chance for me going to them as I realize, you the customer are not their priority. They adapt to insurance estimates rather then providing one of their own in your behalf that would render proper repairs to your vehicleto. Zero stars

Came in to get my driver's side mirror fix. They gave me an appointment and brought my truck. They repaired it in a half hour. Employees are nice and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has car problems. Also they keep their shop clean and have beverages.

I highly recommend Accurate Body Shop. The service is great all around. Dan was awesome, he kept me updated with my car. It was a quick service and as the name says, they were pretty accurate. My car has the brand new feel all over again after all the repairs that were done. Another awesome service that is provided is that you get a goodie bag AND a carwash once your car is ready to be picked up. Thank you Accurate Body Shop, you guys are great!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Accurate Auto Body recently. Though, the fact that I had to take my car into a body shop was a horrible experience, dealing with accurate was pleasant and painless. They were very friendly and kept me informed along the way during the process. I hope to never have to use a body shop again, but if I have to, I know where I m going.

10 Star service actually! Very professional and friendly. Excellent work done on my 2013 Ford Fusion that had rear end damage. I would highly recommend this great Auto Body Shop to EVERYONE! I am now a loyal customer!! Thanks Dan & Mrs!!

I broke my right-side mirror, called Accurate Auto, and asked if they could replace it. Sure, we would be happy to help was the immediate answer. I gave them my car information, they said they would order the part and call me so I could come down and have it replaced. Four days later the part was in and they told me to come down. I arrived around 10:30 am, they took my keys, I sat in the waiting area and talked with the very pleasant staff. No more than 15 minutes later my keys were returned to me and I was told you are good to go . So simple and easy. Great service!

So far so good! The place is nice and clean, employees greet you upon entering, the Silva's appear to be solid folks! The receptionist, I'm forgetting her name, is in point!
