Our Tesla got bumped a couple of weeks ago, minor fender bender accident which cracked the bumper. The designated Tesla Auto shops said they d need to get a new bumper and cost 2x as much to fix it. It was stupid to get a new bumper for a minor crack and scratch. We brought here and they accommodated our wish to fix without new bumper and did an awesome job. Saved a few bucks in the process and Car looks as new.

It was during Christmas time when my side door and the tires had been damaged by a hit and run. I was in hurry to get back home in time for Christmas and 101 Autobody was gracious to take my car in when autoshops were backed up. John was extremely kind and helped me through every step. He checked in with me regularly and I can't repay him enough because this was my first car. Thank you to the amazing team and if I ever have any issues again I will definitely come back to them!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

They kept changing the delivery date of my car and kept it for a month, and when I got it, the trunk couldn t close properly, my audio system was disconnected and battery was full of zinc. Never coming back to this place.

I had recently got into an accident and they crushed my front passenger side. My aftermarket bumper was dented real bad. The side fender was pushed out and didn t allow the passenger door open up. The hood was folded in half and much more. I was afraid that since it didn t have the OEM parts on my 2019 Tacoma it was going to be a problem in making look like before. At the end of the day I was able to work with the shop in obtaining the aftermarket parts. Once everything was here, I took my truck to the shop and they tackled the problem. They were very professional with everything and punctual as well. It was estimated for about 3 weeks but they finished faster in which I was so ecstatic. They ended up making it look even better than before my accident. I was very pleased with their work.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible customer service and no communication between employees. Every time I would talk to someone new, I would have to completely start over and tell them everything. They took months longer than they predicted and never communicated why unless we called them. The work they did was good, so two stars.

Unfortunately I live on a street where there is a lot of traffic. People speeding. Cutting each other off. So in sharing that. My cars have been hit numerous times. I've been into the shop 3 times in the last year. Service is wonderful and very friendly. They do a wonderful job. I'm really lucky that I found them. Very Highly Recommended. 5 star easy.

Came in because my I hydroplaned in my Lexus ISF. Amazing shop car was in there for around 3 weeks but I understood because it was the holidays. Marco helped me and updated me on my car almost every 2 days to tell me the status. It is true that they do not take credit or debit cash only but that is no problem with me. They worked with my insurance Gieco with no problem. Would recommend!

Not really impressed with the result and services comparing to amount they charged to my insurance. First it took more then month to complete the repair. And when I got my car back, I was hoping they will returned with cleaned car , but unfortunately not. I find there is paint residual to many area they repaired.

I had an issue in which I bought a vehicle at a dealership about four hours away from where I live. The vehicle had a small interior scratch on the center console at the time of purchase, but the dealership couldn't fix it at the time. 101 Auto Body offered to take a look at it and buff it out free of charge; they lived up to their word. I took it in without an appointment, they looked at it immediately, and fixed most of the scratch. There is a bit that they couldn't fix without repainting the panel, but that's understandable. I doubt they want it advertised that they'll offer pro bono work in certain circumstances, but that's the kind of customer service that will get me to come back. They earned my business.
