I don't know why this place gets such bad reviews. I was hesitant to go here, but I made an appointment for 9AM, my car was in by 9:20, done by 10, and I was gone with a new oil change and new battery. I imagine they get really busy later on in the day, so make an appointment for the early morning, and you'll be fine. They do seem understaffed, but that's not the employees' fault. They were all running around working hard. I also met two of the supervisors of the auto center, and they were both professional and knowledgeable. Overall experience exceeded my expectations for sure, and I'll be back.

Came in to buy a new battery and have it installed. The service lady named Sherree was absolutely amazing. She even asked me to take a picture to make sure everything was correct. Ty was the gentleman that installed my new battery. Ty had a great attitude and was very informative. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Thanks to these 2 I had a great customer experience !

Ordered a car battery online for next day pick up, day of pick up they replaced my original order because they no longer had it in stock that day even though I paid for it the day before (assuming they might've sold it in person). When I pressed accept for the replacement they notified me I wouldn't be able to pick up that battery for another 4 days after the fact that I accepted it even though it claimed to be in stock.. it's only a 2020 Honda Civic.. I cancelled everything..

They were not very organized. The guys that I talked to were all nice but they didn t even wash the windshield. As if they did as little as possible.

Worse place to get anything done my wife was 9 months pregnant waisted several hours and damage caused by the staff horrible customer service and don't even bother asking for the manager never doing business here take it to fontana walmart trust me

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! They have Horrible service I had an appointment at 10 A.M. I bought the tires online, when I got here they told me I had to pick them up and tell them to take them to the auto care department. I call the people for order pickup they didn't tell me any updates on whether the tires were done being taken or anything. I call and the guy tells me that they are already at the auto care department. An associate had already told me she'd be keeping a spot open for me. When I come back huge surprise they're all full with different cars and I'm STILL waiting for them to even come and help me. It is now 10:50 a.m and I haven't even been helped. Never doing business with Walmart for auto care again!!!

Just because I have to give it a star. I had a flat tire and they didn't want to change it because they closed at 5 pm. It was 4pm. They let me drive away with a flat tire. The tire was completely flat and I paid for the insurance when I purchased the tires. It's not the first time this happens. Horrible customer service. I'm never going to buy tires from them again

Jose in the service dept was very rude.i was told it could take up to 2 1/2 hrs to finish an oil change The car was "ready" at 3 hrs. He supposedly checked the tire pressure washed the windshield and checked the wipers. The low tire indicator was on when I picked up my car, one tire was at 11 pds. My window was dirty and the wipers need replaced.the best part is the tag that is meant to go on the keyring, he decided to put around my key fob, over the lock unlock buttons so now there is a residue on my key. I will never take my car there again.

The staff is welcoming and courteous. They work quickly and efficiently. Best value for what they offer with their oil change service. They topped up my transmission, power steering, and windshield washer fluid; they also tested my battery and made sure my tires were at the right psi when I got my oil changed.Would definitely recommend the service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Battery, Oil change

This place is horrible. Not only did they take FOREVER but their genius tech named Victor C. literally ignored the fact that I brought my own oil and proceeded to pour in an oil that is NOT recommended for my car. Had to wait even longer so he can fix his mistake after taking 2 hours for a simple oil change. If you get him, watch him because he probably is constantly making mistakes.

Waited 1 hour for service to even get checked in. Then come to find out, they don't have my oil. No sign posted. Employees could care less. Go to another Walmart auto center for service, not this one. This place is a joke!!! Other auto center have used oil off the shelf before. These guys could care less about customers and their jobs.

I had a good experience only exception was the horrible attitude the lady had just upset to be there. The crew in the shop were cool associate lady with red hair taking my info asked me to shut my car off so she would be so hot. OK I guess the guests should be sweating too

Showed up at 745am to beat the crowd on 1/29/21. It was pouring rain and when 8am rolled around, not a single employee was to be found. Waited for another 15 minutes before one of the curbside employees came over and said it would not be opened. No sign was posted, nothing. Went to ANOTHER tire & oil change shop got better tires, cheaper price,great customer service.

I was there on Saturday. The website said they opened at 8:00 am. I was there at 7:56 am, behind 4 or 5 other vehicles. No one came out to start checking us in until after 9:00 am. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, purchased at Walmart. I need the tire fixed, also needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was there a total of 4 hours. I noticed today that one tire that had been purchased at another place when Walmart auto was closed because of Covid, was still in the same spot. I took it in and they rotated them. They called me and had the nerve to say they checked the video and my tires were rotated on Saturday. He may have taken them off but he put them back on without rotating them. I am not an idiot, I know where that tire was.

Both of the times on the website and on the schedule outside of the sliding doors are wrong. The manager who was an African-American older man was very rude. Also when I got my oil changed on March 5 I was shopping in the store and when I was finished I went back to the auto center to get my car and there was no employee to be found so I could pay and get my keys . After waiting with about five other customers we were able to get an employee down so they can help us after I paid for my oil change and received my keys they made me walk all the way around the building to get my car when my car was just outside the door of the auto center ! I work in customer service and honestly this experience was so bad I never have this experience at the Colton Walmart. I always go there for my oil changes but I decided to give this one a try never again I should ve read the reviews !

I can't believe that I actually got good service and a had a pleasant experience while shopping at Walmart. Came in for a set of 4 new tires, and their quote was the best around, plus they had all 4 tires available and I was going on a cross country road trip the next day. All 3 of the service members I interacted with were extremely plesant people. My only complain is that maybe Walmart should hire some extra help, they had 7 cars waiting g in front of mine, I believe they were all getting an oil change. My car took 3:30 to be ready. I spent $440, maybe let my car go in front? Oil changes are $20... Thanks guys.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! My family and I arrived 10mins after 7am and the doors were locked. Had to wait for a manager to come unlock doors. When we pulled up there was an associate wheeling out tires for display and instead of greeting us he continued doing what he was doing until I asked for customer service for my 04' Volvo. He practically told me to wait til he's done setting up til he's finished because he was the only associate working the auto center. After waiting about 30mins and STILL NO SERVICE I went to another location which informed me that Wal-Mart do not do oil changes on European cars. #Thanks4Nothing

One of the service guys Tommy very friendly guy very helpful. The service people inside are decent. They do really good work and it does get awful busy. So if you need your oil changed or something like that I would say show up early. Or be prepared to wait in a long line.

If I can put 0 stars for this place I would. I m sooo upset, this place told me my car would be ready 3-5 hours and I come by to see if my car is ready because 5 hours go by and my car hasn t been touched.... I had 4 tires that needed to be replaced and they tell me that accidentally someone grabbed my two tires and put it for someone else. I have been here for 7 hours now! This is ridiculous

I would not recommend this auto service center to anyone. My first time pulling up to walmart for an oil change and to receive horrible customer service, I will not be returning. They one need to hire people who have customer service skills or two train your employers better.

Bad experience 2 hours for oil change and the guy tell me at least 1 hour then after finish I open the hood and I see a cover lose complete then I tell the guys and they said o I forgot Terrible service

Wanted to schedule an appointment with automotive for tire install but after almost 30 minutes of them picking up and putting me back on hold, disconnected, me calling back several times, Once asking to speak with auto manager just to be put back to automotive desk, Rialto Walmart is totally ridiculous!!!

Huge scam. Charged me $25 for an air filter but didn't tell me price until 3 hours later. Just do the oil change yourself. Again huge scam and waste of time. Spent over $50 on an oil change and 3 hours

Bad, bad service, even if u make a complaint, managers cover for their employees, 3.5 hrs. To do the service, they have only 2 car in the garage and at the end they don't have supplies to do the service.
