Richard had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! He knew ever customers name in the store and remembered their issues from the prior week. I asked him if he wanted me to fill out a form and he refused to let me because he said, I m doing a service. So it s okay because it s a part of the job. But I could tell he genuinely is a giving person. Amazing energy and customer service! And Steven was very nice as well!

Pepboys saved my day. My regular auto shop (not pepboys) said my front breaks were about to be done and I need new front breaks. It is a 2020 car and I had it 2 years. They said the rotars need new replacement that they couldn't shave them down and would cost me $460 for breaka and rotars. I had a funny feeling so I took it to pepboys for a 2nd opinion. Lou, at Pepboys, replaced the front breaks, (the silver package) and with my $40 online coupon I was able to get my front breaks done for about $250. Lou was great, he said my rotars were more than good to shave them down and did not need to be replaced. I feel like pepboys saved the day. Pepboys was very honest and I will be taking my car there from now on.

Ricardo, the manager, is professional and helpful. He brought out water for everyone while we were in the waiting room. Also, this location provides exceptional service (from inspection to oil change).

Never again will I get my car serviced at Pep Boys!!!!! I took my car for an oil change, and a couple of weeks later my oil pressure light came on. I took it back and waited over 4 hours to get my car diagnosed, the technician arrived 4 hours late, and seemed to not know what was wrong with my car. I found out later that my engine seized! Pep boys apparently put too much oil in my car. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DON'T COME HERE!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid problems like these!!!!!!

One evening after work, I went to Pep Boys to get an oil change. On the way there I heard a grinding noise whenever I had to stop. When I arrived at Pep Boys I told the Mgr. Rick, I think something is wrong with my breaks. Does this store do brakes? He said yes we do. They went to work on my car and not only did I get an oil change, but also new brakes and break pads. That was a surprise to me and Pep Boys, but in a couple of hours my car was all ready to go and with affordable charges.Thank you Rick and the workers at Pep Boys! All is well!

My son works there and is using our pick up truck. It was just simpler to have him take care of it during a slow time. Exceptional work and I don't say that because he works there. Take your vehicle to the Rialto or Redlands store to get the best service.

I love this Pep Boys. Lou and the other wonderful service managers are always polite, friendly, and I trust them with my car. As a woman, I feel safe going here.

Do anybody at pepboys read these messages? We made an appointment and hours later. I do mean hours later we are still here.. last time we will be coming here. Their are too many tire places to put up with this type of delay

I came in with a tire issue and Ralph was awesome. Then when I went inside Josh provided me with outstanding customer service. It was great to deal with such a good team. These guys are on it. From the beginning if my visit to the end, these guys were great. Thanks Ralph and Josh you guys are amazing.

I needed two front tires and my car was worth my daughter over 100 miles away. I made the appointment for 6:30pm to give myself time to drive there after work. When I arrived I was told that there was no way they could do a tire installation at that time, they he and his crew were tired and wanted to go home. After explaining my logistical problem, he relented, but made it very clear that I was making it very difficult for him. Ultimately, they were unable to do that size tire so I agreed to leave the car overnight. Later the next day I was told that the tires that were sent were the wrong size so I agreed to leave it another day, until Friday. On Friday, I decided it would be better for my daughter to bring the car home that weekend and take care of it at a Pep Boys close to home. To make a long story, short, the wrong tires were sent again, causing another day delay.

Took my car in today to replace all 4 tires and alignment. First of all, I recommend Ricardo Mendoza the Manager for his attention to detail and for genuinely trying to help me take Care of an issue with my suspension without having to spend a lot of money in the process. I recommend doing your business with him preferably. Also try getting David the service tech to replace your tires and work on your car. He went and called me in from the waiting lobby to make sure that my steering wheel was straight to my liking when he was doing the alignment. Both of these guys deserve a raise for doing their job beyond their assigned duties.

Rick was awesome. Very knowledgeable, he notified me of my belt problem in time for me to get it replaced while they were working on my son's car. Quick good service when it's available...issues with scheduling appointments online...doesn't correspond with store...so store has no documentation of the appointment made online...told corporate is aware but NOTHING'S changed...easier to call local or walk-in but still, there are issues there as well...oh...and never enough mechanics...go figure...

Just stoped in to get some Lucas oil. It does seem to take a bit of time to check out. I m not going anywhere soon. Service wasn't bad it just took a long time to process my payment, I really don't have to be anywhere it's on my morning walk.

As always the service manager Ricardo had excellent customer service. Was very thorough and patient when explaining what was wrong with my car. . His front desk team was very friendly and kind as well. Great expletive overall.

Not good, bought all four tires at a sister store months back. Today we took a tire in to have it patched and we were told it would take 4 hrs minimum. Called from other Rialto store and it was gonna take 10-15 min max to patch a tire. These managers and employees need to be more aggressive and work much hardet to keep customers happy just maybe their sales will increase. Called both of the Rialto stores same issue but this one wanted me to leave the tire and they would prorate it, their was nothing wrong with the tire. Shady sales tactics I only wanted a patch and they were already talking prorate. I had to pay a independent shop to fix it and had it done in less than 10 minutes. As It should have been free and at the most 30 min. Definitely do not recommend this shop no sense of urgency . Trying make a service into a sale not good.

Very bad service right now. They need people. For a flat tire they want me to wait 4 hours. That's ridiculous. I made a8 o'clock appointment and they didn't open at 8. Frustrating. Hope it changes soon if not I'll have to look for another place nearby. Nov.22Much better a year later

Terrible aggressive customer service from Rick. Oil change took 3 hours and I was the earliest appointment at 9 A.m.. Glad I went outside to see if my car was ready after the 3 hour wait it was parked and nobody told me it was ready. Never going to this Pep Boys location again. Horrible experience.

I bought two new tires and life time alignment. Spend good money. I gave specific instructions to put new tires in front and was ignore with excuse that there is a policy that exists to put tires in back. Yet they were not able to show me proof of this policy. Now I have to remove all four tires and swap them After paying over 800.00 dollars
