This place is so good. Ken and Jen are quite the dynamic duo at the front desk. They are so great The lobby has a place to wait and hangout, a bathroom, TV, snack bar, and free Wi-Fi. Went in for an oil change and was done in an hour. But I got in super early. I worked remote while I waited and had no issues.

I had a great experience here. I needed a new battery for my BMW and Bryant was very helpful the entire time. I went to a couple of Auto Zones to test my battery but they always had a difficult time doing so since it s located in the trunk. Bryant was able to get it checked and accommodated my schedule to get it replaced quickly. He even mentioned I could use a coupon from the website so I can get the best price. His customer service is top notch. I definitely recommend coming to this location!

Jennifer went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had with the Moreno Valley location where the manager didn t honor a coupon. I left very pleased and will continue to come to the Rialto location going forward like I have the last 10+ years.

This Pep Boys shop Located at West Valley Bvld, Rialto was great.. as a last minute check in, they check and serviced my car quickly.. The staff was very nice and extremely professional. thank you sooo much

They were great changing my tire but I wanted to leave a review for any parents out there- this place has a super kid friendly waiting room with a big wall mounted flat screen with a catalog of about 100 different kids movies on DVD, they leave the remote on the coffee table for you to control, really comfy arm chairs, coloring pages with crayons and a toy bin in the corner. With a coffee/tea and snack station with mini Oreos, Cheetos & pretzels. If u want somewhere where u don't have worry that ur little ones will make a scene, come here, they are totally kid friendly. And did a nice job on my tire, too.

After a several researches on line and phone calls to major tire shop brands looking for set of specific tires pepboys had them in stock and offered a great deal with short time frane delivery to store near my area with open appointments available for my tight schedule in commercial plumbing .Thanks bryan and team for making through the same day despite being too busy , my prerunner tacoma truck new all terrain tires and alignment was hamdled according with my expectations , highly recomended ,thank you again !!

Thank you Pep Boys for doing such an amazing job getting me in as fast as possible and completing my routine oil change for me. Bryant did such an amazing job and his customer service and communication skills shows that he cares for his job as well as the customers definitely recommend this location. The service was quick and easy.

I needed some tires mounted and balanced for my boat trailer, and I had also acquired a tire and wheel assembly for a spare, so I needed that balanced as well. I dropped everything off and received progress text reports. In less than an hour I was picking up my tires. Jen and Bryant are so friendly and professional. It's really a privilege to get my work done at Rialto Pep Boys!

Brought tire in for a patch, I bought from sister store. I was told it would take 4hr minimum, that just ridiculous. So I called on north Rialto store same thing. Your managers really need to get their act together, this is bad service. Had to pay and done in 10 minutes, how pathetic isthat.

We made an appointment and when I got there they took my car right in and told me it would be an hour. True to there word it was less then an hour. Very nice people work here and I will be coming back for a oil change again.

Just stopped in for a second my friend's car overheated and needed water these kind folks at PepBoys were glad to help us out I would gladly consider this unconditional love and exceptional service I received here at PepBoys and I'll be bringing my car by next time its in need of some fixing thanks for looking out you saved the day!

Made an appointment for my alignment to get done I was never told that there was other underlying issues, never given any updates on the status of my vehicle, I knew my vehicle was ready for pickup because I used the appointments text to check, the tech didn't call me until 20 minutes, after I knew it was ready, when she called me to say my alignment was done, at that point she told me I needed to repair a tire boot, not knowing that my husband knows about cars, my husband spoke with her and let her know that they should have contacted us to let us know the status of repairs that need attention, it doesn't make sense to pay for an alignment knowing we have to repair the tire boot.

I will recommend Pep Boys to all of my friends and family. The workers are very sincere in doing exactly as they say. Especially Bryan. My car came back home as a brand new car. Pep Boys is my final bus stop when it comes to car maintenance.

This is the cleanest, and the best customer centric repair shop I've been over the last couple of decades. The manager, was not only very professional, but friendly as well. The oil change last Thursday was done in a timely manner.

This location is the worst I have ever seen. They have taken cars that got here 30 minutes after mine and had them done before ours was done we only needed an oil change and it has been 2 hours so far. We have all our company vehicles come here and they always push us aside while they work on other cars even though we are here on time for every appointment. If you need fleet service do not visit this location you will lose money waiting on them to do just an oil change. The worse shop from Fontana to LA. Do not come here for any work you will be better off going to a place that cares about their business. Again a very horrible experience at this shop
