Trust me. Very humble and honest mechanic. I called his store the first time to see how much it would cost me to run a diagnostic test, instead of trying to charge me, he gave me a really good tip to go to auto zone and they will do it for free. I went to auto zone to test but I wanted to make sure it was the right problem so I decided to go to him still because of how generous he was enough to give me a tip and he helped me save money. He was very quick and friendly and ran my test. The same results came back and I was relieved knowing the problem to my car. I was about to pay him when he Quickly shook his head and told me not to worry about it. I have never met such a cool honest and humble mechanic in my life. I hope god blesses him. If you are looking for a good honest mechanic, Jalisco s is the place to go !

The best customer service. Amazing prices. Very affordable and he's willing to help you out to the fullest. Since I live close by he offered to drop me off and picked me up which I was very thankful.. I never met a mechanic that goes out of their way like him. He made sure everything was good before I drove it off. This is the best mechanic place to take your car. And I am a female and I was not hassled into add ons the way other places do. He was very straight forward and gave me a great quote.

Went here because I was having an overheated engine.The guy tells me that I need a whole new radiator along with a thermostat. I was charged over $350 just for my engine to overheat 3 days later . Ended up going to another shop and turns out nothing was wrong with my old parts and that I just needed a new hose for my cooling system which was $35.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you, Jalisco Auto for all you have done and being honest in regards of my vehicle. They were willing to work with me when I was short on cash and gave me a break down of what was going on with my Honda. Long story short, my car wasn't worth fixing and instead of taking advantage of my situating Pedro was honest and told me he can fix it but, the vehicle would experience the same problem down the line. Thanks again!

Clutch wore out and I needed my vehicle repaired ASAP. Was able to get my car seen and worked on very quickly despite the job being so demanding. Very easy going to work with and has a clear passion for the job and helping people. Went the extra mile for me when I was stuck and needed the car up and running again. I have seen many mechanics over the years, but never someone so honest, professional, and kind-hearted as Jalisco Auto Repair is run.

I recently visited this mechanic shop based on the great reviews it had. Worst decision of my life that I made by taking my 2007 Honda Civic to PEDRO who hasn t been an honest man. I have took my car 4 times to his repair shop because of the same issue that he says he s fixed to the best of his ability. Ever since I ve tooken my car to him which was around May I ve ended up on the side of the road or unable to switch gears because the clutch he replaced and repaired keeps breaking down on me. Also what really upset me the most was my car being returned to me with a check engine light on my dashboard. Seriously worse place to leave your car. I took my car for a clutch repair and it is now gonna be the 5th time that I am having issues with my vehicle. I have started taking notes of all the times that he has made errors and fails to fix them. Today is June 24, 2019 and I am unable to switch gears because of how rough it feels and sounds.

Pedro is honest an his employees as well with fair prices...I bin going to him nearly 20 years to do preventive maintenance...an my cars ar near 300k miles on them with no problems... preventive maintenance is the key 2 longevity and your vehicles and it's cheaper to maintain rather than two fix when it's broken... thank you pedro!!
