I dealt with David, he answered every single question and concerns and gave me a deal on 4 Michelin defenders unlike nobody else and got me in and out in about 1hour and a half .I am honestly recommending this place to those that read this and my family and friends. Thank you for your integrity and honesty. Business done the old school way.

I came in without notice needing a quick replacement for a flat but my tires are an odd type and was concerned they might not have it. Not only did they have one, they had options, and the price was about half the price of another place up the street. David got to me in under 2 mins and after handing over the keys said it would be less than 30 mins (the Other place said by noon, or 3 hours). I checked my watch wandered around the block once, 15 mins, and the car was done. Fast, inexpensive, put my spare back in the trunk spot and all the tools as well and had me in the road in 24 mins from drive up to drive away at a price that I really appreciated. These guys were/are great. The OTHER guys have more TV and Radio ads but for me it is about walking the walk and not being all talk..... Go here, leave happy... That simple

Edit 11/7: I now have a working Car and successfully have had the alternator fixed!! Thank you guys for your time!! Dave was very patient with me and Robert was also very professional when I told him my concerns about my car. They finished very quickly and within the exact amount of time they said they would finish it. They were polite to my father as well. It seems I have a lifetime warranty on the tires so I can forgive the 400 dollar charge. If you come here Just make sure you communicate what is wrong with the car so there isn't confusion.

I came here for an oil change a few days ago. I was greeted by Esteban & David. Helped me out real quick and felt comfortable with him.I knew I needed new tires and so I called esteban a week after my oil change and he helped out in picking tires for my car. Will definitely make this a place.

I had a flat tire and bought my tires with them before. They had me in and out within twenty minutes. The staff were friendly and they provided great customer service. I highly recommend!

I went in to the America's tire depot on 110 E.Valley Blvd Rialto, CA. 92376 on 11/27/2020 and purchased 2 Continental tires to replace the front tires on my 2009 Ford Flex. This is an older vehicle but it is not neglected and kept uo. After returning to pick my vehicle up after 2 hrs I noticed all 4 rims have deep curb rashes and now the vehicle pulls to the right, even the rear rims which were not included in the tire replacement were scratched deeply. I got a good deal on the tires yet now I will have to pay for an alignment and to repair the rims. I got a warranty on the tires yet I will definitely not be going back to that location for anything. Be careful, do not let this happen to you.

I had a great experience I was taken care of and didn't have to wait long for a set of new tires and wheel alignment today :) Definitely coming again here for tires!

I often go to this location for tires and miner repairs. My coworkers recommended this shop, and we all frequent this location. I usually have a great experience. However, today was different. A worker by the name of Estaban tried to severely overcharge me by 500 dollars. To my general knowledge, my car was damaged by Estaban to require repairs. Fortunately, the supervisor, David, corrected the mistake. My car was repaired respectfully and professionally by Nathan. I am truly grateful to David and Nathan for their professionalism. I tipped Nathan, and because of David's support and service, I will continue to do business at this establishment. If you do business here, only sault out DAVID. Many employees throughout the years have been replaced for conducting bad business.

If you're shopping around like I was this is the place no doubt. Walked in and was immediately assisted by Esteban Garcia. This is the 2nd time we do business here for our Tacoma and will continue to do so. Esteban was able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday. I also want to mention Alan for assisting Esteban and myself. Make sure you ask for Esteban or Alan, great service overall. Thank you guys!

I popped my back tires on Labor Day and Joseph immediately picked up my call and brought me in. He was exceptionally honest about my needs and did not oversell anything. I always rely on American Tire Depot for my needs and the shop in Rialto was no different. 10/10!

Amazing service. I just stop by after booking an online appointment because my tire pressure alarm keeps coming up with no obvious reasons. They checked my tires, my breaks and my engine levels all for free. They saw nothing wrong and let me go without spending a single dollar. And they were so nice. I absolutely recommend !

Best customer service I ve seen in a long time helped fix my tire quick and was able to answer all my questions.. they helped me find the problem and fix the issue very fast I come here not only for my tires but oil changes as well. David is definitely very helpful and so understanding to my detailed problems I recommend this place to all my friends and family and I definitely recommend this company for you!

I received a friendly welcome from the employee at the front desk. I explained to him that I wanted to see if my tire could be repaired. It took less than 30 minutes to repair the tire. I. Will return to American Tire. My sister ( who is very picky) recommended American Tire

I was looking for someone too rotate my tires and American tire Depot said they would do it for free, and there's salesman (Giovanni) pointed out that my tires were wearing funny for a reason, and offered to do an inspection and then in alignment which included a reasonable discount, I'll be back

Gabriel was super cool and made conversation and explained everything, even showed me the tires he was going to put on my car. Great customer service and they were quick. Definetly will go back.
