Don t go for oil change. I took it in for an oil change because I didn t have time to do it myself and the next time I went to do it I noticed they had put the wrong oil filter on there and replaced my OEM drain plug with an aftermarket one. The correct oil filter was about three times the size of the one they put on for my truck and the drain plug was black not stainless steel. I can t believe they would do me dirty. My engine seized up because the viscosity of the oil broke down. Jerks.

Always great and reliable service. Came in yesterday and they had to order my tire but it was here the next day. Very quick. Always professional and courteous. Been coming here for years since i have lived in Rialto. The prices are very reasonable for tires. Would recommend. Pleasure working with Rob!

I had a very pleasant experience. Robert was extremely kind and courteous as well as the technicians. Robert was always communicating the status and progress being made. I will definitely be a repeat customer. American Tire Depot is highly recommended.

I went to this location to replace my tires and to have my alignment fixed. I was happy with the speed of service. The only downside was my car's dashboard warning said the tires inflation was low. I returned the next day and it was taken care of. Overall I was satisfied with the service. I can see myself returning to this location.

Great customer service, the mechanics are really professional and take great care of the vehicles. They remove all fenders and covers to install my shock absorbers and tires properly. Not missing bolts or nuts no damage hoses. Best manager I ever met his service is exceptionally professional, prices are really competitive and tire guarantee is the best!

Used to be my go to place since getting my car, but I m not sure if they changed owners or something, but it s gotten a bit pricier now. I called around to see where I can get the best price & this place was the priciest of them all. The associates up front are nice & chill, but it s unfortunate of the costs.

Today, 12/2/2023, I needed new brakes on my vehicle and called around. I wanted to make sure I was getting my money s worth. Especially, after doing my own research to find how much parts and labor cost. I called American Tire Depot in Rialto, CA and Rob made sure to show true customer service. He was open to my concerns and provided insight on what was going on with my vehicle. He even answered my questions that I needed clarity on.Furthermore, I was able to watch Us on the tv while I waited, which was a plus! Rob also offered water.As I waited, I took note of how he spoke to other customers, how he welcomed them, quickly gave information and listened to their concerns and needs. To say the least, Manager Rob, is doing a great job taking care of customers and making sure their satisfied with the service. I am appreciative of his service, professionalism, and welcoming rapport. In the future, I ll continue to choose American Tire Depot!

The manager and technician was very friendly and professional. I had my car towed to the shop due to a shredded tire. They did a great job assisting me right away a d installing new tires and brakes and they were very affordable.

I ve been to this location before, however they must be under different management. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got to work to discover one of my wheel covers was missing. When I went back the guy at the front desk asked was I sure I had it on. A insult to say the least because the covers bolt on. Then after filling my car I discovered the oil life was at the 20% as when I took it in. They claimed to have forgot to reset it, but I asked to check the oil for myself. They did offer to replace my wheel cover, but how do you lose just 1 cover. I m not as confident in this location as I previously was. Now I have to look for another place to service my vehicle. So disappointed!

Joey at the counter was knowledgeable and personable, he delivered great customer care. The technical was also knowledgeable and experienced and performed great care for my vehicle. Prices are fair and I was offered the current coupon price for my service without having to ask about it. I would recommend American Tire Depot on Foothill in Rialto to my family and friends for sure.

My wife ran over something, tire was leaking. I googled the tire repair shop near me. this place is right up the street from me. Staff was friendly. They took care of my tire on the spot free of charge. They don t know me from anyone else and I ve never bought anything from them. It s the little things that make me happy. I will be going back for service and a new set a tires.
