Best place for tires and services near me. They checked my tire pressure indicator that was on and found a screw in my rear tire. They fixed the flat right there and then. Tigran was very professional and efficient getting me in and be out. Thank you.

My tire pressure sensor somehow alerted me that one of my tires air pressure was low. Brought my car at 8am to Just Tires and they checked all 4 tires. Nothing was wrong with any of them and re-calibrated the car s sensor.Charged me $0Thank you.Thanks to Jose and Jesse.

Came in to get a quote and compare prices and the guy in the front desk didn t even bother to even look at me. I was the one who had to greet him and he s talking as if my presence bothered him, horrible customer service. Before I even asked my question he says come back tomorrow we are busy. I asked what I needed and his quote was twice as much as other places yea no thank you don t bother with this place they obviously don t care about the customer

This place is full of blessings. Other work is great and the employees are really nice but there s this particular guy that deserves a raise or a promotion his name is Mel LazoHe is really helpful and made me feel at home the moment Ives arrived. My over all experience was GREAT

I took my honda element to this shop for alignment.the technician ( angel )was not in the mood to work, he was walking noticeable slow ,kinda look high. He was not able to do the adjustments on the adjustable bolts.if you looking for a good alignment its not a good place to take your car.the technicians are not certified for the job.

I scheduled an appointment online to get my alignment done at 8 a.m. this morning, before I knew it the job was done and I was on my way. Tigran is knowledgable and provided great customer service, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Just go somewhere else. If you re there for an oil change go to jiffy lube up the street you ll be there 20 min tops.If you need tires and good warranty hit up Chatsworth Tire & Service Center. They re nicer there.I had very rude customer service there. I went because it was down the street. Definitely regret trying to cheat on my 2 spots I already go to.

These guys are great!! I came in with a flat tire and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes free of charge. Tigra is the best!!

Not only was it a great price, but it was also fast and efficient. Their staff was very helpful, as Angel did an awesome job quickly.I needed tires last minute, and I also told Robert of the long distance drive ahead of my family and I. He showed and explained me why 4 tires should be done instead of the 2 front tires that I requested. Before I left, he checked my fluids with no hesitation too!Exceptional customer service.Thank you both!

This rating is overdue. I had a pretty bad day with having two flat tires on my car. I had to wait for over two hours for a tow truck to finally tow me 1.5 miles down the road to Just Tires. Those two hours being in the height of the sun with the worst temperatures. I finally get to Just Tires and Mel was kind enough to help me. He had a great attitude, very pleasant. Because of his demeanor I was much calmer. He took care of me and my car. The mechanic, Christopher, was also very helpful. He was kind enough to assess my car to let me know some things I need to take care of soon.I've been to a Just Tires before and had good service, so that is why I chose this company. This particular location far exceeded my expectations. I thank Mel and Christopher for their help. I will be back to this location again in the future should I need it.

I would give this place 1 Stat, however the kid with the curly hair at the desk was very nice.I'm giving this a 1 star because they only have 1 technician to do everything. Took them 2 hours just to do a wheel alignment. During the time I was waiting for my wheel alignment I saw the manager struggling just to put 1 roll of receipt paper. Either he doesn't know how to do something so simple ir he is lazy and didn't want to do tasks.Later as we were waiting he complained to an employee how a man cried to him because of his situation.This place is a joke. Find another place.

I won t go anywhere else. The value and service is always worth it here. Where I highly recommend this service center comes from years of being a customer.My car has gotten three sets of tires from here and I always pay for the 3 year alignment and rotation. It adds a lot of life to the tires.They are always very good about letting me know if it s going to be a long wait. But it s always worth it. They take care of their people and customers!Super friendly and fast associates jumped on my under inflated tire, pulled it, plugged it, and put it...back in right and fixed it in 8 minutes NOT flat! Great job!!

Just tires has amazing customer service. Tigran was so professional and nice! He was so honest and friendly. He helped me in 10 minutes and he did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family in the San Fernando Valley area. Thank you Tigran for your help!

I came here to get my oil changed, oil filter replaced, and tires changed. I am very happy that they were able to price match the tires, I think I got a great deal! The service was done very quickly and the people who helped me were very knowledgeable and trustworthy, especially Miguel. He helped me understand what needed to be serviced on my car and how much life expectancy I have on my other parts. I will be coming back here again for great service !

Just needed a puncture repaired and they already had a few cars they were working on. They respected my time and I felt they valued me as as customer. Although the repair was more than it first looked like, they had my job finished quickly and the work was done well. Next time I need tires, brakes or such I'm coming here.

Horrible experience. Two and a half years ago I was sold 4 tires and paid for a warranty in case there was damage. Today I got 1 hole on two tires, and they didn t honor that warranty. They said it didn t cover vandalism, even though I was not told this when I bought the warranty. I had to buy 2 tires because of time restraints. The customer service was also horrible. Be very careful with this place. I won t buy anything from them again and I would advise others to consider going somewhere else.

I highly recommend this location of Just Tires. They are honest, fast, friendly and give fair prices. I went in prepared to buy a tire or 2 because I had a flat. They said It would be easy to fix. They tightened a valve or put on a new one and it cost next to nothing and I was in and out. I will definitely go back there when I do need new tires or anything tire related.Nancy

The free air pressure checks are fantastic, and when I got a staple in my tire, they were super quick to help me out with getting it all patched up, and it was just $20!

Scheduled my appointment and picked the tires I wanted online. When i came in for my appointment, they promptly assisted me and started working. They finished my tire & brake change in about 3 hours and their prices were reasonable. Edit: after a couple days, I noticed that there is a ticking noise coming from my tire when i drive and my brakes are still squealing. Not sure what the problem is.

I went in to get my tire patched up last minute. They did a great job. It was a huge industrial screw too. I freaked out because my tire pressure light went on, but as soon as I drove off after they patched it up it cleared up. Super happy. Both the person at the front desk and technician were friendly and welcoming. 1st time here.

i love coming to this place! each time i come in they always seem busy, yet Miguel and Tigran are always very friendly and explain everything you need to know about your car, they are very helpful. the staff works on your car very quickly so you don t have to wait long. i ve been here a couple of times and my car is running very smoothly!

18101Reseda St., reseda 91335 hav the lousiest and slowest and rudest service. The Culver City 5547 Sepulveda, are alive, friendly greeting, explaining how much & how long to except, very different vibe. Not to mention, the sales rep parks a Honda SUV and as he gets out of the car while giving me eye contact, he doesn t excuse himself when his driver door touches my car

Best service! Best price! After about a month of looking for tires for my 2014 Mazda I called Just Tires just to see what they say. Miguel was the one that helped me out. His customer service is amazing! He went above and beyond to get me the tires I wanted and at very very good price! Fast service hassle free! Will be doing business again with Miguel and all the members of Just Tires Reseda.
