My experience with Lyle and the guys here were awesome. I had a rotor and brake issue and they took me in and completely turned my day around by fixing my car with a very genuine and caring attitude. Will definitely be going back for my next repair!

I initially went to the transmission spot next door because my Audi was shaking while idling and after they told me they could not fix it, they referred me to Creative Automotive and I m so glad they did! Lyle was super responsive and picked up all my calls and got back to me very quickly throughout the fix, which is a big deal to me since many spots I ve been to couldn t even afford me that. He took my car in and found the problem and I was back on the road in the next 48 hours. He even fixed a coolant temp issue I didn t even know I had. Thank you Lyle for your great responsiveness and professionalism. I will be referring my friends here and coming back when I need to replace my brakes. Fast, reliable service at an appropriate price.

Took my truck to the dealership a while back and they were the extremely rude. Couldn t even get the service advisor to make eye contact with me. Their honesty was 4/10 stars and they just acted like me taking my truck there was the biggest inconvenience known to man..and couldn t even get a call back telling me that my truck was done. Went ahead and did all my maintenance after that on my own. Now that I own a business, I just don t have time to do the truck maintenance and work myself. Which was where my search began.Lyle is by far one of the most honest individuals in the industry that I have come across. Having been a part of the automotive industry for years, I can honestly say that I have major issues with trusting my vehicles with strangers at dealerships and shops. Fear of being lied to and taken advantage of as I have been in the past. I brought my truck in and assumed I d need new brakes. Lyle let me know that he saw there was still tread left on them and that we should wait a bit longer to maximize the life of them. Saving me money. I am so grateful for the honesty. They topped off everything fluid wise, and addressed and fixed my CEL that was on. The price was shockingly affordable as well. I can t recommend him enough. I have been going to this shop for about 10 years for oil changes and the occasional auto repair. They are honest, friendly and their prices are fair. What I can expect from them is a good job in whatever they do, I just trust them with my car. Highly recommended.

Jim has been our mechanic for 15+ years. He has kept all of our family's vehicles running and well maintained. He is highly skilled at diagnosing and always honest. I won't take my car to anyone else. Thank you Jim and team for always going above and beyond to take care of us.

One of the last honest auto mechanics in the Western Hemisphere or at least the San Fernando Valley (same difference to more than a few folks). Jim's sage advice has kept my 97 Toyota Tacoma rolling for over 320,000 miles. Looks like with Lyle, the fruit has not fallen far from the tree. Not sure yet if he tells the same "great" jokes.

Went there for the first time today and they did a great job on my truck. Jim was great to deal with, very honest and obviously not out to rack up charges. They went above and beyond what could be expected and I'll be going to them from now on.

Terrible. Father and son misdiagnosed engine and told me a valve job would cost 3000. Turned out to be a dented spark plug. Fixed for $100. Kept the car for a whole day and weekend to not check the plugs first as any regular mechanic would have. Worst part is the car was returned to me with a flat tire.

Terrible. Made plans with the owners son to meet at the shop at 4pm(they close at 5) and was on my way, drove 30min and found out Google had address for old shop so I called and said I d be there at 4:15 and was told by the owner that they were closing doors and wouldn t wait. So glad I wasted $20 in gas for supreme service. Pathetic.

One of the last genuinely honest shops in the San fernando valley.Where do i start! clean shop, nice waiting room, clean rest rooms, good clean work, lots of parking. i have seen these guys working on big deiseal trucks to small cylinder toyota cars and trucks. just a hidden gem on reseda blvd really.
