Auto Stiegler did an excellent job with the repairs on my car following my accident. Great customer service. I was kept informed on a regular basis throughout the process. My car looks great now. I highly recommend!

Auto Stiegler went above and beyond in repairing my vehicle, trying to correct damages that weren't even part of the work order. They were friendly and timely. That said, the price point is on the higher end which can be something to consider if the work will come completely out of pocket but no one can argue with the great quality of their service and auto care. Excellent job and customer service all around. They are a high integrity shop. I took my GLE 350 to two MBZ approved shops. The first was a horrible experience. They added $1800 services that were not needed ( checked with MBZ Encino), since I had told them this would be out of my pocket and there would be no insurance review. Then they gave me a 4 week delivery estimate. Auto Stiegler was super professional from the start. The quote from their advisor Omid Nessari was spot on ( later approved by Insurance). He kept me informed about the progress and delivered with 3 days of insurance approval, took total 5 days. Massive shout out to the whole team at Stiegler. I have been to this place twice to get my car repaired from two different accidents, and each time my car was there they did a amazing job and they do great quality work. I have had better experiences. They did a good job on what they did do. They completely ignored a few of my concerns. When discussed with them my concerns they seemed to be annoyed with no response. They did offer for me to bring it back in to be looked at.

Thank you for the opportunity. The 1st appointment, My daughter dropped off the car to be told that the person wasn't available that day. The repair was a deep scratch. The car was buffed; then after the rains, the scratch returned.I return the car and it was turned around in about an hour and a 1 1/2 hours with the rebuffing.I wouldn't recommend this business to others because it was a bit of a hassle, to have gone through twice, for such a small issue.

Auto Steigler took excellent care of me and my car today. They were friendly, quick, professional, and by far the most painless auto service I've ever encountered. My car is back in good shape, at a reasonable cost. Also, their fish tank is lovely and well cared for.

This is the second time I ve used Auto Stiegler. The first time I was sent there by my car insurance company after I got rear-ended; the service was exceptional, so naturally years later when the need arose again, this was the first place I asked for. Staff is professional, polite, and communicative. Service was quick (3 days ahead of schedule). My car looks brand new again and we are very happy.

Omed and Marianne were terrific. I was a bit out of sorts trying to explain what had happened; My car was vandalized, threats of bodily harm were made. Omed patiently listened to me and and proceeded with claim. My car looks beautiful. They were on time as they promised. kept me constantly updated and even went out of their way to touch up a couple of little dings in my vehicle that I didn't even ask them to do!!! Auto Stiegler was a great experience! They took care of my car and they really care. They communicated with me constantly and let me know exactly what was going on with my car. Max helped me and he made sure I understood what was going on and walked me through it. They became my go to place for car care. They're amazing!

Danny was great! We actually developed our own secret handshake that we would do when I would leave. Oh & the dog was there the first day I brought my car in and he even came over to allow me to pet him and to say hello.(smile) Excellent repair shop and quality service.!! I'm extremely satisfied with the results!!!

For an auto repair shop that claims to be Mercedes-Benz certified, their repair quality and completion times are subpar. Scheduled to drop off my W204 to repair driver side damage and a side mirror on 9/28. They told me to return on 10/3 as that would be most optimal to shorten repair time to a week. I was not able to pick up my car until 10/24.I have previously selected Auto Stiegler to repair a roof antenna. This required disassembly and reassembly of the headliner and weatherproofing trim/sealing strip.After a month from repairs, there are missed paint spots, the driver side mirror vibrates when driving; in addition, the headliner was not properly refitted, and there are gaps in the rubber sealing/trim of the front and rear windshields.

I needed to have some body work done on my car. I d gone to Auto Stiegler for service before but not repair. Avo was great at giving me a timely and helpful estimate, and once I gave him the go ahead, he made sure the work got done efficiently and well. I was delighted with the work - my car looks brand new. It was a bit costly but the work was excellent and I trust Auto Stiegler to stand behind their work if there is a problem. Lexi, in Customer Service, was very pleasant to deal with. They even had my car ready a day earlier than expected!

They kept me informed on the process and what to expect. Everyone was friendly and professional. They kept me up to date on how the repairs were coming along. The repairs were great. She looks beautiful again. They washed her and even vacuumed the interior. I highly recommend them, and would go back.

They are amazing! I have taken my car to them every time I had an incident. Everyday I received an update on the completion date. Guaranteed 100% coverage for any and everything they do to the car. They even offered to bring my car to me at my place of work just because they were not able to get my car done when they said they would. Regardless I was so happy that they were willing to help me out no matter what! Best service ever and great staff!! I only trust them with my car and no one else.

I loved my experience at Auto Steigler. Avo and Lexie were wonderful to work with! From the moment I stepped on the lot I was received with wonderful customer service. They walked me through the process of what it was going to take to fix the damage that was done to my car and I liked that I got updates every two days as it was getting fixed. They did a great job on the car! Thank you all!

They did a superb job repairing my vehicle and kept in touch via text every step of the way. They also guarantee their work for as long as I own the car!When I picked it up, it was not only washed, but vacuumed and immaculate inside.I recommend them with confidence.
