Called them for help with my flat and they say they are off of the el dorado fwy (hwy 50)...i tell them I'm eastbound after "shingle springs exit 39"...they wouldn't file a claim to help me because there wasn't any address...how dumber can you get if I told you the freeway I'm on, which direction, and closest exit I'm near...no help at all
