I totally recommend Millers automotive, they were friendly fast and very detailed and helpful!! Luckily they got me in as a walk in and got me in and out within a hour! Gave me great recommendations to elongate the life of my vehicle which was much appreciated! Matt was professional and helpful!! Thank you Millers Automotive!! I ll be back!

Was amazing when working with my fianc�s car! We had to bring it twice due to some issues with coilovers and both times were great with communicating with us. Amazing customer service and the car runs great, just like new!

I love this place!! They re very experienced and reasonably priced! I ve been going here for years and have never had any issues with the work they ve done on my cars. Customer service is outstanding! I would recommend them for any problems your car may be experiencing.

I always come back to this shop whenever I need something done for my vehicle. They are always honest with me and quick with communication. I never had any issues with my vehicle being worked on. Definitely recommend!

This place is run by workers that don t even know what they are doing, I took my car in for an electrical problem that I paid to fix and they couldn t even fix it, they suck and I would never recommend anybody I know to come here. Manny, Chuy, they re all the same, they think they can overcharge you for cheap labor that isn t even worth half the price they want to charge, if you ve had poor work done by them I would report them to BAR. I ve never brought a car ever since, you re better off going to Rodos or someone else with reputable work in Reedley.

Matt was very helpful. Took my van in immediately to diagnose the problem and quickly gave an estimate on repairs. All was done to my satisfaction. I will recommend to friends and family.

I recently needed a Diesel mechanic for my Dodge Ram Promaster. It is a very difficult vehicle to work on and parts are very hard to find. Fortunately for me, and my business, I discovered Miller Automotive. The office staff was quick to reassure me they could indeed work on a Promaster. He kept me updated and were sensitive to my wants and needs. Very personable, polite and accommodating. What to say about The Mechanic. I ve never met someone so diligent and with such a work ethic. He was knowledgeable and efficient. If there was any doubt he consulted with other experts. Rather than just take the word of a computer and replace parts Willy nilly at my expense the staff actually researched the correct solution to the problem. I couldn t be happier with my experience there. And though I only met a few of the workers one would think if everyone I had contact with was outstanding at their job this hiring process would extend to other individuals as well.

Millers Automotive was very thorough. I got a text message with photos describing what needed to be done. I received updates as to their progress. Moses and his mechanics were knowledgeable and were very helpful.

Went in to have a muffler replaced on my truck. Very simple job, cut out the existing flowmaster, and replace with the same style (that I supplied) just a few inches longer to quiet it down. No additional parts needed, no new pipe added, just four cuts and four welds. Was quoted $720 and a full days labor. Absolutely ridiculous. Would be less than an hour of work for any decent technician.

Whenever I find myself needing automotive repairs, I always call Miller s. They do an awesome job at communicating via text. They do a great job with their price quote, so I can approve the repairs and/or maintenance being done. Moses and his team did a tremendous job changing my timing belt and water pump. Anytime I need mechanical help I call Miller Automotive.

Left my 1968 cougar in there shop and they worked on it according to there schedule and mine. Parts were found and the AC along with some electrical was all completed. I would highly recommend this shop for quality work and customer satisfaction.

The absolute worst repair shop to take your vehicle. My husband's truck has been there since June 27th, and they still have no clue what the problem is. They told us the truck was fixed on 8/4/23, we went and paid the hefty bill and the truck sounded like a tractor. They never thoroughly checked the vehicle before calling us. It is now a week later, and they still know nothing and have my money and my truck. Do yourself a favor and find another shop. I would give them zero stars if it let me.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We used Miller auto shop when my mom got back to California to visit after supposably getting it fully serviced in Missouri. The transmission just wasn't right took it in as they physically showed up the fluid was black and just disgusting it was too late to get a hold of the out of state shop ... Miller automotive changed it out got the car fully serviced and it wasn't as bad as I thought I thought I was going to break my bank but didn't I appreciate all the work and help they have done for my mom and Us in general the car just left going back to her home and it's running amazing Thank you for all your help and dedication to making sure my mom made it safe and will continue to be safe on the road ..Service: Transmission

Definitely won't be coming back here, the guy that came out to talk to me was friendly, so that was good. But, he didn't seem to think he should've told me how much it was gonna be to diagnose my truck, I told him all I wanted checked out was my throttle body and they went off and did more then I asked, so then I was forced to pay 189 dollars. If I would've known it would've been that much then I would've never had them check it out. They try to talk you up on everything they do so u end up spending more money. Now I'm down on rent money and bills. And then the following day I had my wife call to see how much a diagnosis would be just to see how much they charge and they were gonna charge her 250. So they feed off people that they think don't know much about cars to get more money. Very poor communication skillsService: Auto engine diagnostic

AMAZING! Honest, open, and they discuss the problem with me BEFORE talking money. They hid nothing and made auto repair a good experience for me as a woman without making me feel inferior. This place couldn t do a simple electrical repair on my car. They claimed my car needed an alternator replacement, after I provided them all the parts the car still failed. Come to find out this place botched the whole job and didn t want to take responsibility. They claimed it was because I didn t buy an OEM alternator. After I took it to another shop in town my car was fixed. It never needed the OEM alternator. The other shop found out Millers intentionally sabotaged my car in order for me to waste more money on them. Mechanic that fixed my car even dared Millers mechanics to pay for the whole job if the electrical actually needed the OEM alternator and Millers would refuse because they knew they were liable for all the mistakes they made to my car. Manny, Marc and that whole staff is the same, lie about everything and try to rip hard working people off.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Was stuck and the only place that would take a look at my car the same day. Charged over $200 just to inspect the car. Didn't even finish the inspection that day. Drove my car as part of inspection without letting me know they'd be doing that especially when they knew there was major transmission issues. Finished the inspection the second day and recommended a transmission servicing costing $270 and claimed this would *probably* get my car to drive maybe 1000 miles more (I declined this as just changing the fluid would not magically repair my transmission). Claimed there was no issues with my car otherwise and it was driving fine after they drove it for a few blocks. Drove it a block away after they put the same transmission fluid back in and my car two minutes later had immediate shifting issues. Seems like they were trying to squeeze some money out of me cause I was in a tight spot. Maybe they don't work with transmissions often. People were very kind.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Great shop! Marc and Lisette were very helpful, go my AC fixed, also did an inspection. Took pictures of all the thing wrong with my car, and got my AC working again. Made my visit easy and smooth. I have been EXTREMELY happy with Miller's Auto. Their VERY friendly staff, the ability to bring my car in the next day upon calling to make an appointment, their professionalism and quick service.Even though I had only scheduled an oil change, I was very happy that they inspected my car and advised me of further attention and repairs that were needed to keep my car going - AND did so without pressing me into making an appointment soon.I most DEFINITELY consider Miller's as my #1 place to go when I need car service and/or repairs.Service: Oil change
