Victor was very helpful and informed. No pressure. He made me feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants accessories for their RVs.

These guys are amazing. I wish there were 10 stars. They deserve them. My RV awning wouldn't retract. Five minutes on their web site and I had an appointment. I was going to get an Uber back to my car after dropping off the RV, but I was given a ride. Later that day I received a text showing the failed motor. A little later a video of my operational awning appeared. I asked for replacement and additional batteries, that was done during the same appointment. Two requested quotes were waiting for me when I returned. Needing another ride I called to see if it was possible, and once again was picked up. I can't say how much I enjoyed dealing with the brothers and sister at V&V. It was personal, responsive and extremely professional. I'll take all my RV business there from now on.

This is a great shop for all of your RV parts and accessories! The owner, Victor, is always there, he's knowledgeable, helpful and laid back. It's not at all like going to one of the chain RV stores. Parking is easy, the store is close to Highway 101 and it's easy to find.

I have always been treated so wonderful there they have been over backwards for every need I have and if it was with not within my means they would help me figure it out where it could be. I would have been lost without them.

We are so happy to have found this wonderful establishment. I brought my 2003 Casita in for some repairs and they helped us with everything requested plus more! I love that this is a family run business and everyone I encountered there were polite, helpful and very informative. Lots of knowledge in this crew. Highly recommend!

Victor is a saint as well as his team. Honest, ethical, fair and reliable. We had a water leak and he and his team got us in to look and repaire the issue. Super friendly and helpful and accommodating. Every time I go there they're always just jumping to help you and getting if they don't carry it they'll get for you! Even with my crazy life and my little quirks and all the stuff I need they're always patient and helpful and understanding.

We were traveling from LA to Portland and our skylight broke on the freeway. Called V&V and they were able to take us in the same day. Great service, punctual, and great work. Only took them 20 minutes to get it done. Thanks V�ctor!

Victor and his staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They are always busy here, so it's amazing that they can get time to service your RV. They do great work, and are always there to help you out and make things work if they can't finish. They even let us borrow a generator for the weekend! So nice of them.

V&V Bothers was so accommodating. Victor and staff are top notch. If you are in need of any type of RV repair/service don t waste your time going anywhere else. I have had my toilet replaced, major body damage repaired from an accident, and several other services completed by V&V Brothers. Each experience has been great. They promise what they will do and do it. V&V Brothers has earned my business. I rarely review businesses, but felt that I had to let people know that V&V Brothers is an honest repair shop ready to earn your business.

How can V&V Bros RV have a 4.7 star rating when ALL reviews are 5 stars so far? These are wonderful people to do business with. They back up all their work 100%. They have top notch, knowledgeable workers. Everyone there is so patient with old fogies like us, as we are newbies at owning our "vintage" motor home. We're always greeted by owners Victor and his sister Vilma who are very caring people, ready to help us solve whatever RV problem we might have. Thank you so much for being there for us. D & S across the Bay from you.

We purchased a portable water softner/purifier from V&V Bros. They were very knowledgable and special ordered our equipment with an overnight delivery. Victor & his staff of experts provided excellent service and delivered quality care. Highly recommend V&V Bros. for all your RV needs from parts to service.

April 2017 Make sure you're not in a rush if you use this company. It is unfortunate this place can't get its act together. Victor might be a nice guy but he doesn't know how to run a business. His schedule and turnaround time suffers greatly from not being able to manage customers and job timelines. And being strung along for days and days, waiting, while he keeps giving me inaccurate information about my trailer is truly frustrating. I do not have time to keep calling him twice a day every day. Especially when I scheduled my trailer's appointment two weeks in advance.UPDATE - Victor now refuses to work on any of my family's trailers because I wrote this review. I feel it is accurate so I'm leaving it up. It is poor of Victor to treat my mom this way, though, especially considering she was supposed to bring her trailer in today (he didn't cancel on her until the last minute, how unfair).

Unkept appointments over a dozen of them. Two weeks after last missed appointment, no delivery of ordered Parts and Im told no more service calls. What a flake.
