I've always been super-impressed by SF Toyota on Geary Blvd, but I thought I'd try a Toyota Service Center closer to me. Probably won't do it again.Lows:-Same service took over four times as long at RWC location; I had an appointment for both.-They have old systems, use lots of writing, and give loads of paperwork, all of which increases wait times and waste. For the last several years, I have only received PDFs through an automated/ searchable process. It's quicker and easier for everyone.-Workers all seemed impatient and stressed though volumes did not seem high.-It took a lot of standing before being seen.-The customer lounge looks like it hasn't been updated in 25 years. Probably the last time it was thoroughly cleaned, too.Upsides:-Free wifi-Mostly clean bathroom-Handful of stale Mike and Ike's only costs a quarter

I did the regular check up for my Tundra pick up truck. They ticked everything is good but in fact the washer fluid tank is leaking that it cannot store any fluid. So I question for their other services

I was questioned as to why I gave one star on this business. I consider myself to be fair and if I don't have anything nice to say I normally don't say anything at all. I was not happy with the service here. The people were customer friendly so that wasn't it but, I did call days before when I made my appointment and expressed I would need a shuttle to get to work as I was dropping my car off there .Yet, I waited over 20mins and told the front desk I needed to call an Uber because I was late for work. They called on5 for me and it took an extra 28mins to get to me so I was 48mins late for work. I came here for an oul change only and my bill for that was over$200 for just that and tire rotation? They slso suggested an inside air filter replacement with a price of $100 alone but I priced it under $20 online at a couple of local auto parts store. I am not trying to put you down but chose to be truthful of my experience and how I felt about it.

Another great experience with their service department. Just another regular easy maintenance service and was done in 90 min. Todd was so friendly and efficient. Really appreciate them washing and drying afterwards.

I bought my truck here in 2014 and the service department is better at Toyota than the Ford or Chevrolet dealerships ive dealt with by far.

New to this Toyota service and had a great experience. Easy to reach to with phone and the service advisor Ryan L. is awesome. Got my car serviced in and out quick and efficient.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Car maintenance is always very expensive in any dealership. Think twice before getting any car service. Limited car inventory. High prices even for used cars.

I went to get a regular service and was pleasantly surprised with the waiting area and the wait was shorter than I thought it would be. Overall, good visit.

In spite of making appointments you have to wait 20 mins just to drop your car off :( otherwise good service

Me cambi� aqu� comprando paquetes no estaban teniendo cuidado durante muchos servicios con mi carro R4 en el sentido con el anti freezer me dirig�a por el 280 mi carro empez� a temblar mostrando como loco una temperatura alt�sima y tuve que hacer 4 paradas para que no estallara o se me quemara mi carro despu�s de parar en un lugar seguro llam� un mec�nico familiar me notific� que estaba sin anti freezer acababa de llevar mi carro les acababa de comprar un paquete de 5 servicios y no est� mal compuesto el dicho m�sico pagado con anticipaci�n no sirve tristemente ese me llev� a gastar $900 d�lares perjudic� otra parte del motor tengo los en Voices de la compra OJO No se conf�e que ellos est�n realizando un buen servicio realmente tienen poco personal y lo que necesitan ellos sacar r�pido tu carro mi carro y terminar su trabajo en tiempo o te hacen eso para que gastes m�s en compras de piezas tristementeTengo fotos si las necesitas OJO
