I do not normally write reviews whether I have a good or bad experience , however I feel I have to for this place .I have bought many cars over the last 50 years, for me, my wife , my kids and many friends and this is the first time that I had such an exceptional experience. I live about 200 miles from this dealership , but the drive was well worth it. I made a very good deal over the phone and they actually honored it.I could not believe it. With my past dealings with other dealerships , they never did. They gave me many reasons why they could not. I do not trust salesmen .However ,my sales rep, Dion and his manager Seth were an exception. They even gave me a better deal than what we had originally agreed . Both were efficient, honest , friendly and professional.

Coming from San Jose wasn t sure how comfortable I was on purchasing a car. Unfortunately there was a drop off or tag team in affect. Both salesmen were vary knowledgeable and and patient. I was allowed to bring the puppy in while going over the details of the car. It was almost a record how fast I got approved and drove off. Very happy and completely sure of my purchase. The car runs smooth and quiet. Let s go!!

Searching for a diamond in the roughThere comes a time in a man s life when he wants something like a car but will not settle for any car. I searched high and low and found the car of my dreams a 2013 Subaru WRX at Redwood City Infinity.Upon arrival to the dealership, I was welcomed by the team and my future ride was ready to test drive. After getting the OK from the wife, I decided it this was the one.The process was simple, upfront, and painless; and the car was fairly priced (one owner, low miles, and in mint condition for a car of its age). Without a doubt, it s the gem I was looking for.Thank you Redwood City Infinity for the down-to-earth, honest buying experience. Cheers!

I took my car in for service because i have the maintenance package. I called ahead and made an appointment which was very easy and convenient. Once i got there, i told the advisor i wanted the oil change and to give it a check around. Also, i told the advisor to check the breaks because they were making noise. Some reasonable amount of time went by, probably a little more then a hour, and my car was ready. The advisor called me over to informed me that my car was ready to go and everything was good. I told the advisor i find it hard to believe that everything was good especially my brakes. The advisor told me that my brakes are at 8mm, front & back, which are close to being brand new and i told him that s impossible since I ve had my car since 2017. The advisor didn t give me an response, shug his shoulder and couldn t give me a response. So i took my car to other location (another Infiniti dealer) to get a 2nd opinion. After getting it checked out at the 2nd dealer, the front was at 6mm and the rear was at 4mm. I really wanted to like this place because it s closer to me but unfortunately it s clear that i need to stay away from this place. The other employees there were awesome and one of them were cleaning and disinfecting the waiting room which is awesome. But the service department is very questionable at best. I would recommend everyone to do their research before buying a infiniti from this dealer. If this new dealership is going to be run like the previous one in Redwood City, it s a matter of time before the inevitable happens. This type of business makes me regret buying an Infiniti and my next car would probably be an Audi. It may be more pricey but my friends been having better customer service at the dealership in Belmont and customer service is everything for me.

Dion did a great job during the whole process. He was knowledgeable on the car, followed up after I left and did not pressure me. It was a very balanced transaction.Only been a few miles/hours but so far the Q50 is great.

Absolutely terrible service!Avoid this dealership at all costs.I tried to buy used car Lexus NX with a price they advertised on their website.Upon test drive, when I inquired about the price with fees and taxes they added bunch of junk fees and warranties, when I told them to remove them they replied we can't sell the car at this price.Sales Management team and Sales People: Luis/Yash are just bunch of liars.Don't waste time and not go to this place.The response they posted was copied/pasted. Requested a call back never happened.

Walked in to a friendly environment. My salesman Luis Murrieta was very professional. Never felt pressured or rushed. Waiting room has a great Starbucks coffee espresso machine. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had thanks to Luis. Would definitely shop here again.

I had my 2014 Nissan Note in for routine service on November 9. Service performed was an oil change and tire rotation. This was our first time to have service at Infiniti/Nissan Redwood City because the usual place we go for service, Boardwalk Nissan, has closed. When I picked up my car in the afternoon, they did not explain anything and just asked to sign the paper and pay the bill. We waited almost 15 minutes for our turn to settle our bill and nobody said a word to us during that time. The next morning, we noticed the front left wheel cover was missing. We looked around the car and noticed the service technician had not properly reinstalled two of the other three wheel covers. We were able to properly install them so they would not fall off. We also tried to find the lost cover by back tracking our trip home from the dealer service. We had only driven 7 miles since picking up the car the prior afternoon. Unfortunately we were unable to find the wheel cover that fell off. We contacted the service place and explain what happened. They said sorry about that, but we need to purchase covers from them to fix it since our current covers were aftermarket and not original Nissan covers. We also talked to the sales manager. He said will check with the technician and get back to us. He kept saying they had placed notes in the service receipt stating the covers were loose but nobody ever pointed that out to us when we picked up the vehicle and paid for the service. We never received a return call from the service manager. The other 3 wheel covers have not fallen off since we properly installed the 2 loose ones we found.We have owned the Nissan 2014(purchased as a new car) in 2014 and have had multiple routine services and never have experienced this problem. We have had the current wheel covers on the vehicle for over 60,000 miles, have had the tires rotated multiple times, and even purchased 4 new tires about 4-5 years ago with these wheel covers being reinstalled with no problem. All other service technicians were able to properly reinstall the wheel covers without them falling off.We are very disappointed by their technician skills and the way they handle the issue.

I brought in my car for two issues, my speedometer was not working and my door handle is sticking when I try to open my door sometimes. They charged me $240 to figure out the cause of each issue ($480 total). They figured out the cause of the speedometer issue and it cost $600 to change a sensor, but for the sticking door handle, they could not figure it out. They said when they tested the door, it seemed fine, so apparently they can t fix it or figure it out. Even though they could not diagnose the issue, they still charged me $240 for attempting to diagnose the issue. Since I picked up my car a few days ago, the door has continued to suffer from the same issue. When they would not refund my money, I called and asked if I could speak with the service manager. I called again yesterday to try to reach him, but it s now been 3 days with no response.

Haven't bought here (yet), but the 1st time I stopped in, they helped me with my Infiniti, were very nice, and didn't even try to charge me money. Didn't act like a traditional car dealer at all, so earned my trust and loyalty. Have since talked once, and they were nice. Like normal nice, not car dealer-like. When it comes time to buying, I'm going to start here. Andrew in Belmont

If you want them to check on something that lithe be wrong, they charge $239 just to tell you it is broken. And that your extended warranty covers NOTHING and you re to pay over $5000 for a part that shouldn t even be broken for a 2019 model. Worse of all, they didn t put the broken part back correctly and it is a mess inside! After being an Infinti fan for decades, I dealt with a wonderful dealership (Peninsula Infiniti) until it was sold. Now having to deal with this dealership, it is expensive and they ll do anything to try to avoid honoring the warranties! I will never buy another Infinti again.

my wife and i were looking for a durango and we had a few different options to look at with other dealerships. we started working with dion and dont regret a thing. we didnt feel pressured to buy the car from him. we had a certain price we were going for and he was able to get it pretty much spot on with everything we were looking for. it was a pleasure working with dion and his team.

Do not waste your time trying to sell your car here!My husband listed our Honda for sale through KBB and received an online offer from this dealership, for $12490. He called and talked to Gary, who confirmed this is the number and said they even up their offer if the vehicle is in good shape. My husband took the time to drive up to Redwood City to sell the car for that price. Upon entering, he talked to Rick and showed him the online quote. Rick took his license, registration and car keys and basically sent my husband to another room without even explaining what he is doing. He let him wait for 20 minutes and got back there with a new quote for $10375, with nothing of significance listed to explain why the sudden reduction in the price they promised online and on the phone (the car is in very good shape). When my husband told Rick how disappointed he was and that he felt they just wasted an hour of his time with false quotes, Rick just shrugged and said this is what happens with KBB. Did not take responsibility and did not try to check what can be done here. This was a terrible experience and we will not be back here.

Today I bought a 2015 Golf from Redwood City Infinity. I would like to share my experience with people who might want to do a deal with the dealership. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I was nervous initially however they educated me on my car and explained all I needed to know including car maintenance in a patient manner and they were generous with their time. Joel, Tareq and Xavier helped me go through all the details. Joel got me the best loan rate, Xavier helped me to test drive the car and Tareq finalized the contract and went over it. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you guys!
