Got side swiped and found Jay to help with the bodywork. Rental car company couldn't pick me up and Jay dropped me off and picked me up too! Jay and his team finished the car earlier than promised. Awesome customer service!

It was a great experience working with Jay at Premium Bodyworks! My neighbor had a little mishap with parking and hit my brand new vehicle. It was stressful specially since the vehicle is only 6 months old but Jay had assured me that it will be ok and the work that was done was A+. He provided a quote promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. I will recommend my friends and family here because of the customer service and their quality of work. Ask for Jay! After losing a war with my garage door, I need some light touch up work. Being a Tesla owner, I am very picky about the work done on my car.I was given an outrageous quote from the "go to" Tesla body shop and then discovered Jay Diaz at Premium Bodyworks in Redwood City. His quote was about 1/3 of the my previous quote.I took the car in on Monday morning and it was ready the next day! It looks great!

Fantastic customer service! My car got damaged in the rear end with broken tail lights. I went to three body shops for estimates, and theirs was the lowest and quickest to get the job done. Also, they fixed my right side mirror and other dents for free!They did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. I m extremely pleased with the outcome, and I highly recommend getting your vehicle looked at Premium Bodyworks. Thank you, Sir Jay, and the rest of the team for providing me with an impressive 5-star service! I would give 10 out of 5 if I could do it!

Jay repaired my wife's Mini after she slid on a slippery road into a post. He did a great job for a very fair price. Jay worked hard to keep the price down while using quality parts (in the end all new OEM). The car looks like new. We highly recommend Jay's work.

I took my car here to get some body work done after I was in a minor accident. The price was very reasonable, and they even fixed a few smaller scratches and cleaned the interior as well. I am so grateful for Jay and his team! I had a long scratch on my bumper and few dents to repair before I return my car. He offered a good price and finished the job in a day and I couldn t even tell where the scratch or dents were! I was very impressed with Premium Bodyworks. Brought my car there last month to have them fix a hole in my bumper. The hole was about the size of a quarter. I live in the east bay, so I called numerous shops by me and none of them would do the job without replacing the whole bumper. They all quoted me $1200.00 or more and said they couldn t patch the hole, and I needed a new bumper.Luckily I found this place. When I first called Jay and explained my problem, he was so friendly and helpful. After sending him a picture of the damage, he said he can patch the hole and paint it for $600.Like I said in the beginning of my review, I was very impressed with the job they did. My bumper looked brand new again. I feel they are a trustworthy company who can get the job done for the best price and quality. Not only that, but they also repaired my car in a timely fashion. It only took one week. Thank you for making my car beautiful again.I definitely recommend Premium Bodyworks if you want a trustworthy company who does excellent work. I have to say that the service provided by Jay who I believe is the owner tops excellence when it comes to customer service. They even provided me their own rental car therefore saved me the hassle of a rental company. A true one stop shop! The repair of the quarter panel on my daughter's car was brand new again and very pleased with their work. Beware of this company overcharging for parts they won't purchase and change. The paint will fall off after 2 month i wouldn't used them there is no honesty and nothing premium about their work. Over charged me and denied now they did the work

Fantastic body shop. Went to them because my bumper had come loose and they did a great job of putting it back. Had gone to another body shop before them and they asked me to replace the entire bumper for 1000s of dollars. Narend is awesome. Definitely recommend this place !
