Alfred is such a great guy. i had my ford fusion get a muffler delete & he gave me such a great price. only took about an hour or less. time flew by because we were just chatting & getting to know each other. Definitely will be back & gonna consider getting my resonator done too .. Overall great shop & great guys. the guy installing was all business & my car sounds awesome. Definitely a family friendly shop. highly recommend

After going to the dealership and being told I needed to replace my exhaust system, I figured I should check elsewhere. I called this place and Alfred answered. He told me to come by and they would take a look. Within a couple hours he not only had diagnosed the issue (within 20 minutes of when I dropped it off), but he had it fixed within a couple hours and for a solid price! Service was great, Alfred was nice and fun to talk to. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here in the future for any exhaust work I need!Service: Exhaust

They asked me to come at 2PM the next day to perform a simple swap for a bolt-on part. When I arrived the next day, they acted like they had absolutely no idea I would be stopping by. They refused my business because other cars came before me and they don t have time. Suggested I stop by earlier tomorrow And they told me it would cost 200-250 to install the part. I ended up going to another shop that afternoon who did the job in about 15 minutes, said it was the easiest install they ve done in months, and only charged me 60 dollars. If you have an economy car that needs assistance passing smog, I m sure this is an ok spot. If you have a nice car and are looking to do simple exhaust upgrades, I suggest going somewhere more competent that values your time and money.

Very nice customer service alfred and his team! They help me to fix my crv which is my catalytics converter got stolen. alfred find a good deal of curb catalytic converter and he help me to deal with the insurance which is i called a serveral shop in my area and guess what? none of them want s to help me! but when i called the muffler express alfred entertain me right away and he told me that his his gonna help me out and deals with the insurance! Many thanks!

My exhaust started having a lot of extra noise, so I pulled into the shop without an appointment yesterday. Alfred was able to find the problem and fix it within an hour without trying to gauge me on price or extra/unnecessary parts or work.Alfred was extremely kind and professional and I would highly recommend the shop.

Another good experience at Muffler Express. Dropped my car off because I had to have AAA come and start it. Didn t think it was just a battery, but Alfred checked things out and said I really just needed a new battery. He also changed the oil and got me set up on a good schedule with a sticker. It is so great to be able to trust someone! Thanks, Alfred.

Alfred was really helpful and straightforward with the repair of my exhaust system, which was damaged. He could have charged me a lot for a repair that he admitted would not have lasted. Instead we found an inexpensive solution to replace the damaged part.

Great job again. Have brought a lot of different vehicles to be repaired over the years at the Muffler Express and have been happy every time. That's why I keep going back to them.

Very friendly and helpful. Just had a muffler modification on an 03 Mercedes-Benz. Exactly what I wanted and fitment is great. Job was done very fast too

Put a Borla exhaust and polyurethane exhaust hangers on my Focus St. Did it within the time frame promised (same day). Nice people. I recommend this shop.

this is a nice place if u want ur car to sound pretty sick i bring my honda civic 2011 and told them i wanna make sound hella loud the first time it was jay his really cool with everything and he took 15 minutes to change my stock muffler to magnaflow and he also hook me up about the prices so i really love this place and the second 1 i talked to alfred to removed my resonator and when he finish i didnt recognice the sound of my car it sounds louder and sounds like i had a turbo in my car
