Pleasant experience with Kuno's 10K service today. So much better, like night and day, than with A+Japanese Auto Repair. 100% difference! Reasonably priced, too!

Ray Slaven is highly skilled as a mechanic as well as a businessman. Straightforward, honest, great at explaining without being condescending. Dry, quick wit too!

On time, honest, reasonably price, and environmentally conscious as well (our wiper blades were worn -- Ray replaced just the rubber blade rather than the entire thing). The consistently excellent service is why we have always maintained our Subaru at Kuno's since moving to the area.

Been going to Kuno's for years (back when Kuno was running it). Now Ray has been taking care of my cars over the years. It's a family tradition! Ray keeps my car running, does what is necessary and I never feel overcharged. I moved out of the immediate area and still come down to take my car here, that is how good the shop is! Thanks Ray!

Personable, professional and prompt service.Brought in my Subaru for a pre-roadtrip safety inspection. Called ahead for availability.Kuno's observed that the car was generally running fine, but had a really old battery: so I got that changed for a reasonable price on the spot.They also observed that the dipstick was broken (which I hadn't): which is good evidence of their attention to detail.Will be back next time I need the car serviced.

I have taken a variety of vehicles to Kuno's over the years and appreciate the top notch service I have always received. Whether, it was a Honda, Nissan or Toyota, that I currently owned; I could count on the automotive service or repair done once and done "right".On occasion, I have even scheduled major work from outside my local residence area knowing I would get a quality job at a very fair price and would not need to be concerned with delays or returns.Friendly, informative and efficient - definitely, I recommend Kuno's Inc. to everyone.

I ve been bringing my Honda Civic to Kuno s for service for 16 years, and it runs like the day I bought it. They are always up front about costs, and never once have they run up the bill with anything unnecessary. I always drive away happy.

Best repair shop in the Bay Area for Honda/Toyota/Subaru. Ray is an honest guy and does a great job. Take your car here and thank me later.

I have a 2007 IS350 and took it in for a battery replacement. saved about 60 bucks compared to dealership. I have NEVER met a more honest guy than Ray . he even pointed out that the noise my engine was making could be taken care of under warranty for free. I didnt even know my warranty was still good. he could have easily taken advantage of me, but he even told me what to say to dealer to make sure they take care of it for free by printing me out the repair bulletin with lexus. I will take my car here in the future. anybody with a lexus and expired warranty would be a fool not to come here.

Great place great service. The guy explained what was going on what was causing the problem and gave me a couple options. I felt like it was an honest assessment with fair prices.

They have good prices and have done good jobs servicing our Subaru Forester and Honda Odyssey. Started going to them because they got great ratings for price and quality from Consumers Checkbook.

Knowledgeable, friendly, did not try to manufacture new work out of nowhere and overcharge, and answered my extensive questions. It was my first time but I got a good feeling from them and I will be taking my cars there from now on.
