Best car repair experience! My mother and I came in to check out Kennedy Auto Body and get an estimate. The staff was attentive, professional, kind, and supportive through the process. They took care of everything, from talking to our insurance for the claim, calling the rental car company to pick up and drop off the rental car, and of course replacing the bumper. It looks great. They explained everything, broke down all the costs, and what we needed to do. On top of that, they comforted my mom about the car mishap. It was a human moment, not just transactional. They are a God send and I felt like we were in good hands. I will be coming back to Kennedy if I ever need any other repair and recommending to friends. Thank you so much!

guy told me his prices were too high since i had an older car and wasn't using insurance, he directed me to a different shop that was what i was really wanted, got to love honestly. no opinion on the quality of their work tho

I give them 10 stars, they are always ready to help no matter how bussy. They did body work on both my cars ..like new. I have used them a few times in the past and again last week. Its always a pleasure to work with all of them.

Took my Prius here to have my bumper repaired after someone rear-ended me. I had to wait a while for an appointment but it was worth it. Everything was so easy! Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, organized, pro-active, and just nice. They called when they said they would call, kept me in the loop at all times, were easily available. The repair work was done within two days and is excellent. My car almost looks better than before.If my car has dents in the future, I'd definitely go to Kennedy again.

This is the place I bring my cars when they need body work, even though there are tons of closer body shops. Ray is great to deal with and the technicians know their craft extremely well. They ve worked tirelessly with my insurance to prevent my car from being totaled when I didn t want it to be, they ve performed restorative miracles, but most importantly they ve always backed up their work. Any problem I ve had after getting a car back from them, they ve taken care of with zero fuss. These are the guys you want to trust your car s restoration with. You don t deal with employees who come and go, who treat you as an obstacle between them and their paycheck, you deal with people who have invested decades into this business and who take real pride in what they do.

Call for an estimate on painting my Honda Accord. The guy who answered was very rude and condescending, and quoted that it d be $10,000 because they d have to take the entire car apart. Put down people who simply tape up the car before painting and compared it to painting a room. Then he said that he d recommend a service in Santa Cruz which would not be possible at all and there are plenty of other businesses locally. He also kept interrupting me when I was trying to ask questions or confirm details. I don t know if this is supposed to be a scam, vetting, looking down on me because I m a woman, or down-right incompetence, but that one phone call put me off from using them forever.

I have been using Kennedy Auto Body for over 10 years and they have always done high quality work and the staff are professional and friendly. Ray and James have done great work for me over the years. They are both friendly, professional and provide high quality customer service.My most recent work was fixing and painting a fender extension on our family SUV. Luckily it was a minor repair but the quality of the paint and color matching was excellent. I would and have recommended Kennedy Auto Body & Paint to friends and family over the years. They stand behind their work and will fix any issues that may arise.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a great job fixing car damage the best possible way for the least expense. I took my cars there 3 times with odd requests to fix it and not replace with new parts / new paint--like my dad would have done it himself, without systematically replacing bended / detached / damaged parts with new ones. Kennedy body shop really try their best in creative ways every time and I have always been happy with the result.

Professional results, competitive pricing, fast turnaround, excellent customer service and lifetime warranty on paint. This is the body shop I recommend to everyone I know and anyone who asks me who I know that does fine bodywork.

Ray was so helpful & genuinely nice. He showed he really cared about everyone who comes for car services. He went above & beyond. My car looks great. They shop also washed my car & cleaned the inside.Hands down Kennedy is the BEST!! 5 star in everything!!!! You must come here for your car body needs!!

This is the only place I will ever go. I've been here a few times with 3 different cars. There isnt anyone that I would trust more. Everyone is super friendly every step of the way I'd be informed of what's going on. Everyone is helpful and honest. And last time I had a car there there Ray is the absolute best. He totally went above and beyond any thing he needed to do just to help help me with a very complicated and sticky situation involving an accident the car was in. I was so lucky to have a place like this to go to. Experiences there....at least for me feel like the only place to ever go. The poor guys are so jam packed with cars and customers every single day because everyone in the bay area has probably spread word hiw awedome these guys are so naturally everyone brings there cars there. It's a wonder how these always finish in the time period they do givin how extremely busy they always are. My cars have always been done when said or sooner :)

So I had front collison damage to a 2012 acura tsx fixed here a few weeks ago. And I specifically asked that all damaged parts be replaced to oem, no aftermarket, but unfortunatley without even informing me they installed aftermarket parts on my car. I had to return and deal with the wait to reinstalling all oem parts again . Whole process took about 3 weeks and also once I got my car back it was so dirty inside and out. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Amazing! I went there to have them deal with a paint streak left on my car after a close encounter with a fencepost. Ray wiped away the paint and didn t charge me. Thanks!
