If I could give 10 stars I would. I was referred from another establishment here because I had a tire emergency on my way to Oregon. They swapped the tires as soon as I got there and the price is fair especially considering the peace of mind I'll have for the rest of the drive. I'm so grateful.

I was enjoying my weekend when unfortunately I got a flat, and fortunately for me, this shop was down the street and a safe slow drive for me to get a replacement. The staff acknowledged me and my flat tire right away and directed me to pull in near, where they quoted me a great price with a quick repair time, and got me out in time to continue the rest of my day with the most convenience. Grateful I got my tire repaired quick, easy and at a great rate on a weekend! Thanks friends!

Went in to get some tires change, I guess they all take breaks at the same time so I had to wait. Waited almost 40 min to end up being told they didn t have my size. I m super furious on the unprofessionalism at this shop. On top of it. Not one of the employees had a mask on and I doubt they are vaccinated, looks like they re the type to think you ll be tracked off it. Moral of the point is that I wanted so long in the heat to be told they don t have my size as well as they didn t even feel bad or care that I waited. Don t go to this place. American tires has a better price range and warranty on top of it.

Called ahead, Gonzalez Tires wound up having a used Michelin Primacy in my size and got me in and out in 15-20 minutes.

I have come to Javier for many years. Always friendly, Always helpful, Always making the time to fit me in no matter how busy they are. New or used tires are affordably priced. Such fast service, I felt like my mini van had just pulled in to the pits at the Indy 500. I had 2 guys working on my car at once. I swear, it was like a synchronized performance - two tire changing machines working in unison. I was in and out with with an excellent set of newish tires in less than 20 minutes. Thanks guys! I always feel like I am being treated fairly when I come to you. They do Brakes and alignments too!

I went to get my alignment done a week ago and paid $100 and they told me i need a new bolt for my left side...and i had to go buy it and bring it back and he would put it in for me because they didn t have it. Well i took it back after paying $36 for the bolt FOR HIM TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $80 just to put it in. They didn t tell me they were charging me again or anything. I m never going back. 0 stars..AND MY CAR IS STILL PULLING TO THE LEFT.

My friend has been going here for tires for a couple of years now. She has a problem hitting curbs, nails, pot holes and such, so she is there more then average person. She has no complaints on service or pricing, and thats rare for her.

Good place to get brakes fixed but price varies. I was told it was $80 but ended up paying $120. N place is busy and compact. And a bit run down.

Prices have increased, there is no waiting area, prices are not published. After questioning the higher than usual charges, I was told, you didn't ask. All good things come to an end.

Best tires and prices in the Bay area. I used to go to Beltran and Bayfair and they can't beat Gonzales tires prices. The staff is hella nice and they do quality work
