Victor and his team have their $!@4 together. Had my Prius catalytic converter stolen overnight. Called Victor he said bring it in. 4-6 hours later it was replaced and a set of new tires. I pretty much go there for all my vehicle's mechanical needs.

Skip this spot if you have a tire puncture you need to get fixed. Scammy manager tried to tell me that my back tire on a almost new BMW I4 M50i needed to be replaced vs. fixing a simple puncture (never mind its an all wheel drive car that would require all 4 tires to be changed). The car has less than 7K miles and more than 2/3 of useful tread on the Pirelli Pzeros was still there. Took my car to Wheel Works in Belmont, fixed it for $41 in less than an hour

I needed a same-day wheels alignment for my trip, so I gave them a call. I was able to get all 4 wheels aligned within 30 mins, with a detailed report for $150. Highly recommend them if you want fast and professional service for your wheels related problems!

My family has been going to Five Point Tires since I was a kid. Victor being the new owner over the years, hasn't stopped my family from coming here. I recently had my smog done and Victor did it right away and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. My brother also ordered special tires for our dune buggy. The sizing was not on the tire, so Victor was kind to help with the measurements so we could get the right tires order. The tires came in quickly and were installed immediately. Thanks Victor and Five Point Tires for always coming through!

This place goes above and beyond. I have come here for almost a decade with my cars. This visit they were able to get my tires ordered and in, same day. Offered to drive me home and pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for my X5 special order tires. Such a nice crew and they do great work.

I ve been coming to FPT/Victor for 10+ years now. My cars include an Audi, several Bentleys, a couple Ferraris and a Lambo. Victor has always been fair, transparent, explanatory and professional, unlike most other shops that would see someone driving up in a nice car and immediately quote higher prices! I prefer FPT over the car dealer s services!As I read some of these negative reviews, it reaffirms my view of humanity: when some people don t get what they want, even when it s indisputably unreasonable/ridiculous, and then leave idiotic negative reviews, they resort to public complaining. Don t give them any credence and go see FPT/Victor!

I've been meaning to update my review for a while. Five Points Tire has gone above and beyond to ensure my experiences with them were pleasant ones. I had some pretty extensive repairs done to two of my vehicles there (An entire rear end one and some moderate suspension/alignment work on the other). Unsolicited, I recieved a call from Vic at Five Points. He wanted to thank me for my business and to make sure both my vehicles were operating to my satisfaction. It's because of excellent work, reasonable prices, and an appreciation for their customers that dictates a five star rating for Five Points Tire.

Went here to see about having some uneven tires shaved. Got an honest opinion and a better deal on a new set of tires balanced and installed in record time. I drove 45 minutes just to go here and it was worth it. Appreciated the honesty and help not to mention the beyond speedy service. Will return in the future.

Went to this establishment based on the positive reviews on Yelp. Spent 5 hours in their waiting room. New tires led to new brakes that led to a faulty speed sensor for the ABS system. Granted, the original time estimate went out the window with the added issues, but the owner, Victor, treated me, the customer, as if I was responsible for the delay. When the car was finally ready to go, I paid for the service ($1,285) and did not get a "thank you for your business" or an "apology that it took so long". I will never go back to this establishment and certainly hope that if you want to feel like you are an important customer, that you stay away as well. Every customer that spends that kind of money for service deserves a "Thank You". Don't you?

We'd live in a different world if every business was run this well! I was calling from out of town with a need that was very important to me but did not represent a lot of money for these guys. Honestly, the type of job that most places would turn away as not being worth their trouble. Not here. Manny was extremely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for friendly staff, fair pricing and above all excellent quality of work!

I came in with a Toyota Corolla, and the team at Five Points REALLY helped me out. They provided excellent service and didn't overcharge me, even though they went above and beyond. 10/10 Will recommend to everyone.

I got a 4 inch lift kit done here as well as a brand new set of 33's for my 2014 F-150.Theses guys only took a day and a half to get me set up and the quality of service was excellent!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any sort of truck work done.

Five Points Tire was referred to me by a friend who has done major work here in the past. Vic and Tim are the men to see to get you all started with what you need to get your car back on the road safe.As for me, I came in for new tires this morning and they got it done in lickety-split time. Also, I appreciate the concerns they have for me and the life of my car and suggested I get my oil change done ASAP, which I knew of and procrastinated. Love it!It may be a distance for me to drive to Redwood City to get any service done on my cars, but no big deal because it s worth it. Victor and his crew gave me a great first impression of them and the work they do. They definitely take pride in the work they all specialize in. I ll be referring Five Points Tire from now on. Thanks again, Victor!!! See you for my oil change late this week!

Came to purchase new tires. Staff was very efficient, placed an order, and tires arrived the next morning. Brought my car in the next morning and got my car back in less than 2 hours.

Not sure what happened to the quality, expected the new owners to maintain it. Our family has been bringing lots of cars here forever, and I trusted these guys to keep me safe and on the road. 2 visits this year, both disappointments. Brought my car in for tire rotation, had them check my brakes too. They told me I had plenty of wear left. 2 months later I had to replace rotors because the brakes were shot. Last week I brought them a tire that was leaking. They found a bolt, said it was fine and repaired. Tonight I came out from work to a totally flat tire, got to call AAA for help. I'll order new tires this week, but don't know why I'd come back here.

Called this place BEFORE I drove there to ask how much and alignment was. I was told on phone to come in to have the car checked. When I arrived I walked in and told them I just called about an alignment. One of the guys looked outside to my car and then proceeded to tell me I need an appointment for an alignment when there was no car on the alignment rack. They weren't busy either, only one car was being worked on at the time I arrived and left. I honestly felt like the guy didn't want to help me. He didn't ask any further questions regarding the car or what was wrong, just that I need an appointment.

Yesterday I brought my flat tire into this shop. They said I need replace the flat tire rather than fixing it. But today I brought the flat tire into American Tire. They spent 30 mins to fix this flat tire for free.

Thank you 5 point tires. I brought my car in for an alignment, tire rotation, brake check, and oil change. The service exceeded my expectations. My car was done in a very timely manner. I will be coming back for all my needs with my car.Thank you five points

I called regarding vibration on my steering wheel. I bought a vehicle with after market wheels. I called the shop and the gentleman I spoke to said call the wheel company we don't trouble shoot things like that because it's to much of a hassle taking things off and on the vehicle?? So it's a wheel and tire shop but you won't trouble shoot the problems? This is what I mean customer service doesn't mean squat now a days. How ridiculous is that it's to much of a hassle for them to even try.

They could have charged me a lot of money for a problem that wasn't there. I dropped off my truck to fix the front end, and it ended up being something else. They could have not told me and I would have never known.

Make waiting for about an hour,was no busy for smog check it usually takes 15 smog check.
