I have been trying to fix my death wobble on my 2013 Ford 250 for three months. I went to multiple shops, and California Concepts was the one to figure out the issue! Brian is an excellent mechanic with decades of experience that shows through his work. They put a steering stabilizer on the front end of the truck. They also put some Fox shocks. when I drive, it feels like I am riding in the sky. I don t have to worry about having the death wobble and fearing for my life at 80 miles an hour. I highly suggest California Concepts to anyone who has issues with any vehicle.

Long term review: after 1 year+ on my BDS lift install everything still works like a charm.Shop is always helpful when I have questions even though I now moved out of state.If I got another lift installed on a future truck I would still consider getting it done there in spite of the long drive.

I'm still trying to sort through the problems they have caused on my truck so I can't write a full review. But the truck had to go back to them multiple times after the original lift installation and they have only made the problem worse so I stopped going.Now I found out they did not install multiple pieces from the lift kit on the truck and also did not provide those parts to me when I picked it up so I had to reorder them. More to follow but in the meantime stay far far away.

Took my car in to check out some vibration issues. They failed to diagnose the issues, but Noah was happy to try and charge me for an oil change and alignment, which wasn't needed and I didnt ask for. They did resolve an issue of my engine burning oil which I wasn't aware of, but still tried to up charge me on unnecessary things like changing the spark plugs when all they needed to replace was gaskets.They removed these charges when I told them too, but it just goes to show that they will try to pull this and take advantage of someone who doesn't know any better.

My vehicle was stolen and stripped. While it was heartbreaking, Brain and his team were incredible. They are on top of things, have great communication and really care about their customers. I have used them for years with smaller items, but now will use them for every vehicle need. It is nice and refreshing to find people who care. Brain went above and beyond what anyone else would do, including myself. I can t be happier with how my Tundra turned out with the help of Brian and California Concepts. I called ahead to get an estimate and he was very professional and easy to talk to both on the phone and in person. They got me in really quickly and I enjoyed walking through the shop before getting the leveling kit installed on my truck.

Before they touched my truck Noah took the time to understand my needs, I ve had two major back surgeries and was about to get ride of this truck. The Fox shocks, Tires and the new running boards allow me to truly enjoy driving this truck again. Man.., so disappointed. I ve been waiting almost a month. I was told by Noah personally that my parts were in, twice, even confirmed with him the day before I made the 1 hr drive. When I arrived there was confusion, and then I was told my part never arrived, and that it would be shipped to me.I personally had reached out to the manufacturer of my part before ordering to be sure I could get it, then when I called Noah again with concern that in addition I needed a bolt kit . He said that I could not buy that bolt kit . I then called the manufacturer again, and was told that indeed I could. I then called Noah back again to give this info to him, and he blamed the manufacturer, but did order the bolt kit .I had to call Noah every time for updates, when I called yestereday, he said the part was sent via UPS, it was not. I called again today because UPS always gives me notifications about arriving packages. Noah gave me picture of the UPS receipt that was sent out just today.., and then when I tried to talk to him about my disappointment , he again blamed the manufacturer, said he was done , and I was told that they want to order the $2-3K stuff and not this small stuff like I m ordering, and then hung up on me.Bad form. I hope their work is better than Noah s customer service. I say Noah, because I was in talking to two other nice folks in the office and they were very kind. Maybe Noah just didn t like me.., maybe he didn t like my purchase, but he also could have just said no, that he didn t want my business, instead of dragging this out for a month and giving misinformation.I know Sh*t happens, but everyone except Noah was more than gracious. I m sure both Noah and I will be happy knowing I will not be a returning customer. I don t care how far I have to drive.Awful.., if not for what I think were the owners in the office it would be one star.

Yet another great experience with these guys... My Subaru outback needed new tires immediately (we planned a last minute trip to the snow)... I called them two days ago on Monday, they told me there were able to have the exact tires I needed by the next morning. They installed them Tuesday, in less time than quoted.The best part: They actually called me back to let me know there was a better tire option at a lower cost, made by the same manufacturer. We made the changes to the order details and moved forward.People... I am tellin' ya!!!!... Finding a good, honest shop like this is rare. Noah and Brian know what they are doing, care about their customers and reputation, and want things to be right. Give them a call... they will take great care of you!

High quality, friendly, great service. Lifted and leveled my truck. Replaced struts and rear brakes. Custom fit 33" Toyo tires. All in less than a day. Great job by the techs!

Quality and trustworthy are the first words that come to mind when I think of California Concepts. They can do pretty much everything and do it right. Noah is the man! My lifted silverado and porsche cayenne s turbo love him as well.

I have been a customer of California Concepts since the early 2000s, before it was reopened at its current location on Spring Street. This is a great shop for all your vehicle customization needs. Tires, wheels, lift kits, body kits, and all sorts of other aftermarket mods. Noah and Brian have got you covered!

Recently I was reacquainted with the team at California Concepts after many years by installing both a lift leveling kit and new 35" tires on my 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum. The expertise added by both Brian & Noah help me value engineer my vision on what I was seeking.After receiving my truck back, I was so satisfied by the results that I had them install a new set of tires on a 2011 Porsche Cayenne without hesitation.If you are looking for a company that takes into account the global picture rather than just making a dime off of you, based on my experiences I highly recommend California Concepts.
