Had no issues prior to dropping my car off. Everything was very smooth process. Very happy with the service. They keep you updated if any issues come up. First time here, I ll definitely come back if I have any more car problems. Thank you caliber collision !!

I brought my car into Caliber Collision for a repair. I asked how long it would take to repair the two doors and they said about a week. Much to my surprise it was ready in a week. Not only was the repair perfect, the car was cleaned inside and outside. A Big 10 and my thanks for a job well done.

Caliber collision was recommended to me by my Travelers insurance company and I also used than before.On my arrival for estimate Maha David greeted me.The damage end up to be bigger then it look at first. Maha order parts, informed my ins. company of the estimate. To my surprise she find all needed parts very quickly. Repair was done in time as was estimated. My SUV looks like new. Thank u Caliber Collision RWC North. I hope that I will never need u again but if unfortunately I do, I'll select u again without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone at the Caliber shop on Industrial Way in San Carlos was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist, estimator and manager all worked together seamlessly to make me feel welcomed and heard. They were compassionate, efficient and professional!

Everyone I worked with was professional, efficient, and pleasant. When I called, Maha knew who I was! I hope I never have to fix a smashed-up car again, but if that happens I will definitely return to Caliber on Industrial Road in Redwood City.

If I can give zero stars I would. Caliber Collision made it look like the rental car was waiting for me and dropped me off to Enterprise with no reservation and left me hanging there. It is such a shame that corporate businesses treat people like this and get away with it. I took my car back and will be taking it to a company that has professional business practices. Please do not go here if you can avoid it.

Caliber Collision is exceptional to deal with. Maha Dabit & staff were efficient and very professional. The body repair and painting were perfectly done. The whole experience was exceptional. This was the first time I used my insurance company's shop recommendation. I am so glad I did. I supervised the Parts, Service and Collision Center for a Bay Area Toyota dealership, so I know what to expect from a collision Center. I took my car for a second repair to this location, which I had been before, and I manifest my discomfort about the results on the first job!! Well let me tell you it really worth this time, they made a wonderful job with my car this time they even take a look to the first one and make it look so much better! I saw my car and it was like a brand new! Definitely I ll recommend them, I wanted to say thank you for calling me back last time and assuring me that they will double check the job and even remake it. And once again Jacky the counter desk it s very professional and helpful.

Toyota wasn t going to be able to source my catalytic converter for six months, but these guys found an alternative aftermarket, one which works just as good, which was available right away, and insurance still covered it

I brought my vehicle in on a Monday for a quote and repair as they were in Allstate s trusted auto body shop list. Well I m glad I did. Everything was so easy and stress free. My car was fixed and out by Friday morning. I received phone calls regarding my cars progress, and vehicle parts. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

I took my car here last week for dent/paint repairs on the driver's side doors. They did a fast amazing job. The Service Advisor Maha took care of everything and the rest of the staff was friendly/professional. They even drove me to Enterprise for the rental cause they were "too busy" to pick me up. Thanks Maha and team! Excellent service.

Cherie is the best! I accidentally posted a review on another CC google page, but I have always been so pleased with the work that the team does at this location that I wanted to write another review. I had a BMW 335d that got dinger up and they fixed the front left bumper, and it has looked fantastic since I got it back about 6 months ago.As you can see, even 7 months later, the work they did was very good and notable, including the great service provided by Cherie Ochoa!Service: Painting

Caliber Collision went ABOVE AND BEYOND in the service they provided to me. Someone hit my parked car and of course left no note behind. My insurance assigned me to Caliber Collision. Not only did they repair all dents, and scratches they polished all my car, cleaned the inside, they left it looking amazing!! (better than how it looked going into their shop!!) They also gave me a huge discount on my deductible that I had to pay out of pocket. Not even my greedy insurance (Allstate)wanted to help me out during this time. Did I mention they also hooked it up with an alignment?! Caliber Collision, and the three ladies, Pamela, and Maha (sorry didn't get one of their names) that helped me during this time...I appreciate you. I appreciate that you were so kind and understanding during these difficult times. I left feeling a happiness I haven't felt in a while, and restored faith in humanity. May God bless you all. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for an awesome team/shop. Love you all!

I took my car to fix some damage on the driver side of my Toyota Camry 2018, and some trim between the two doors the one behind the dither seat, well last year I took it to a major work to the dealership but this time since it wasn t a very bad damage and also for reason that the dealer was very busy and I need my car get fixed asap cuz I m palling to sell it I decide to take my chances with this Bodyshop, and let me tell you, not aGood idea, I m not satisfied with the job, the paint job was very poor and the whole body work very bad quality!! You vas see the difference between them and the job who the dealerships made last time. I have to have them 5 stars in customer service they were nice and they informed me everything and the lady in the front desk did a great job with my ride to the car rentals company!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the get go, Maha took us in and told us the process. She was quick with answers, kept me informed the entire way through, courteous, and very professional. The work on our 2014 CMax Hybrid was done when they said it would be, which was a very reasonable timeframe. The car looks like new again and all of the other subsystems damaged in our event work perfectly.Very well done and I highly recommend Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Won't let me rate 0. This company was very dishonest to me and my family safety was no concern. Very dishonest people. All they want is money. They over-charged for unecessary costs. Very dishonest which could have caused harm to me and my family. Estimated day of repair was 5 days. Now it's going on almost a week back and forth. My car has now been returned to thier shop twice and will be the third time Monday. I really don't like to write bad reviews but this has to change. This business cannot run like this. I would like to talk to the owner asap. Car is unsafe to drive and I had my kids on the car smh. I was lied to about my concerns about my vehicle/ damages. It's a shame.
