Excellent service! Came here on a different day and the power went out right before they started on my car. However, I was promised immediate service if I come back on another day without an appointment. I just came in, today, during lunch and they are busy. But the guy behind the counter remembered me and put my car in for immediate service. I had all 4 tires replaced. Everything took less than 50 minutes.I appreciate their commitment to their work and customers. Great experience and I Will come back for my tire rotation.

Stopped in after having a tire deflate 100ft or so away, quite a convenient place to have a tire emergency. Mauricio was very friendly and offered to swap to the spare entirely free, but also offered to price match for tires that were ordered and coming in. This ended up being far more convenient.Install of all four tires was very quick about an hour. They finished nearly two hours before the quoted time. Would wholeheartedly recommend, service was excellent and everything went well.

Great customer service! Mauricio went above and beyond to order me the right tires and checked for discounts. They were very professional, did great work and kept me in the loop on the status through the whole process. American tire in Redwood Cityis now my go-to tire shop on the peninsula.

Happy with the service and how quick the installation was. Requested my old tires back and was surprised they cared enough to place them in plastic bags. I ll be coming back whenever a new set for one of my cars are required

this store gives me a flat tire when I m supposed to exchange a new tire for my car. This is the most ridiculous thing for a tire company. Avoid this store if you don t want to experience putting yourself at safety risk, plus waiting forever even for them to fixing their own issue. The most ridiculous part is that I asked them to check during the day when I pickup my car because the low tire sign was on, the technician promised that it s normal and I just need to drive on it. When come back with this issue,the manager is too busy in meetings so can t meet a customer that s having a very bad and unsafe experience from the tire they installed. They are irresponsible and messing up with people s safety. Driving on a flat tire like this is not fun at all.

This place is BUSY - and while that's not a bad thing you absolutely, 100% need to make an appointment and then be prepared to wait some serious time to get service. From what I can tell everything went well and everyone was very friendly and working as hard as they can - so please don't regard the 4 stars as 'bad' per-se, just that they're stupid busy :)

I always feel secure and happy with the products and services I get with America's Tire. Each store is professionally run, their appointment system is excellent, and many services are free such as balancing and alignment. 10 stars!

Shopped online and found the site so easily navigable. Discounts and rebates were featured prominently, making it easy to see up-front cost right away.There are NO hidden costs. The site shows you costs, including installation, recycling fees for existing tires, etc.Scheduling was so easy.Bruce at the Redwood City store took great care of me. Told me an expected wait time, and said they were aiming higher. They delivered. I was genuinely surprised at how fast they took care of my new tires.Could not recommend any higher!Thank you Bruce, you rock.

I have become regular here due to my low profile tires and they have not let me down. They are really busy it looks like with limited employees but it does seem like they do what they suppose to do, for relatively less expensive and much better turnaround time than any dealership I can imagine.

America's Tire Company has been my go to tire shop for years. Exceptional customer service, competitive prices, and outstanding repair service.I recently purchased a full set of tires for my vehicle here. While helping me with my purchase the sales associate told me that the tires he recommended had a 60,000 mile warranty. The tires he was recommending were the same tires that I previously purchased from this same shop. I mentioned that to him and said "Since that is the case, and I clearly haven't driven 60k miles since my last visit, wouldn't my current tires still be under warranty? He responded "Oh, yes."... saving me hundreds of dollars. It would have been nice to have been informed of this from the start. I'm pretty certain that the warranty was not going to be brought up unless I said something about it.

This place is awesome. The staff are great and the service is fast. Also they repair tires for free (if it's repairable) even if you're a brand new customer. That's what won me over at first and I've been a customer of theirs for years now. First time at this branch and I was really happy with it. Will be back when I need new tires!

DO NOT take your car here if you have a flat tire!! I made that mistake, they said it s fixed and all good, but I noticed the tire is alerting low pressure the next day again. I took the car there again and they said the tire cannot be fixed anymore!I took the car to Costco tire and they said whoever fixed the tire did a very bad job and it s not fixable anymore !!!! These guys just want to move to the next customer and make their money. Will do a low quality job or whatever so you change your tires. My last time going there, so be aware!

Helpful staff, great prices and variety, and an option to purchase tire insurance for a small price. They honor the warranty. My entire family goes there.

Needed all 4 new tires. Found a good deal with and fair warranty. Very Nice staff helpful the Manager Thomas was pleasant well mannered. I like that you can sit and view your car progress. I'm very happy with the service here. 3 days after my tires my indication light came on that my tire pressure off.. so mad.. have to miss work and go back to see what went wrong with my them servicing my baby... Mixed feelings.. about going back

My tire specialist, Victor, was both courteous and knowledgeable when I showed up for my scheduled appointment for a flat repair. Although it was very busy, my appointment was honored which I was very thankful for. Although we were not able to repair my tire, he displayed his expertise by identifying that my vehicle s stock tire replacement options would be limited, and he quickly suggested an alternative - all without being in front of the computer! Once we returned to the computer he presented all of the options - I m extremely grateful to have interacted with him, and I look forward to returning to this establishment. Thank you!

After a hour and a half wait informed me they couldn t repair the screw in the tread of my tire and gave me what felt like a sales pitch to replace not only that tire but all four. When to a small tire shop in a gas station nearby and 20 minutes later had a repaired tire and excellent service. Will support the local shop and not this large tire store going forward.

I love how flexible and fast the service is here. I have had my tires replaced here for a very competitive price. I have also had one of my tires plugged and patched in less than 30 minutes even when I was not exactly on time for my late day appointment. That patch job was not even on a tire I purchased from them and they did it for free!! They also provide a very spacious well ventilated indoor waiting area happy with everything here. UPDATE Another free tire rotation and still a happy customer.

I have been to this store 3 times now and it is my goto for tire service. The staff is incredibly "on point", fast, and efficient.The last time I experienced this quality and consistency of customers service was at a Four Seasons Hotel.Yes, that is right.

Had a great experience buying tires here. Juan is really good running the show and Luis helped me with all my questions and setting everything up to get the tires done on my Audi. My wife and my mother in law have been buying tires here for years, now I joint the club. Better service than the Audi Dealership. Awesome job guys!

I really enjoy America's Tire in general, all over California. This one was EXCELLENT. I came in for a tire consultation, thinking, I may have hurt one of my tires. Jesus was very honest, didn't upsell me or talk down to me. Itsel, was also knowledgeable and considerate though she wasn't my direct Tire Specialist. Thank you all for a good experience. :)

Made an appointment online and had to wait 30 minutes to see someone despite doing mobile check-in. Then they tried to charge $250 to rotate 4 OEM tires. Called another America's Tire store and they charged $40 flat for all future rotations. No good reason to come to this location for your service, there are other way better options.

I called about a repair i needed on my tire. I drove 2 hours and called off work just for them to tell me they can t repair it. The reasoning behind it was because i plugged it to get here in the first place! They said they can t repair if it s been plug but how am i suppose to get here then? Disappointed with this location as i have never heard of such a thing

About 15 years ago, I went to these guys and they fixed a tire for free. I have been a customer of theirs since then. Nobody is perfect, but they aim to please, and have a great warranty program that has saved me a handful of times.

They're always super nice about doing a tire pressure check and explaining why the tire pressure might be low.
