Bought a used 2000 bmw 323i from Amana and she runs like a dream, just as well as my current 2023 Toyota Camry! Cosmetically it was in decent condition but the mechanical part was the most important when I was looking for a used car. Super happy with the purchase! They even did a free wheel alignment for me when I told them I wasn t happy about the crooked steering wheel.

Bought my '99 Miata from Amana Auto & they are great! They did a lot of work on the car to sell it & w/ just a few problems I needed them to check out later, Amhad & Fadi were a huge help - they are very responsive to making sure everything is taken care of. They want to make sure their customers are happy!

I was on my way to buy a 2001 Honda CRV when I totaled my current car. When I got to the shop they allowed me to take the CRV home and call handle the total later. Wonderful staff who are kind and easy to work with.

Let me preface by saying that the work I wanted performed on my vehicle appears to have been done reasonably well, but overall my experience here was quite subpar.When I called on the phone to let them know I was bringing my vehicle in to have something fixed, the person on the other end sounded tired and upset.When I brought my vehicle in, the key drop is an unmarked slot cut into the wood. Definitely didn t feel good about leaving my vehicle key there.When I arrived at the lobby to pick up my vehicle, there was nobody there. I had to call the business phone number, and wait several minutes for anyone to show up.The lobby is a total mess, even by mechanics shop standards (and I ve been to a lot!). When I handed over my credit card to pay, the employee could not find the credit card reader, asked if I would use Venmo or Zelle, and ultimately entered my card manually.Overall this has been a pretty off putting experience, and it s very unlikely I will be returning.

Bought a car from them in 2012 (a Corolla) and traded in a Honda. They were very straightforward and fair in the deal. The price was completely reasonable, as was the trad-in value. When inspecting the Toyota we found a few small defects, which they fixed promptly. It looks like they're honestly trying to do their best to build a reputation as a reliable shop and dealer -- in it for the long haul.

Best mechanic I've ever been to. Owner is a nice man, very easy and pleasant to communicate with - he really values his customers and takes great care of them. He has listened carefully to me in terms of exactly what my car's issues have been and exactly what I have wanted done, and he really knows his stuff - he and his mechanics have worked hard on my car to figure out what is wrong, explained everything to me along the way (no surprise work or surprise fees), and have done necessary repairs expediently and for excellent prices. They out-compete other mechanics in terms of prices as well as quality of work, and they do not recommend unnecessary things. My car had a number of issues other mechanics were stumped by or were not able to fix satisfactorily or over-charged me for. After finding Amana Auto, I will never go anywhere else. In addition, this is truly a family-owned and operated business. Very highly recommended, look no further than Amana Auto!

Honest guy who gives fair prices. He doesn't rip you off or give you hidden fees. He maintains all of his used cars. I had purchased a used car from him and i already want to buy another from him. great guy. great service and overall would recommend to any used car shopper!

This is the best shop I have ever done business with. They are professional and honest in what they do. The owner is very professional in how he conducts his business. The lead mechanic Fernando does an amazing job every time I need new brakes, new raidiator, oil changes etc. I will never go anywhere else. To many times have other mechanics over charge me and were dishonest. I would definitely recommend this auto shop if you are looking for great service and honest business.
