My parents recently had their car repaired at Fix Auto South Bay, and I must say, their service was exceptional. Jesse, in particular, provided professional and attentive assistance throughout the process. Very good experiences with Fix Auto Body..several times..Jessie especially should be commended..he is friendly..efficient..resourcefuland kind and honors his time schedule..the office staff are helpful and knowledgeable and friendly too..Their work is top quality down to the smallest details..they are on time..their receipts are accurate..on track and complete..are easy to read and understand..and they explain everything when clients pick up their vehicles..they answer all questions efficiently and completely..and patiently..An excellent company to deal with on all the levels I have been obliged to with them..Their prices are comparable so GO THERE FIRST..you will be surprised !!Marilyn Webb

I have never had a company go so completely above and beyond for a customer like Fix Auto USA. No one wants to end up in the body shop but if you do, there is no better option for your Tesla repair than this example of what a fine-tuned business operations looks like! Communication, customer service and quality: 10/10!There was not one time that my questions weren t answered in an efficient and timely manner. I felt very comfortable with the assessment of damage and repairs to take place. They have handled all paperwork with my insurance on my behalf. It was a completely no hassle, high quality repair, precisely within the repair window I was initially given even tho the repair ended up being a little more extensive and right before the holidays. I m completely blown away by Javier and by the entire team at Fix Auto. Not only did they repair the immediate concern but they have returned my car back better than I left it! They even detailed and polished my girl so she was sparkling like brand new!

Jesse did an amazing job bringing my Tesla Model 3 back to life. I had some rear end damage from an accident. I Brought my Tesla in and they took great care of me and my vehicle. They completed the body work a week early. Had my car fully charged, washed, ready to go and I was even able to leave my rental with them. This body shop is simply amazing. Jesse kept in contact with me and updated me on everything that was going on with my vehicle. This was the Best experience working with a body shop.

Javier and the team at Fix Auto were amazing. They went above and beyond their work to make it an amazing experience. Always promptly returned phone calls, accurate timelines and great workmanship. The car was detailed so well after the repairs that it looked as good as new inside and outside.

Auto body repair shops can really stress you out. Not this one!! Javier and the entire staff were the most professional people I ve ever dealt with in this business. From start to finish the communication and attention to detail were top notch! To make this experience even more enjoyable was the fact that the work done was excellent. I will never use any other shop again. 5 star is well deserved!!

The process as a whole is the reason for 2 stars. My car was there for a month - for a job that shouldve taken 1-2 weeks max. It actually did take that long but my vehicle sat there while they asked the ins co for more money. Total cost went over $6k for a minor dent and scratch...maybe no more than 5 inches. Thanks for being thorough but there has to be a better way - to find out costs before you take the car in. I feel it was negligence on their part, that they did not look into the policy limits of the other driver's ins. And then the fact that it even got to that (max payout) was mind-boggling. Ins est was $900 so even if that's low and didn't factor in a few things (again, thank them for being thorough), that's a HUGE difference...how can that be. And even in their own est...you would think it get up to another $2 to $3k ...how does it jump to an additional $5k?! This after they took it in. Again, you mean to tell me there's no way they can get a closer estimate ...when they're professionals that work on dozens of cars a week?! They do good work and the staff is friendly and thorough but after what I went through, I'm skeptical on the company.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to add mine for all to see since the customer service was great. I broke my mirror on my Honda Civic and the team was great at replacing it same day (after they ordered the part a week prior). They ALSO gave my car a wash and vacuumed the inside which was so nice (it was pretty dirty)! Esteban and the team at Fix Auto South Bay were all extremely nice so shoutout to him! And they have a cute indoor desk area with free coffee pods :)

overall, i am very satisfied. but i do have 2 complaints: 1) while they have been proactive in the communication before i sent in the car , it was sporadic on the progress and pickup after they got the car, the pickup was delayed several times, and i had to call multiple times to get the new date; 2) the tire press warning sign was on when i picked it up. while it isn t part of the repair, which would save me a lot of time if they could help on it

Got hit in the rear and and I knew exactly where to go. Fix Auto South Bay has taken care of me several times in the past and this was no exception.Jesse is amazing. Fix Auto South Bay fixed my moms car when she was involved in a hit and run. They helped her deal with the insurance and made the entire process from start to finish as easy as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone. My mom says she gives them 110/10.

Fix Auto fixed the body but BROKE my car's computer!I-15 South on the way from Vegas I hit a tire in the #2 lane causing minor front-end damage - but because everything is made out of plastic and held together with plastic clips, the bumper and all the panels around it were dented, loose, broken, or ill-fitting. To make things worse, the tire had bounced up and scraped along the rear door.I made an appointment with Fix Auto and when I dropped off the car, was assigned a 'concierge' who examined the damage, explained their process, and made me feel I was leaving my car in totally capable, professional hands.When repairs took MUCH longer than promised they arranged for a free rental car for a few days.After 2 weeks I picked up the car and the body was beautiful BUT the 'Tire Pressure' and 'Vehicle Stability Assist' warning lights were showing and the back-up camera wasn't working. Also, the tires had been grossly over-inflated to ~42 psi. I reduced the pressure to the recommended 36 psi and performed a TPMS but the warning light still showed.I returned to Fix and they fixed the backup camera problem but other warning lights still showed. They said there was nothing they could do. I paid $200 to the Honda dealer for analysis and they said I needed to replace the 'VSA Modulater' at a cost of $2,800. Fix Auto refused to admit culpability.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here after a rear-end hit and run. Excellent service start to finish from Javier and his team! They communicated efficiently, accommodated my timing needs, and made the process of repairing my car super simple! The office is clean and pretty (similar to the med spa I work in) and they made me feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend! My car came back looking great, and they went above and beyond for me in my opinion.

My Tesla was involved in an accident. Javier did a great job replacing the necessary parts and painting the car. You can t tell the difference. I give this place top rating for the repair of My Chevrolet Volt, for communicating with me regarding the ready date, having the parts ready so they could start on the car when it was dropped off, getting it ready for me in time for my birthday trip and most important the quality of the work is excellent, in fact it looks like a brand new car! I m really happy with the quality of their work. The fit and finish of the repair are excellent, and the metallic paint matches perfectly! And the operation of the lights, trunk release, and backup camera are all as they should be.Jesse O. is really great to work with, and it was clear that he wanted to make sure that I was being treated well. Jesse and his team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle came out looking better than new. He explained the whole process in detail when I went in for an estimate and delivered as promised. He even provided me with updates while my car was being worked on. This was by far the best experience I have had at an auto body shop in the South Bay.
