I was directed to go to cars automotive a couple years ago to help me solve a Smog issue that I had with my car, they were fantastic getting the car exactly where it needed to be to pass my inspection. All the guys are great to work with, I love that they keep the dogs in the office! I saw Ricky walking the dogs the other morning while I was getting my car smog and by the way, they have the best snack room I ve ever seen!!Service: Auto emissions testing

Michael and team were so helpful when I encountered an issue with a catalytic converter they installed on my car. They remedied the issue at no cost to me, did the work immediately and were very professional. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have always had good experiences with Cars Automotive and Muffler. Rich explained everything that was done to my vehicle and also what would be need in the near future along with the expected cost. They are very reasonable, professional, have kept my car running for over 15 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Thorough and professional by the whole team. The quote came in $2,000 under the dealer and then the job came in $400 under the quote. I had my car back in less than three days. It runs beautifully and has a warranty. The owner, Mike Dyckman, drove my car into his shop saving me a trip. Have been going to Cars Automotive for 20+ years for mufflers, auto service and smog tests. Mike snd his crew are well trained, professionals at what they do. They all have a right attitude and are very friendly. A plus is clean restrooms and complimentary snacks and beverages. Fred, Rosanna, Teri.We go here with family generations .

The shop is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. They really take their time to make sure your vehicle is performing as it should with every detail covered with the customer. Very honest and dependable service, I highly recommend!!!

I have a 2006 Honda Element that had it's catalytic converter stolen. Caliber Collision sent me to a muffler shop that was like a junk yard. I had to sit in my car until they assisted me. Before a year was up, the converter failed. I found Cars Muffler and Automotive online. They have been in business for years and have received great ratings. I now see why. Michael met us when we arrived and brought my wife and I to their clean and comfortable waiting room. Offered us coffee and snacks that were available there. He clearly explained the process of replacing my converter, the cost and warranty. The cost was less than the previous "shop". Michael also suggested a diagnostic test to look for problems. After which he suggested we do a valve adjustment and injector cleaning to prolong the life of the converter. The catalytic converter was cheaper and had a 50,000 mile/5year warranty. (Most shops according to my AAA agent only have a one year warranty.) The work took one day. It cost me a extra due to AAA not covering the testing and adjustment but it was worth it. My car is repaired and covered by a great warranty and it runs smooth like a dream! I had the best experience at Cars Muffler and Automotive. I recommend them highly!

Chad and his team were incredibly helpful when it came to our business vehicle. He was responsive, honest, professional and went out of his way to get a part personally when Mercedes had sent the wrong piece. His team was quick with the repairs and we couldn t be happier with the service. Highly recommend them for your auto needs.

I own a 2009 Volvo and I depend on Cars Automotive to keep me safe and on the road today and many years to come. What a great & friendly place! I was recommended to Cars by a different auto repair shop and when I called I was greeted so well over the phone by Chad. His personality is amazing. I needed my muffler welded so when I swang by they checked it out for me and told me they could have it fixed in a hour. I was SO grateful. I believe Mike worked on my vehicle and I m super happy with the results. The price was outstanding! A true blessing. Everyone there is really nice and they have amazing waiting rooms that smell great with snacks, water, coffee and more. I definitely recommend them & plan to go back if any car problems arise in the future. Thank you everyone at Cars, so happy I found you guys.

I can NOT say enough about this establishment. Long story short, I had my catalytic converter stolen & need my car ASAP due to my job requirements. I didn t have car rental covered my insurance & was getting quite stressed when calling to other shops. Literally, EVERY other shop I called said it would be a minimum 3 month wait for the part. Cars Automotive & Muffler got it done in less than a week. They worked with my insurance, & knocked it out. They have took my car through the car wash before I went to pick it up - it was well over due for one. They are sincere customer service through & through - with quality work. I ll be coming back here for all my car needs. Thank you, guys!

Great experience and great price. Unlike other mechanics, they really took the time to listen to our concerns (usually mechanics are so busy you are not sure they heard you). They emailed and texted me throughout the process. They were so nice. And the customer area was very clean. Car was done on-time for a great price. They pointed out other items that needed to be done in writing and verbally with a quote via email and text. We discussed what could wait and they guarantee the service with a warranty.Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

I called spoke to josh about my muffler. drove over spoke with Mike (owner) said yes definitely a new muffler was needed.. installed in less than 30 minutes!!! Great service!! Mike is a great guy!!! Will definitely Thanks Mike for a great experience!!!Oh and this was in my car when I left.

My mother was using them and when my engine light came on I was nearby and took it there. The experience was great! I was helped by Chad and he was very communicative and extremely fair.
